Where to begin. Words can not describe how over the top and helpful thier team really is. Sandra, Ashley, Dillon, and Jonny, as well as the front desk team, made what usually is a stressful time run so smoothly. They went above and beyond when it came to our decor,helping us with picking out vendors and making budget friendly decisions. They have a great team that when stress is felt, they have an ease about their persona that calms nerves. Sandra definitely loves what she does, and it shows. She never once made me doubt her or her team. Ashley definitely blew our minds with her flower arrangements and definitely captured the vibe we were going for. I had an event here at rustic & chic on Memorial Day weekend. It's was my sons 16th birthday as well as my youngest sons baptism. The decor was just how I wanted it to look and the venue was clean and neat. The parking was full because of another event but Sandra was kind enough to come to the venue and make sure we had our reserved spots. I had also requested for my son to be able to enter with a four wheeler which was also something that Sandra kindly accepted. The bartender that I booked with the venue was also very nice and prepared drinks quickly. Security staff was also very helpful and did everything they could to insure everyone at my event was safe. Unfortunately there was a small damage on one of the couches that my guest had done but Sandra handled the repair without a charge. However there were some things that happened that I wish could've been handled better. My guest arrived about 20 min early and I asked if I could get inside to put my center pieces on the tables and was not allowed. My food vendor that has also worked with them before was not allowed to come in and set up until the very exact minute my event was suppose to start. The venue it's self is very nice. I would recommend to book the venue but get your own vendors for the rest because prices are way to high. read more

I recently got married this current September. I used her Rental Services and it was not a pleasant experience. I would never recommend her services. At first she sells you this picture perfect almost too good to be true services but instead it's a nightmare. My first meeting went well; she gave me the invoice and promised I would be getting the farm tables and wooden chairs. After I gave my first deposit she gave me a copy of my invoice and it had the wrong name, it had the name Giselle and my name is Genesis also the wrong email, I brought it to her attention right away and she took my copy crossed out the wrong name and wrote the right one and she said later she would fix it on her computer. When I would contact her she would always confuse me with Giselle. I felt she had double booked for the same day. But after that conversation I decided use her Rental services and not her venue. After, I decided not to use her venue, Sandra practically ghosted me. I would call constantly, almost every day to her office leaving messages to her daughters, emailing her and even sent her multiple messages on Instagram and I still wouldn't hear anything back from her. There was only 3 months left for my wedding date, and she still hadn't sent me any samples or colors to see what I can use for my wedding date. I had to send her another email saying I was going to take legal actions she called me right away only to talk to me in a condescending way, she told me her services were cheap so I was going to be getting "Wal-Mart customer service", she was not going to give me a Neiman Marcus experience. She told me I was coming off rude because I wasn't the only customer she was dealing with. After that conversation I sent her my color scheme and she only gave me 1 option of plate mats to choose from and 3 colors of goblets and napkins. I needed 200 and she told me that was a large amount and that she did not have enough, so basically I would have to figure it out. As for the farm tables and chairs she told me I she would not be able to provide me the amount I needed because they were already booked for her venue, so I would be getting plastic tables and chairs. I was so frustrated that I had gone to Costco to get plastic utensils just in case she let me down. The day before the wedding when they dropped everything off the plate mats, goblets and napkins were all a different shade of pink. The plat mats were dirty I didn't even use most of them because it was embarrassing. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your time or money! read more

