The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable whenever I have questions or concerns. I recently brought my dragon in and Jeff showed me how to trim her nails. My dragon also hadn't had a bowel movement (TMI I know) in a few weeks so Jeff and Johnny helped me with home remedy ideas before I would have to take her to the vet (they worked btw). Great animals! The facility is clean and organized. The only complaint is some of the animals are extremely over priced. They should consider catering to the general reptile loving community, by offering beautiful animals at a reasonable price. But at the end of the day , business is business! This spot is the place to be if you want to check out some cool, creepy, ugly, and alien like reptiles in Temecula. I bought my son's first Snow Corn Snake here at a good price. They had lots of different color schemes of baby corns and other snakes to choose from. They also got lizzards, frogs, turtles, supplies, and food for your reptile. The owners are very knowledgeable and are willing to answer any questions. They even offer to buy back the snake when you want to kick the snake out of your family. I go here once a week to pick up food for the family snake "Chowder" at a resonable if not cheapest in the city. They are open 7 days a week from 10-7pm. read more

We stopped by for some feeders and we had bad timing since they were waiting for that weeks delivery later that afternoon. If I understood correctly, feeders come in late Tuesday afternoon, so either call ahead or plan accordingly. read more

I didn't plan on a purchase at this weekend's reticle show, and I fell in love with a black eyed super fire. It's temperament was my style, and Anthony was kind of enough to answer my questions and to lend a helping hand on some specific requests. My experience with them was fluid and the buying experience enjoyable. Their selection was the widest at the show when it came to variety of ball pythons. Just make sure you know what you want because I saw a few people wasting their time, pretending to be serious buyers. I bought 2 bearded dragons from them at the san diego reptile show expecting 2 female bearded dragons unfortunately one was accidentally misexed but the other one was an amazingly friendly and sweet female bearded dragon. We went by to see what they had to offer as far as snakes. They have a wide variety, so don't let the fact of them not having a typical store front fool you. The staff that helped us out was Chuy, John and Guy. All were very helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped us figure out the sex of a snake we bought earlier that day (not from this store) and ended up buying another snake! The staff was careful to explain any concerns/questions we had and know we will be going back to them for any further purchases and help. A bit inconspicuous but unlike most reptile shops, the place was airy and open, no musty smell, and most importantly, all of the animals seemed active and healthy. They have a HUGE selection of all kinds of snakes, and best of all they're bred right there! One less thing to worry about. And helped me get everything I needed! Only for a $100 I got the tank and the uv lighting a little log for him a big food bowl and two things of food and they even set everything up for me!
