To Whom It May Concern: When we learned that the Spa Warehouse has been building, selling and maintaining spas since the mid 90's we knew this was the company for us to place our trust in when considering the purchase of a spa. After the Spa Warehouse teck fixed our existing tub (that we didn't purchase from the Spa Warehouse) we realized it was finally time to trade in the old tub. Eight years ago Dale Peash's crew delivered and set up a very nice spa at our home. I used this spa 3 to 4 times a week and I have been super pleased with it over the years. However a few months ago I became familiar with the Caldera spa line that the Spa Warehouse carries. The more I found out the more I wanted a Caldera spa. Just recently Dale's crew delivered and set up my Caldera spa (Geneva model) and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm so impressed with the superior quality and workmanship of Caldera spas. From the finish on the tub to the way Caldera designs their spa; it truly is the Cadillac of spa's, not to mention the incredible lighting and sound system. Eight Years ago I had a back injury. This Caldera spa is great therapy for me and truly a slice of heaven. The configuration of the Jets make hot tubbing an exhilarating experience, so much so I find myself wanting to stay in for hours on end. Like a lot of people we considered buying our spa from a "box/food store" mostly because of their return policy. We decided it made more sense to buy a spa that we would never WANT to return from the Spa Warehouse. For the past 20 years we've owned hot tubs. In hindsight I cannot imagine buying a spa from a box/food store or from some online company. You will really want experts in the spa industry "after the sale". When I was considering companies to purchase my first hot tub from Spa Warehouse made my list because they were locally owned and had been in business many years. I met Daniel on my first visit. He was very impressive, he was friendly, and very knowledgeable. Once he determined what options I was looking for in a hot tub and my budget he showed me a few different models. He was never pushy and very instrumental in helping me make my final decision. It took much longer than expected to have the pad and electrical installed for the hot tub. Daniel was very understanding and happily held the tub until I was ready. When everything was finally ready I called Daniel and set up delivery. The delivery team was professional and friendly. Once we filled the tub up it wouldn't start and we had received an error code reading. Daniel was exceptional, when I called. He was patient and went step by step with me to try and resolve the issue. When we were not successful via the phone he came to my house. Once he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem as electrical and even talk with my electrician and told him what the problem was. I have had my hot tub for four months and I am enjoying it tremendously. Daniel continues to help me regulate my water levels. He is amazing and a true asset to Spa Warehouse. Our search for the perfect Spa ended at The Spa Warehouse - we had checked out and wet tested all the major brands as well as smaller players - but wanted to see the Caldera Line and The Spa Warehouse is our local dealer. Upon arriving, met with Jeremy - who is absolutely the most knowledgeable person we met on this journey - he literally grew up in the industry as The Spa Warehouse originally used to build their own spas - his dad and shop owner, Dale had Jeremy involved probably shortly after walking. A couple of years ago they had the great foresight to partner with a major brand - and thus now we have a very experienced dealership carrying one of the top brands in the country - Caldera by Watkins Group. Although originally looking for a 4-6 person spa, Jeremy introduced us to the 8 person Cantabria model with Lounge chair - the total massage and therapy design was so impressive. Although we loved the Cantabria we still were looking for Value - Jeremy gave us an "out the door and installed" price which no other dealer came close to - we were further impressed with Mike the Operations Manager as they coordinated and delivered this incredible tub in fine fashion - we have now enjoyed our tub since mid-May and can only talk praises about the professional team Dale has at The Spa Warehouse. read more

