Checked the is place out as we heard it's popular in California. The owner is very nice and friendly and the place is clean. I gave it 4 stars as I am super picky with sandwiches. My favorite go to sandwich place will still be Cheba Hut. This place does have fresh ingredients but I think might need more options for sauces and toppings. Ive seen this place for abit, but finally made it in today. I'll definitely be back! Located at the southern end of a small strip center, parking was tight (noonish). Walking in the place has several tables inside (a couple patio tables outside too). The sandwich menu board offers a huge variety of sandwiches with house-made sauces, I ended up with a turkey/pancetta/avocado on wheat.....and it arrived quickly and big enough that 1/2 went home. Found this place after our doctors appointment and it was absolutely amazing. My husband and I both got the Grand Canyon sandwich on sourdough and Dutch bread. After taking a bite of the sandwich, you can tell this place truly cares about food, their ingredients and the customers experience. Everything was so fresh and delicious, it was seriously one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The staff was extremely friendly and I believe the owner helped us. A little hidden gem! Another review of the Dutch crunch bread really intrigued me as I'd never heard of it before. I ordered the Roast beef, cheddar, and thousand island dressing sandwich on the Dutch crunch roll and I was not disappointed. It was a very good sandwich. What a delicious and friendly spot! We live just down the street a bit and just discovered this total gem. We ordered two full sandwiches and one half sandwich for our toddler. We also tried the macaroni salad. Everything was totally delicious! The Dutch crunch bread roll was slightly sweet, crunchy, and fluffy. The sliced sourdough was soft and toasted just right. They were also super courteous and called to ask if we'd like them to make our order early, or if we wanted the pickup time the online order system said. The menu lists the subs as hot but they'll make them cold if u want. I got the Tombstone and my boyfriend got a Tuna salad sandwich, both well exceeded our expectations. The #2/Tombstone is turkey, bacon, avocado and cheddar cheese and whatever toppings and condiments you add. The sandwich was huge...(a lot bigger than the pics on the reviews look) we ended up taking half of the sandwich home. All the ingredients were fresh, the avocado was perfect and bacon cooked to perfection. The tuna salad was mixed with their house made awesome sauce, a huge sandwich and so good. We asked for something to wrap the rest of our sandwiches up in and the employees insisted on wrapping it up for us! Seriously so freaking nice, we questioned like "no we can do it" but that's just how they do it. All the employees were smiling and seemed to be enjoying themselves. Hands down the best customer service, super nice people. Everything was clean, tables were wiped down immediately after customers left. Totally great vibe in there...highly recommended! Amazing! We found The Sandwhich Spot via a Yelp search, saw 5 stars and came to check it out. I went with two other people and all three of us loved what we got. I got the #2. It sounds like a standard turkey sandwich, but had so much flavor with their sauces. The cookie was also amazing. To top it off, the customer service was phenomenal.
