Found in the upper elbow, of The Lower Cape, the Brewster Store is an old school general store in a refurbished church from the 1800s. They have been there for 100+ years. Two stories, the second floor boasts a nice display of militaria. The first floor had a candy section, penny candy, hardware, food stuff, tourist stuff, and coffee/doughnuts. Incredible, homemade, old fashioned doughnuts and select delicious artisan coffees. It is a great take. We sip our coffee and enjoy our doughnuts on a bench in front of the store, watching the gas lamp flicker and smell the leaves of autumn, the flowers of spring, or the cut grass of summer.