We heard about this place from a few different friends after we had already choosen a hot tub from anther place. I went to the Spa Warehouse with out my husband with the specs from our original choice, Daniel was super helpful in explaining the differences and similarities of a few of the models in omparison to the one we liked. I left there feeling like it was a clear desicion plus about a $1800.00 difference! I brought my husband back with me a few days later and had the privilege of meeting Dale at that time. Daniel and Dale spent nearly an hour asking us question and had us get in to sit in he empty hot tubs to see what we did and didnt like really customizing and helping us choose what best suited our needs. Delivery day was a success( we also used Tim as our electrician from their referral..... He went above and beyond what was needed)! My wife & I Purchased a hot tub 12 years ago from the Spa Warehouse. At that time I asked Dale (the owner) why I should buy one of his spas. He explained that he'd been in the hot tub servicing business for 20 years and he knew what components worked and what didn't. He only used the most durable parts in his line of spas. It turned out to be a great purchase. My wife & I never had a problem with the hot tub in these past 12 years of constant use. I find that remarkable. We recently purchased another home and purchased our 2nd tub from Spa Warehouse. We were assisted in our purchase by a very likable & knowledgable sales rep Daniel. Also Dale (the owner) helped with several questions on the Caldera Spa (which we ended up purchasing). Caldera Spas is the only line that Dale feels worthy of him carrying at his store. All the other spas at the Spa Warehouse are Dales own line. The spa was delivered by two helpful & also very likable (service & delivery) people - Tracy and John. After repossessing my house I wanted to list it for a quick sale but my pool had not been maintained by my renter. It was a large swimming pool which had turned green with algee. The pool pump had been stolen and pipes had been broken. I thought it would be impossible to repair everything, let alone make the pool look good. My friend who has a hot tub referred me to Dale, owner of the Spa Warehouse. Dale and his staff quickly eased my mind when they said that the pool would be cleared up in a few days. They came right out to the house, replaced the pump, repaired piping and wiring, and as promised, the pool was crystal clear in a few days! I was releaved and amazed when Dale drew me a diagram explaining how the pool system works. His fees were more than reasonable. I am not connected in any way to the Spa Warehouse. I am writing this review out of gratitude for a well-executed, custom spa project done by them. I re-designed my master bathroom to include a 120 gallon, 2 person, deep Japanese soaking tub that I wanted converted to a spa so that it would stay filled with heated, filtered, and re-circulated water that wouldn't get wasted and drained after every use. I bought a shell separately and shipped it to the Spa Warehouse after discussing the project with owner Dale Peash who, with a "yes-we-can" attitude, accepted the challenge. He custom tailored off-the-shelf spa components, and even personally delivered the final product to my Lake Union floating home in his own boat. Now THAT'S SERVICE! This was nearly a year ago and I am still thrilled with our unique new tub/spa that gets used at least once every single day! Woohoo indeed! read more

We've been doing business with Spa Warehouse for a number of years and they consistently offer quality products for great prices. However, their most valuable commodity is their service. In between major purchases, they offer advice and assistance that, by all rights, they could charge for, but never do. From tips about how to re-start a troublesome pump, to configuring control units, to tips about how to keep your water crystal clear, these guys have always been happy to help. Recently, we decided to scale down and they really listened to our needs and desires. We are now the happy owners of a Fantasy Splendor. The delivery guys were on-time and did not waste time, yet spent enough time here to ensure we were postured for success. I would not recommend you buy a spa or hot tub from Spa warehouse in Tukwila, WA. We thought we were getting a great deal but we got screwed. The spa was delivered late, we were promised a cover lifter and ozone and neither came with the tub. Dale was nice when we were there and before we gave them money but a jerk after the sale and follow up. They seem to say anything for a spa deposit and commitment but the follow up and customer service sucks. Buyers beware, shop around and read reviews on line, Olympic Hot tubs has the best reviews but they were more money. Spa warehouse in Tukwila has a bait and switch type used car dealer mentality. My Wife and and I thought we were savvy shoppers but should have listen to a coworker who shared the same bad experience last year. The price was lower and so was our satisfaction level. We just purchased a Caldera Spa from Daniel at Spa Warehouse and we couldn't be happier with the outstanding service we received in guiding us through the process of selecting the right spa for our home. We are new to owning a hot tub so we had many questions and still go to Daniel for guidance and recommendations. He is patient and informative, not to mention always available. My husband has had back problems for many years, receiving cortisone shots to relieve his discomfort. Since we've had our new spa, his back pain has all but gone away....what a