We came to Ponte for my birthday. We enjoyed the winery as well as the restaurant. We enjoyed the wine and the food. One con was that it took forever for our food to come out. We saw other table get their food before us, even when arriving after us. But otherwise I enjoyed the wine and company of my friends while eating good food. I did get a free birthday dessert.

Probably one of the best winery restaurants among the handful of wineries I've visited in Temecula. I love the outdoor seating and how it has a beautiful view of the veranda, the shades and gazebo are also beautiful. The food is delicious, the menu always changes every season which is nice. Highly recommend this restaurant.

While in Temecula touring wedding venues, we had lunch at The Restaurant at Ponte and were amazed by the fresh ingredients and great dishes we had. This is a great place to stop for lunch or dinner while out having wine in the area. The seating is outdoors but in a covered area. Our favorites were the salads, the Caesar was so good and the crispy parm was a great topping on each bite! The calamari was one of the best calamari dishes I have ever had, the jalapeño lime aioli was to die for. The burger was cooked perfectly and topped with a delicious smoked bacon and crispy onions. Everything we got was delicious, I can't wait to try more of their food.

I've had this restaurant bookmarked for a while now but not living in the area makes it hard to visit. But we finally went back to Temecula and had the chance to go to Ponte for a birthday dinner. They have a pretty outdoor patio which looks into the vineyards. Unfortunately the night we went it was raining so the patio was covered. Service was great, staff was very friendly and attentive. Our waitress was kind enough to walk me through the different wines they offer. I ordered the ciopinno which had shrimp, scallops, clams and fish inside. Overall it was good but the curry overpowered the flavor. The truffle pizza was good but not enough truffle flavor. I think the bolognese was the best dish out of everything. It was hearty and hit the spot.

The service here is phenomenal from the moment you arrive until you leave. The staff really makes you feel taken care of the entire time. The food was great, and the drinks were just as good. My wife especially loved this place for the food--we're not huge wine tasting people, but we still enjoyed having a nice glass of wine with our meal. I honestly forgot the names of the dishes we ordered, but I did leave some pictures. The views are beautiful too, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

From the outdoor seating to the customer service, this place was beyond amazing. We came to celebrate my Nana's 91st birthday, and our server was beyond excellent when it came to helping us celebrate. The views, stunning. The food, mouthwatering.. beautifully presented, and absolutely wonderful. Every dish was perfect. Highly recommend reservations as this place books up fast. But it is so very worth the time, and the money.

As wine club members, we always plan to have lunch here when we pick up our wine. We have never been disappointed! The menu changes seasonally, and the food is always delicious! If you have a purse, they bring a basket for you to put it in by your table so it doesn't sit on the ground. Club members also get an amuse bouche to start the meal. The staff is friendly and attentive, and he manager stopped by every table to be sure that we were happy. I won't feature any item, because we've never had anything that wasn't delicious. I do have to mention the bread and scallion oil that appears first, however, it's definitely a favorite! Come to taste the wine, but be sure to have a meal here!

The Restaurant at Ponte, 35053 Rancho California Rd, Temecula, CA92591. The service and food here are always superb. Set against a serene backdrop with fantastic view of the vineyard, the ambiance is very nice whether you're just looking for a place to catch up with family/friends or enjoy a glass of wine with food. ~ Seabass (pan seared seabass with baby carrot, risotto and pea puree) ~ Wine Country Salad with Salmon.

Pretty venue. First time back in years. My friend and I both got the lamb. I wish the lamb was more herb-crusted and the blackberry and beverino reduction was a little richer in flavor, but overall, it was a good dish. The desserts were absolutely delicious (pot de creme and creme brulee). Service with Teresa D. was five stars!

