The cinnamon roll was served in a cast iron pan, which was not hot at all. It was either kept warm in oven and served or warmed up in a microwave then placed in the pan. It tasted stale and was more a cake like texture. We both had the same bacon & tomato omelet with home fries. My husbands omelet was not completely cooked through and had runny egg pour out once he cut into it. The home fries were overcooked, some were hard, chewy and really flavorless. I suspect they were recooked. We did not bother mentioning any of this to the hostess/server as she was oblivous to giving good service. Though she did refill our coffee. After 5-6 visits here since they opened, Coastal Skillet is not a place we will return to. Good luck.