I had to discourage 3 of my guests at our sweet 16 celebration from considering this place for their events. Although the place is cute and ample, the underlying issues were too of a concern to ever recommend this venue. Sandra begins her sale pitch as the most excited planner, but it's all a facade! She told us that she would handle our event as if it were for her own daughter. Pfft! She lied and her passive/aggressive personality is something she needs help with. She is never available for you once you sign your contract, and if she does respond, she directs you to her staff, who then tell you they have to check with Sandra or ask her because they can't affirm anything without her. She goes on lives telling everyone she has Lupus and can't be attentive to everyone, but this is a business! People pay thousands of dollars and she should be accommodating otherwise to meet the needs of people. If she does accommodate, it's an additional hefty charge. I had to pay $350 for a staff member to be available the day of the event to make sure things went "smoothly". Had I not paid for that service, we would have had to pick up dog poop found in the outside, in 2 places where our ceremony took place, cleaned out ants pouring out the wall and onto the dessert table. Her staff had to spray and clean up as the guests began to arrive. The day of our event (7/15/23) was 96 degrees! They never tell you that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING!! The guests were sweltering hot and some left early because it was way too hot. What venue wouldn't provide air conditioning?? In the summer? in L.A. ? Their largest ceiling fan over the dance floor and main table was not working and her staff lied to me 2 days prior saying that it worked, but it was shut off at the moment because they were working on balloons. The day of, I believe Sandra's son, also with a passive aggressive personality, responded that he's not an electrician when asked to do something about it because it was way too hot. He meanwhile, sat the duration of the party in his air conditioned office. So you must do the legwork if you want to have your event here and ask what they provide. I'm surprised they provided toilet paper! Also, no dance floor- yup additional charge and they don't tell you that . I had to ask and found out that I had to rent one at the last minute from them. A crappy, small dance floor for $500, where a court of 6 ppl could not fit to do their dance comfortably. I paid approximately $12,000 for just the use of the venue, chairs, tables, bathrooms, ice, but not including outside chairs for ceremony because those are much extra. I'm glad I didn't go with her whole party package because that would have been more disappointing, I'm sure. Sandra threw in a promo jumper if I paid 2 payments in one month, well the jumper is a toddler size and because I complained just as the party began , they changed it to a large one (no longer white and cute, but a regular red, yellow, blue one that no longer coordinated with our color scheme balloons) but at the cost of stress and embarrassment . They don't tell you much, it's all expensive surprises at the end. There were other issues with the cake from her vendor which was horrible inside and out from Divas Treats. I requested she return me the fee for her staff to be present because he wasn't just there to assist, he had to actually rectify things that were supposed to be done already, like the poop and ants, jumper, non working ceiling fan, the cake flowers, and not picking up the dishes on time from the tables . Guests sat there with dirty dishes. I requested a refund of $400 for staff fee, and they responded that they were not refunding because it justifiable . Ok, again I paid extra to do the job they had to take care of beforehand. Sandra is unapologetic. Not a good personality or attitude to do business with. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! Negative stars if possible. I am honestly not one to write any reviews on locations but I think people should know what they are getting themselves into. Sandra is a con artist, she always says she's the "worse sales person ever" but its the complete opposite. She tells you exactly what you want to hear in order to lure you in. I recently had my wedding here and let me just say , that my entire experience with Sandra was horrible. She carries on way more than she can handle. She is also very unprofessional and rude. I have many messages where she demonstrates very condescending behaviors. It was very difficult to get in contact with her the entire planning process of my wedding. She canceled our meeting countless times and all last minute. I was constantly moving my schedule around at work. I would also never hear from her until payments were due. And despite all that, I was always very understanding. Yes, she was not my wedding planner, but the Rustic and Chic is a company that renders services. I always showed up in person to pay her and all I wanted was for her to communicate with me but instead she left me anxious and waiting all the time. I never once disrespected her or her staff despite everything I experienced. I always maintained professionalism with her and her staff. She promised a "full experience event" for my ceremony as she called it and I only received 1 staff member who did not know mine or my husbands name and pretty much left me alone until 30 mins before the start of my ceremony. If you are considering hiring this company please rethink your decision. read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Sandra is a horrible communicator and rude. I think she Caries on WAY more than she can handle and obviously not enough staff that are poorly trained. If you hire them (please don't, you're better off saving your money) expect Poor and cheap service. Plates they use to "eat" for one, aren't used and good! Because they're dirty. When we had our event. Everything that you can think of malfunctioning, DID. Where is she and her staff? No where to be found or contacted. And to make matters worse her son and the other staff came out to eat our left over food and hid it. I PAId TO FEED MY GUEST NOT YOUR STAFF. Hello all, I was very hesitant to write this review just because I didn't think people would read however I've had plenty ask about my experience and I want you all to know before booking with The Rustic Chic & CO. I want to share my experience with The Rustic Chic & CO, although the decor was lovely the over all experience and treatment we received was honestly horrid! We honestly had no issues with the company up until the last month before our wedding. By policy we're allowed to make changes up to two weeks prior to your event. They're not very specific on various details, everything changes after 100 guests however never really bothered to let us know until a week before our wedding and wanted to bill us almost $2K the week before. Our initial guest count was 150 then went up to 180 a month before so we made adjustments with the CEO of the company everything was dealt and planned with Sandra (the last two weeks Lindsey/Lesly) honestly forgot the names. None of our changes or details were communicated with the front office and there was so much confusion. On our "final appt" where we went in to finally pay them off (August 5) a month before our wedding, our guest count was still 180 and still wasn't made aware that after 100 guests at the indoor venue with restrooms, that we had to provided portal potty's (honestly gross I don't even go in those anywhere, why would I want a venue that I'd have to provided that for my guests) the we're concerned with plumping issues and wanted us to sign a $5K plumping waiver because we were opting out of the portal potty's service. They bill you for ice to prevent you from having to go to the store $300 which isn't too bad to be honest however within an hour to our reception they tell us we ran out of ice and if we wanted more we would have to send someone (wasn't that the whole point to pay?) one of guests went out for about $100 worth of ice and magically lasted the whole night through the heat wave! Now, we got married Labor Day weekend honestly the hottest weekend this year! Our ceremony was only about 15 mins because we didn't want our guests outdoors too long. We had opted for family/couple pictures at the Farmhouse location, our ceremony was suppose to end by 3:00pm which we had the farmhouse for an hour post ceremony for pictures 4:00. One of the employees came inside the house and disconnected the 1 portable AC unit and kicked us out 3:20 stating that he couldn't stay anymore and we needed to exit the premises. We get to our indoor venue the AC was turned off and my coordinator was told that they couldn't turn the AC on because the back door was opened? There's was miscommunication there no way in hell were we wanting the big door opened in the middle of the heat wave, I had 3 guest pass out and had to leave to the ER because of the heat and having to come into the indoor venue without AC was definitely the last straw I hadn't even spoken to any of the staff members that day up until then. I could literally go on about how horrible this company is & I highly suggest you all do your research and ask for very specific details in writing in a contract to be able to make them follow through. read more