Took some friends visiting the Temecula wine country to lunch at Ponte winery. Besides the Beautiful garden areas, they have an excellent restaurant with quality food at reasonable prices. In the pictures below, I included the autumn day menu for the content of each dish as well as the four entrées we ordered. Everyone graded them as an A for presentation, taste, value. I had the burger with sweet potato fries, and it was an A+. The service was excellent and responsive. The patio dining allowed us to enjoy a perfect day in the Temecula wine District. This property has plenty of parking as well as a hotel to stay at. Worth the drive. Enjoy.

My husband and I love coming to the Ponte restaurant in the fall to celebrate our anniversary. The weather in November is perfect for outdoor patio dining and being surrounded by the beautiful scenic views. I love the menu options at this restaurant. Personally, the Ponte restaurant has been my favorite of all in the Temecula wine country. The service and food are exceptional which keeps us coming back here to celebrate special occasions.

So many delicious options! Megan our waitress was wonderful! Hubby had burger, I can Salomon cakes. The wine flights going by our table looked great. Another table had pizza and salads. Huge servings.

Such a great meal! We had the white truffle & mushroom pizza and Wine Country salad, paired with the Angry Wife white wine and a Cabernet. Everything was absolutely delicious! The waitress and the entire staff were wonderful friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. We'll definitely be back!

The winery was packed and the parking lot was full so we had to circle back and park on the road just outside of the winery which isn't too far of a walk. We came here on a Saturday and there was a live band that played rock songs and they were great and entertaining! There were lots of people dancing and having a good time. This review is solely based on the food and restaurant since I didn't have any wine since I was the designated driver. Their restaurant has a large shaded patio area for dining. Luckily my friend made a reservation because it was packed and she said she made it way in advance. We actually had more people join us and we tried to ask if we could also have the table next to us, but unfortunately they had full reservations. However, one of the servers was able to put another table at the end with extra chairs which was perfect. All of the staff provided excellent customer service and our server was on top of everything! We had a large group and she made sure to get us everything we needed and made sure to refill our water carafes since it was hot out. Not only was their service fantastic, but their food was also delicious! I ordered the mango habanero wings which were sweet and not too spicy, as well as their cajun fries. The fries were perfectly crisp and seasoned. My friends ordered pizzas and salads and they enjoyed their food as well. I will definitely come back here for the food and also try their wine!

My Wife and I are appalled over what happened. To the Business Owner, Cane V., you need to train your employees, the faces of YOUR everyday business, to be more EMOTIONALLY INTUITIVE and PROFESSIONAL and have GENERAL MATURITY. Where do I start? If you are looking for a winery that has an unprofessional, rowdy brewery atmosphere that attracts Entitled Stank Faced Boomer Temecula Wine Moms and their Snobby Little Cliques LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Our Experience: my Wife and I came over to sample some wines from this winery that was recommended from a friend. On the Winery Website, you can do 2 different types of wine tastings: Classic Tastings of 6 wines of your choice or a Private Wine Tasting of 8 different ones for a higher price. This is what initially attracted my Wife and I to this winery in the first place (big mistake on our end). Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that wine tasting is no longer being offered at all. The incompetent red haired bartender at the front entrance provided us with no other alternative other than "Yea we don't offer that anymore, you can do by the glass or by the bottle." Her tone changed completely when I asked her about the Club they advertise everywhere. She then tells us that they are booked for the day, however the BAR and LAWN area are open seating, after 8PM everything is open seating. It was 6:30/7PM so we decided by that point, we'll wait for a spot to open up and enjoy some wine then in the meantime. We figured, it's just the 2 of us so we should have luck finding a spot. At the bar area, I noticed that 3 seats were left unattended. The people there got up and left, no drinks were left behind or any "Reservation" placards were placed to notify people. I walk over, sit down and wave to my Wife to come and sit at the bar area. We sat down, sipped some of our wine for 10-15 minutes. Bar had 2 people working, a gentleman and heavier set Blonde lady. Both of them never said anything and nothing was ever exchanged between us and the heavier set Blond lady. I was even thinking about buying a beer or cocktail and thankfully I didn't. Shortly after this time, an EXTREMELY RUDE, ENTITLED, and VISIBLY DRUNK lady and her husband RUDLY went in between my Wife and I and COMMANDED we leave her spots. My Wife and I laughed at her and were genuinely confused because the BAR IS OPEN SEATING, THERE ARE NO RESERVATIONS FOR OPEN SEATING. She then gets even more angry and DEMANDS we leave or else, says to my Wife and I "YOU're GOING TO LEAVE NOW," I tell the lady to kick rocks, it's open seating then she enters the bar area to talk to the heavier set Blond bar tender that we wont move. The Blond bar tender THEN has the AUDACITY to tell us "They have been sitting here all night, YOU TWO need to leave immediately." My Wife and I look at each other and absolutely laugh it off at the sheer absurdity of everyone's tone towards us. Who do you think you are to blatantly kick us out ON OPEN SEATING? Either you are severely undertrained from the Owner or you as a staff member play favorites with other entitled customers. Both of which are absolutely absurd. Upon this interaction, my Wife and I leave and go right down the street to Europa Winery and sampled several wines and had a $250 dinner at Bolero. Here, the experience was a complete 180° and we should've never wasted our time at Miramonte Winery being subjected to the nastiness from the Temecula Trash. If you are a large party, or wanting to host private events, I STRONGLY recommend ANYWHERE else besides Miramonte Winery. The Staff here is atrocious, rude, immature and ugly. I pride myself in never leaving nasty reviews but this experience changed everything moving forward.

