Saturday night, we got a babysitter for our 4 month old and we were so excited to try the new restaurant near our house. Awful place for a date night! The entire restaurant was so bright at 8pm. We sat at the bar and it felt like the middle of the afternoon despite being very dark outside. This place definitely did not set the mood for a Saturday night. This review is solely based on the atmosphere. We didn't stay long enough to order, about 5 minutes. Although I was eyeing those macaroni bites! So if you are looking for even a semi-romantic night out, this is not the place for you. read more

Fantastic food and laid back upscale atmosphere. The chicken sausage shrimp and crawfish gumbo was fabulous. Chicken fried Wagyu steak, amazing. Blackened Flounder just outstanding. Omgosh good food. Tight quarters but patio seating to have more space and less noise!

It is very close to us and has many good dishes. We have always had good service. I especially like eating in their outdoor area.

Great selections of food choices and nice atmosphere. We go here a couple times a month.

The food is good however, the cook doesn't know the difference from medium rare from well. My burger was over cooked and kind of dry. Also, it wasn't salted at all. I've eaten other things there that were perfect though! read more

This place has great parking and the staff was very nice! The restaurant was clean and had very simplistic decor. The food came out at a great pace. The strawberry shortcake was honestly very tasty and a great portion!! The pasta was pretty good as well. Every that I have talked too recommended this place but, I had a bad experience. They got my order wrong twice, I ordered grilled chicken the first two times they brought me fried chicken and then the third time they brought me fried fish. My friends food was cold and I completely forgot to bring drinks after multiple asking. At the end of the meal still no drinks at the table and water I received the bill for the fried fish.. Seriously, I ended up paying for the fried fish that I didn't eat and I never got my grilled chicken meal and then we were waiting for a check home box to see if maybe my neighbor would eat it but they never came back with that either so basically we paid our tab never got our drinks and never got my dinner but paid for everything. My friend was trouveres to say anything not wanting a confrontation or to start trouble. Very expensive for things we didn't have or order. Hands down the best restaurant and service I have ever had! We love coming here and honestly we come every weekend because we just love it. The food is always on point. Not to mention, I have never seen a restaurant manager be so hands on. Clint Hemphill I believe was his name. I watched him go to every table and ask everyone if they loved their food. Very disappointed. We came to this restaurant 8 months ago and had a good meal. This time was a complete disappointment. For starters the hostess takes us to the table without any menus to look at. Tells my husband that the QR code is on table. I can understand if you are worried about cooties, but when you are with your elderly parents who have a hard time working their phones to begin with, just give a menu! There was a family next to us with menus. So I had to get up and go to hostess station to see that there was a big stack! I have no idea what she was thinking, but please train your employees properly. We started with the spinach artichoke dip. This was the absolute worst dip I've ever had. The cheese was not creamy at all, it was clumped together and then there was milky liquid sitting in the dish. I had to pull apart with my chips what was cut out and set on my plate. Red bell peppers in it??? Main dish was a disappointment as well. The chicken in the chicken piccata was dry. The ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes were dry. Thank goodness there was enough sauce to go around. The burger my son had looked okay, but I forgot to ask him how it was. The highlight was the server, he came by frequently to check on us and drop off fresh drinks.