The experience my family and I had with this venue and the owner was horrible . As you could imagine planning a sweet 16 or any other party or event could be overwhelming, so when you pay someone and their business for things to run smoothly the day of, that's what you expect rite? NEGATIVE! It was the total opposite with this venue. We got to the venue the day of our party and literally things just felt tense rite away . It seemed like the owners job was to make the guest feel uncomfortable. They ended our event earlier, When we kept asking what was going on they kept making up lies with no proof of what they were saying . The owner Sandra even tried to make the guest feel pressured Into thinking we were causing problems, making false comments to the guest saying there was a reason the party was being stopped , but never showed proof of that so called reason . Her security/staff were so unprofessional and rude . It's really sad because obviously events like these are expensive and cost so much money, and not only that, you want to be in the moment and create memories with your loved ones and that day it was impossible to do so. It makes me sad to think that people can be this selfish , and not have integrity. I'm truly disappointed on how things worked out . read more

Quick Review: (5 fantastic - 1 horrible) * Pre-event planning: 5 * Pre-event communication: 5 * Venue Contract: 1 (not detailed so they use that to their advantage) * Post-event communication: 1 (you don't matter after you're all paid up) * Day of Service: 1 (staff was rude, unavailable/hiding, not helpful enough, uncoordinated, not prepared) * Restroom accommodations: 2 (only 1 permanent on-site restroom for guests) ​This review is coming out 105 days after the wedding we had at The Rustic & Chic Co. because wedding was not ideal and we needed some time to decompress so we could write this review objectively and be as clear and transparent as possible. If you do not want to read this lengthy review, then just understand that this venue kept trying to serve alcohol to the pregnant bride, service was horrible, and in general, we recommend that you stay away from this venue. Prior to the wedding, we met with Sandra (Owner) on a monthly basis and the venue promptly responded to all of our messages, but once we were all paid up and once the event was done, the customer service became horrible. We had follow-up questions, but our meeting requests were all denied. We were treated much better when we were actively giving money to the venue. During our monthly planning meetings with Sandra she talked us into paying $1,500 for "Day of service" coordination because she said that SHE would be the person performing this service. We wanted her to run things on the day of the wedding because it would allow us to be less stressed and enjoy our event more also, Sandra is the ONLY person at that wedding that knew the bride was pregnant (other than the groom). Sandra was going to make sure that the bride would NOT be served alcohol so it would not be obvious to the guests. Unfortunately, Sandra was not the "Day of service" coordinator. We had Dillion and he had no idea what was going on and it went horrible. The wedding day was an organizational disaster. There was no organization or support so the bride, groom, wedding guests and camera crew were running the event. Despite the pregnant bride blatantly telling Dillion that she wanted a specific drink (that doesn't contain alcohol) Dillon served her multiple alcoholic drinks and it made her feel very uncomfortable. The Rustic & Chic Co. was made aware that the bride was pregnant and that it was a secret from guests, yet Dillion, served the pregnant bride alcohol. So that $1,500 "Day of service" had the opposite effect, it actually caused us more stress. We paid $800 for "Servers" and they were sitting in the locked office during the entire event, all they did was clean up after. The servers also locked the leftover food in the office and when guests asked them for it, the servers said there was no food. The staff was trying to hide the leftover food in an attempt to keep it for themselves. The groom had to go find Dillion and direct him to bring the leftover food out. The staff not only did nothing during the duration of the event, but they were rude to guests. This venue said yes to everything, prices were amazing, it all sounded too good to be true and unfortunately, it was. We were scammed out of about $1,655 and more importantly, we were not able to enjoy our special day to the fullest. This venue has proven to us to be a company that promises the world and gives you peanuts. We were recently contacted by a bride-to-be who was in meetings with The Rustic & Chic Co. This individual made us aware of the following Instagram page (@therusticchic_coscam) which is a page made to bring awareness to potential Rustic & Chic Co. customers of the dishonesty of this company. This individual asked us about our experience with this venue and we told her about everything mentioned above. She thanked us for our honest opinion and she told us that she decided to take her business elsewhere. read more

My husband and I happened across the company through Instagram and we are so happy we did! Sandra and her team are amazing at what they do! I have always heard how stressful weddings are to plan and wasn't sure what to expect but they made the whole process so easy that we absolutely loved planning our wedding! Every aspect of planning from flowers to food was so easy because they know how to achieve what you want and make it even better! Even when we had a small hiccup in our whole process they went above and beyond to guide us through the process and we had an absolutely beautiful wedding. It's months later and we are still being told how beautiful our wedding was and how much everyone enjoyed themselves. That is directly because of the Rustic Chic team!!!