They don't have it available until early next year though. Make sure to come here if you're looking for a top notch winery.

The Restaurant at Ponte is undeniably set in beautiful surroundings, but the current menu lacks the…read morefocus and technical consistency expected at this price point. The meal opened with a complimentary amuse-bouche: thick cucumber slices topped with a vegetable "succotash," feta, balsamic glaze, and an assertive seasoning. It was visually pleasant but confused on the palate. The feta and balsamic dominated the first impression, only to give way to an indistinct seasoning that overwhelmed the delicate vegetables. Rather than awakening the palate, the bite exhausted it. The $22 scallop crudo was the most significant technical failure of the meal. The citrus-marinated scallops had become remarkably tough and chewy--closer to bubblegum than the tender, clean texture one expects from crudo. The accompanying passion fruit reduction was the strongest flavor on the plate, but it was extraordinarily thick and rich, resembling a fruit curd or concentrated dessert base. I remarked at the table that cream could be added, the mixture churned, and it could be served quite successfully as passion fruit ice cream. That may have made an excellent dessert; beneath scallops, however, it was heavy and misplaced. The remaining components, including the cucumber, offered little seasoning or balance. The black mussels were described as being served with tomato, red curry, coconut, and white wine broth. What arrived was primarily a tomato-based preparation with only a vague suggestion of curry in the background. The aromatic complexity expected from Thai red curry--particularly the warmth and fragrance of ingredients such as galangal--was absent. The result tasted less like red curry and more like a mussel-only interpretation of cioppino. Curiously, the highlight of the meal was the complimentary bread and scallion dip: simple, cohesive, and more satisfying than either of the dishes we ordered. The manager ultimately apologized, telling us, "It's my restaurant, it's my fault." I respected his willingness to take ownership. More revealingly, however, he assured us that the menu is already being revamped toward a more traditional Italian concept. That forthcoming change became the defining detail of the experience. It suggests management is aware that the existing menu--currently moving among Italian, Thai, Moroccan, Californian, and other influences without a convincing culinary through-line--is not working. But guests are paying for the menu being served today, not the more focused restaurant being promised for the future. If the shortcomings are already recognized internally, dishes with clear problems in conception and execution should not continue leaving the kitchen unchanged. The setting has considerable potential, and the manager's accountability was appreciated. Unfortunately, the food itself was disjointed, inconsistently executed, and disappointing. We will return, but I would wait for the announced menu overhaul before considering the WHEN.
