Heather is amazing! I visit Heather every 3-4 weeks for waxing services and every 6 months for chemical peel "maintenance." She is great at what she does and makes you feel at home and comfortable during every visit, even when the services themselves inflict a bit of pain. The location is really easy to get to and is always very clean. It's a cozier salon that has a very peaceful vibe. The products they use leave my skin feeling great. Found this place on Yelp and decided to take the plunge and went for a bikini wax. I know it sounds silly, but I felt too intimidated and embarrassed to go to a regular salon. When I called to book the appointments, I was given information regarding their services (facial and a spray tan) for before and after service, I was also given detailed directions to find their location. Iv heard a lot about this place and decided to call and get a bit more information. They have a prenatal brazillian as one of their services and Iv never gotten a brazillian, only bikini line and im currently pregnant and was thinking about getting one. Let me just say if their bedside manner is as horrible in person as it was on the phone then i could only imagine how their work ethic is... I asked what exactly the difference was between a reg brazillian and a prenatal one being that the price was different, she was very rude and her reasoning was very confusing. She said that it would take more time cause of the size of my belly and shed need to be more gentle, but shouldnt they always be as gentle as possible? And my pubic area is no larger nor is most pregnant womans bellys "in the way" during pregnancy.
