Three little Pigs small pizza and a Red sin

We love it here! The pizzas are amazing from the wood fired pizza oven. We've never been disappointed here. It's counter service where you order your food and drink. They will bring the food out to you when it's ready. Outdoor seating in the back with plenty of room inside. Did I mention how good the pizzas are! And the sgabei (breadsticks) are out of this world. You can get them with pesto and a tomato sauce, or with powdered sugar and a drizzle of chocolate. We haven't tried the sugar because we are so full from the pizza . I recommend trying the Salty Caper! I promise you will keep returning for more. You can create your own or choose any of their creations on the menu. You can come back and change it up each time.

The Salty Caper was just okay for me, nothing outstanding. I ordered carry-out, so maybe eating there and having the pizza fresh out of the oven would make a difference. The crust is very thin and crunchy, but it seemed to lack flavor in some way that I couldn't exactly pinpoint. It felt like it was missing something. That said, it wasn't bad, it was definitely edible, but I've had better pizzas elsewhere. I'd consider dining in next time to see if the experience improves. It seems like a place worth giving another chance.

This is the best pizza in Salisbury so that's a plus but Salisbury is a limited town with limited tastes. I would consider this equivalent to Mellow Mushroom in a larger town. It's tasty and has good beer. The pizza has a similar profile although it's a little thinner. They don't have any gluten free options which is a disappointment these days. The food is good and the service is friendly. They do bar service which I normally enjoy, however they don't seem equipped to handle a busy day. Overall the pizza and beer is good, not great. It's a popular place though, so perhaps I'm just not the right audience. I would not discourage you from trying it.

All ordering is done at the counter when you walk in. The hanging menu board is easy to read and see everything they offer. Once you order, you receive a number for your table and cups to get soda (Cheerwine & Coke products) at the machine. Pick a table and wait until your food arrives. Easy peasy. Pizzas are nice and thin, with that crust crunch that is awesome. The marinara sauce isn't overpowering and compliments the other toppings. We didn't order extra cheese on our pizzas but we both had nice cheese pulls on our slices. Everything is nice and clean and the ambiance is welcoming.

So, this is our dinner choice for tonight. My boyfriend and I decided to give this place a try. When we walked in, we were greeted by a counter in front of the menu. Everyone was very friendly, and location is centrally situated in downtown Salisbury, North Carolina. Parking was easily accessible. Inside, the bar area was relaxing, comfortable, and very spacious. The walls were adorned with knickknacks and various pictures. There was even a fountain where you could self-serve your drinks, ensuring a sanitary environment. And I noticed Fresh wood logs were available for burning. The pizza selection ranged from personal to medium and large sizes. They also offered beer and wine options. With over 25 different toppings to choose from, I ordered a personal pan pizza, which was about 8 inches in diameter, with a pesto base. I added bacon, pepperoni, and Canadian bacon as my toppings. My boyfriend went with double pepperoni and bacon. In all the food was amazingly good we took it home to enjoy as we watched TV definitely we would come back.

Pizza and beer was really good. I really should go more often, haven't been in a while. But I had some great Cheerwine beer there.

There is no decent pizza in the area (much of it compares to cardboard with tasteless white and red goo atop).

Back again... great again! We come to the area once a year and The White Rabbit is one of our "must…read morehaves". Last year we came two nights in a row we loved it so much. We brought new friends this year who absolutely loved it also. We had reservations which I highly recommend. They were swamped when we got there. Service was a little slow, and they weren't as attentive as we necessarily would've liked, however it would not stop us from coming back. They had several big parties in and we just enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe. What we got: Special cocktails and smoked old fashioned 100/10. My friend said it was the best smoked old fashioned he's ever had. Started with Flatbread, which was great. 10/10 It was the flatbread of the day, mozzarella, pesto and prosciutto. My friend and I had the Salmon. 9/10 It was perfectly cooked over sautéed spinach. I personally think a little something else with it would be nice. If you're really hungry, it wouldn't be enough food, but it was a perfect healthy option I was looking for. My friend got the butter chicken 100/10. Absolutely fantastic. Just spicy enough but not too much. I am a wimp and I loved it. Two others got the Katsu Chicken 100/10. This was the standout!! Perfectly crisp chicken breast cutlets, mashed potatoes, fresh perfectly cooked green beans, and a mushroom gravy. I wished I got this and will next time! Dessert: Key lime pie 5/10, just ok. Tasted more like a lemon bar to me. Tiramisu 10/10. Light, tasty, wonderfully done.

The hostess/server immediately greeted us and offered us a seat at the bar or a table. She was so friendly and told us the specials when she gave us menus. I tried one, the buchanan martini, which was amazing and then went with one of their signature cocktails, the passion and smoke. While we waited for drinks, we looked at all the flapper and prohibition-esque art. Such a cool vibe. Don't know how this place only has 10 reviews. HIGHLY recommend. Not too busy on a Friday night either.

Bottom line: Bottle & Can Salisbury was an awesome find. Enjoyed their welcoming atmosphere,…read moreservice, beverage & snack selection as a much needed oasis from a very crowded Cheerwine Festival. Love these guys! The Deets: During a visit to Salisbury during The Cheerwine Festival, we stopped to one of the sample tables in front of Bottle & Can and after my friends enjoyed some of the samples we decided to step inside to see what this bottle shop/bar was all about. Honestly, The Cheerwine Festival can get way too "people-y" and we had wanted some downtime from the long lines and crowds. We found just that oasis in Bottle & Can. We sat down at the bar and were delivered great service and conversation during our visit there. They had a great selection of draft beers/beverages as well as some good selections in the coolers to enjoy also. I found an Untitled Art Chocolate Dark Brew NA beer in the cooler that hit the spot perfectly for me and I had a couple while enjoying the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of this bottle shop. They even had some snacks available for purchase such as popcorn, Lance cracker snacks, etc. Great staff, great atmosphere, and great beverage selection made Bottle & Can Salisbury a great find...very enjoyable visit!

Absolutely fantastic find. Salisbury really needed a restaurant like this! The server was great,…read morereally taking pride in what she does. Incredibly informative about the menu, friendly, thorough, and completely elevated the experience. I can't remember her name but she said she just celebrated her one year anniversary working there. The chef, Kyle, came to our table to discuss a food allergy of someone in our party and came back multiple times to talk to us. He was GREAT, and we could really tell he was experienced and loves what he does. What we got: Milk Bread - 100/10.... I could've eaten the whole thing myself. I would love to get ahold of this recipe... and the homemade butter. Oysters - 10/10 I was reluctant because of the past reviews, but they were outstanding. Some of the best oysters I've ever had in my life. Had a Bloody Mary seasoning. Chicken wing special - 100/10 wow and wow. I could've also eaten all six of these by myself. I held back ordering a second round. Tomahawk steak - 10/10 the flavor on this was unlike anything I have ever tasted before. Perfectly cooked and worth the price. The creamed spinach side that comes with the steak was also glorious. The potatoes that came with it were not my favorite, but they did the job. Cabbage special - 100/10 this may have been my favorite thing we ate all night. Unfortunately, the portion was not that big and I really wish there were more for the price. . It was outstanding. Panna cotta dessert - 8/10 I'm not a big dessert person so this was nice because it was not overly sweet and very light. The overall experience was wonderful. It was relaxed, we did not feel rushed. Atmosphere 10 out of 10. Service 10 out of 10. Food 9.999 out of 10. Steep price tag, but it was well worth it and we can't wait to come back when we visit again next year.