relief. I have utilized the benefits of the hydrotherapy that a spa provides since the early eighties when I purchased my first spa. I recently purchased my third spa from The Spa Warehouse. It is a brand new Caldera Geneva Spa. It is by far the best spa that I have ever utilized, and I look forward to my twenty minute spa therapy every day. I think that Caldera manufactures the best spas in America, and The Spa Warehouse is their sole dealer here in the Seattle area. I think that I got a very fair deal from Mike, and he even gave me a trade in value for my old spa. They were experts in the delivery of the new spa and the removal of the old one. For those looking for a spa, I highly recommend the Spa Warehouse. Be sure to look at other spa manufacturers' products and compare the price and product to the Spa Warehouse products. We found the staff at the Spa Warehouse to be helpful and knowledgeable. They were not high pressure in their sales tactics, but very helpful and patient in providing good, useful information. Dale listened very well and helped us to to find a spa which met our needs and wishes. He also added a couple of extra features which made the spa even better. We found the after sale service to be excellent. Since we were new spa owners we had several questions in the beginning. We are very happy with our Spa Facelift. We have a 15+ year old spa and Dale and his team completely updated the plumbing, jets, insulation, new LED lights, and cedar skirt. It literally looks brand new and our kids love the LED lights. This is a great service for anyone with an older spa that is starting to look a little rough around the edges and it costs way less than buying a new one. I wish I had known about this a couple of years ago. I'm no longer embarrassed about how my spa looks when people come over, and everything is working again. I also recommend the wireless thermometer they sell, it's great to check the spa temp and make sure everything is working without having to go out and take the cover off. read more

Sam at the Spa Warehouse came to my home and quickly diagnosed a problem I was having with my pump , Sam then removed my pump immediately and took it to the Spa Warehouse's shop to order parts and fix my 1989 pump. Sam contacted me the same day to set an appointment to replace my now repaired and serviced spa pump the following morning. he replaced my rebuilt pump , filled my tub , and noticed a new leak. I approved the repair and Sam immediately removed and replaced the broken , leaking parts on my pump that day. With the delivery from Kenny and Danny, our new Caldera Spa was successfully installed and set up. While in the dark, they were able to maneuver around our patio and gravel and they worked efficiently to get the job done. A task like that is difficult enough, so the boys' performance in the dark was very impressive. All the information regarding the use of chemicals and other accessories was extremely helpful. Our family came to the Spa Warehouse with the hope of finding a hot tub we would enjoy, but we never imagined we would leave with a great deal and a delivery in the same day. We bought a heating element for our hot tub at the Spa Warehouse and the element quit working within the 12 months warranty time and Dale the owner said he would not repair or replace it but send it back to the company that made it and see what they would do. That process took over 2 months or more than 60 days, I still got the runaround when I called and had to call the manufacturer directly to get some action. Dale avoided my calls and refused to deal me directly. We had no use of our hotub because The Spa Warehouse would not replace the part we purchased from them and had no obligation or sense of customer satisfaction to make us happy. I highly recommend spa warehouse. Where I first notified the difference was that my sales rep, Cesar cared about me, my budget and what I wanted. He didn't care that I didn't want the most expensive tub. He found hot tubs in my range and has been a pleasure to work with. I remember getting a handwritten card on the mail from Cesar just thanking me. It really helped him stand out from the crowd at the start. Since then, his knowledge and helpfulness has stood out. We had an old spa and wanted to get rid of it when we moved in. Called The Spa Warehouse to see if they wanted to take care of it for us. Spoke with Frank and he told us to see if it worked first. So he walked us through filling it up and testing it. Turns out, it works just fine! Frank walked us through starting it up, getting us a new filter, special ordered a new cover (since the one on it was thrashed), and even had great advice on how to maintain it. Frank is the best in the business. When my mother and I called with some frantic questions about our unit he was first to volunteer information at no cost over the phone. He spent over an hour on the phone with my frantic mother to help calm her nerves and get our hot tub fully functional again.
