Massage was WHATEVER, but did enjoyed to relax in the private room beforehand while having tea and macaroons. Felt a uncomfortable when the masseuse was massaging my chest. I'm using to receiving massages but it felt off. I should have said something, but I was uncomfortable to do so.

Visiting from LA to Chicago', Trump spa was on our itinerary. We booked 3 massages. This place was a treat! Very clean and great customer service. The massage was beyond relaxing. Next time I have plans to add on additional treatments. The spa relaxation lounge was my favorite! The stunning views of Chicago while enjoying tea will be such a memorable experience. This was definitely a highlight of our vacation. See reel: instagram @morelifewithbri

Most relaxing lounge and incredible services - highly recommend! Best spa in the city, hands down!

Beautiful amenities, amazing staff and the best massage services - can't recommend it enough! Caesar is my go massage provider- but everyone I've encountered has been incredible too! Highly recommend, gorgeous spa!

Came to the Spa to have a massage. it was a fabulous massage and the spa and the amenities were great! The spa had very relaxing chairs to sit in and other amenities like a eucalyptus steam shower and a pool. Very beautiful hotel and location.

The barbaric contract one must sign to patronize The Spa at Trump
    Ajay G.

As a resident of Trump Tower, the Spa is rather tempting, given that I can get a massage without ever having to set foot into the blistering cold winter of Chicago. Add to that, that residents get a substantial discount on the weekdays, and it should seem like a no-brainer. Yet, as a matter of personal policy and adherence to my principles, I simply cannot patronize The Trump Spa, for one simple reason. At the beginning of every visit, they make you sign a ridiculous contract in which you must agree to "give up substantial human rights". How can I possibly enjoy what is supposed to be a relaxing Swedish massage when just moments prior, I signed a contract giving up substantial rights? If this was North Korea, I'd be agreeing to 20 years hard labor. Additionally, the contract is poorly written: "I release the released parties..." If the policy were to require signing of the contract only on initial visits but not on subsequent visits, I might be able to eventually forget that I have signed such a barbaric document and enjoy the services, but no...they make you sign it every time you visit. Lastly, they include a 20% gratuity on your bill, and while that can be adjusted at the request of the customer, I find it obnoxious and presumptuous when any gratuity is forced. And so it goes, that instead of visiting the beautiful spa just floors beneath me, I trek out in frigid temperatures to Urban Oasis for my massages, where I don't have to sign a ridiculous contract, am not forced into a gratuity, and where the massages are just as good, if not better.

Not a Trump worthy manicure by far. Polish was uneven and also on my skin!

Staff was excellent and attentive and it was a perfect day to get pampered. My 'Universal Glow' facial was thorough and the massage was excellent. Front desk didn't mention to my boyfriend when he made the reservation that the men's stream room was out of order so that peeved him. All the ammendities were the standard ones and it wasn't anything too special. My manicure was not trump quality by far. From what your paying and the location where you are you'd expect even coats of nail polish, thorough cleaning and trimming around the nail folds- at the least! (Skin wasn't even trimmed around the nail bed!) Bf's pedicure was better, probably because no polish was involved but even then the manicurist didn't swipe under the nail . He had to ASK her to clean the sock fuzz out! His feet did end up baby smooth with some good laughs. The overall experience was just ok and paying hundred(s) for these services was def not worth it.

There are a variety of services to choose from, but the various baths of different temperatures and salt engage the senses like no other. It's co-ed, and you can move between baths at your leisure. There's even a semi-outdoor waterfall bath. The variety is wonderful. There's a salt shower area that you could rub salt on yourself which feels wonderful. I really enjoyed the sauna which had an aromatherapy component to it and a cold plunge inside. I didn't think I could do it, but the hot temps made it easier to get into the cold water. Service here is splendid, and reservations need to be made so that over-crowding doesn't happen. This makes the experience of coming here much more enjoyable. You can really unwind, relax, and come out of this feeling refreshed.

There is staff around so if you have any questions, that can be answered. The locker rooms are clean. There are a couple private changing rooms and, of course, cuz it is separate from the men, you can choose to change in the open. You change into your bathing suit and they provide a robe. Within this locker room, there are showers available and there is also an area provided to get ready AFTER the services are complete. It has hair dryers and spray deodorant and I think lotions. They do provide "wet slippers". They fit like no show socks so there's no need for any kind of flip flop type shoe to protect your feet. I have no review for the men's locker room cuz... Well. I'm not a man. BUT my husband had no complaints. When ready, you meet your partner and go to the "bath" area. They have all kinds of hot tubs and steams rooms and cold plunges and just yeah. It's pretty cool. You hang your robe and in you go. There is also a juice bar and the juices are delicious. Again, there is plenty of staff to assist with any questions you may have. If you booked a massage, and, of course, why not? They will let you know when it's time. You go upstairs and get the best massage of your life. I had a female masseuse and my husband had a male one. Once done, back into the locker room to get ready for the rest of your day/evening. It was a pleasant experience. It was also quite pricey. This was gifted to me and my man. Not sure if we would have extra funds to splurge within our own budget. This is downtown Chicago. Parking is NOT provided. Although they do offer valet.

This time, I decided to schedule a mani & pedi at the end of my week stay as an added treat. When I tell you that I was shocked by my experience here, I mean it. There was nothing luxurious about this at all. And these are absolute top-tier prices for their services. They took me down the stairs after I checked in and I waited in this dark area as people were randomly walking back and forth from the pool area. A woman escorted me into this insanely small room (it looks like a closet) where there were 2 pedicure chairs right next to each other then 2 manicure stations across from that. I truly was shocked. I wanted to leave. Their website and spa detail information is so insanely misleading. This small room they cram you into has no windows, and is at the end of a dark hall. Forget that we are still dealing with the pandemic and there is zero social distancing. The two nail techs that were working were lovely but so obviously under appreciated & overworked. Which is beyond sad. My pedicure was ok but my manicure was the worst I've ever received. I wanted a French tip and the tech haphazardly painted each tip with a regular brush. Not one was the same. I also walked out and came right back to get some nail polish remover to clean up my own hands as I had white polish all over my skin. Just insane. The receptionist was appalled when I showed her my nails so she said she would take it off my bill ($65) was removed but I still paid over $150 plus tip for my mani and pedi. In my personal option, they should close down the manicure and pedicure options of the spa. It is not a luxury, high end experience. Quite the opposite. This was not a great way to end our stay here & it put such a bad taste in my mouth. I won't ever come back to the spa for any service at all.

The experience was truly lovely and relaxing. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. She helped me settle comfortably into the chair and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the service. Ivy is very sweet, polite, and professional. She paid great attention to detail and did her job beautifully. The staff also offered me coffee or water, which was a thoughtful touch and added to the overall comfort. I asked Ivy to help me choose a good nail color, and she guided me patiently until we found the perfect shade. I really appreciated her suggestions. I opted for the lemon as it's the closest to lavender that I'm used to. The only negative I have was the room and where it was situated. It may have been the area she was assigned to, but I wish it were darker without the windows. I treated myself to a birthday massage and it was well-deserved! But otherwise so good!
