Stopping at OSF was actually a bucket-list item for my oldest daughter during her summer vacation, so this dinner was already something she had been looking forward to. Kiva didn't know our goal for the afternoon, she was just doing what came natural, making it surely live up to the excitement! She was incredibly friendly, personable, wonderful with our girls, and genuinely seemed to care that everyone at our table got exactly what they wanted. We asked for a few extras along the way, and she never batted an eye--she was heartwarmingly kind, accommodating, and happy to help. And the food was AMAZING, as always! Our table gobbled up shrimp with fettuccine, ravioli with meat sauce, chicken piccata, angel hair pasta with browned butter and mizithra, and a large side of broccoli. Of course, we had to finish with dessert--vanilla ice cream, spumoni, and POG sherbet, one of each! Everything was delicious, but Kiva is what took our typically great OSF experience and made it a special memory from our trip. She helped make our girls happy, made us feel completely welcome, and added that extra bit of warmth that you remember long after dinner is over. We're travelers when we come through Medford, but we make a point to stop at The Old Spaghetti Factory--and after this visit, we'll certainly continue to do so.
