Were happy we found this hidden gem after searching for another gastro pub that sells delicious food that won't completely clog our arteries, after our old home bar did us dirty. Enough with my irrelevance though lol, five stars for the sweet selection of crafts on tap, five starts for the great service delivered by the very kind, attentive and PROFESSIONAL ladies, five stars for the kitchen staff for delivering delicious and CONSISTENT quality food on both our visits! An honest and well deserved five stars! The atmosphere and layout of the dining area and bar is ample, clear, neat and there's televisions everywhere showing various channels for everyone's liking. They even have giant jenga, how fun! The bathroom is so pretty and immaculately clean, which shows great effort and care given that you can write on the walls with chalk which is a such a neat concept! Now let's talk subz! I can't recall the names however we've split two different subs, one each visit, they were generous and incredibly delicious! Perfect paired with one of the many craft beer choices. Sigh, I hope you guys can one day open a stackz in downtown upland. You guys have all the major fixings to become an instant success and you'd easily become the best gastro-eatry in downtown! ..but a girl can only keep her fingers crossed lol :) Untill then you guys are totally worth the little drive! One of my favorite places to eat at in Rancho Cucamonga since they opened. Although I've never been there during the evenings (which I hear gets packed)-its a great place to eat lunch or early dinner at. They have really friendly service, and you can always call in to pick up or just order to go. But that's not what makes this place awesome. It's their Siracha Cheesesteak which is spicy but really delicious! All of their sandwiches are very filling so i usually just order half a sandwich and thats it. But their Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is good drizzled in ranch dressing; same can be said for their Chicken Parm. Their macaroni was delicious but I've tasted better, and as for the rest of the sides just order the chili poppers that are wrapped in bacon!! read more

Not easy on the pocket book considering a quick stop for a bite and a brew... Should have an happy hour or sorts, since that was my first choice. May draw a larger late afternoon crowd.. I've been coming to this place since they first opened. Wow, has their prices increased through the roof. For a foot long combo and 2 pints of beer was $34.00 not including tip. $8.00 a pint for beer that wasn't the greatest and $15.00 for a sandwich that was salty and fries that were the size a kids meal would have. Plus, all of their original employee's left for other jobs.. I wonder why? I guess the owner's are more concerned with their pockets than keeping long time customers happy.. read more

First time here. I have not been this far down Archibald in awhile and did not realize this was where Stackz was located. when I saw it, I had to stop. I had been scoping it out for awhile on yelp. So glad I did. I had a ABLT on squaw and it was delicious, simple! Crispy bacon, fresh produce and just the right amount of toast on the bread. Got my son a build your own turkey on white roll and let's just say he threw it down!!! I also ordered a sides of potato and macaroni salad and yuuuummmy!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!! I placed an online order at 12pm to be picked up 1:30pm. This is not the first time I placed an online order so I KNOW that I should await upon 2 emails (one confirming my order was received, and one confirming the time my order is ready for pick up). At 12:36pm, I receive a confirmation email. At 1:07pm I receive an email that my order is ready for pick up. I am on my lunch break which is why I ordered in advance to have time to eat. I get to the restaurant to pick up my order (AT 1:47pm - 40 minutes AFTER the stated time on the email) and was told my order was just put in and was told "YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE BOTHERED COMING IN IF YOU DIDN'T GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION". The cashier was super rude and accused me of lying about getting an email confirmation, so I showed her the email on my phone and she rolled her eyes and said "YOUR FOODS ALMOST READY YOU WANT IT OR NOT". It isn't my fault YOU guys messed up. Why should I have to deal with such a bad attitude and eye rolling? I placed my order ahead of time and still had to wait on them? The food is GREAT, but I have always had an issue with the customer service via phone or in person.. which is the reason why I normally place orders TO GO. Response to owner: If i was given those options I OBVIOUSLY wouldn't have been so upset. I was NOT told there was an ISP issue. Clearly you did not HEAR in the video. I was told I was shouldn't have showed without the confirmation email saying my order was ready. And that there was no way I would have received a confirmation email because my ORDER was JUST PUT IN AS I WALKED UP TO THE CASHIER.. ALSO how is it that I place an order 1 hours before to ENSURE i get my order on time. IN ADDITION I show up another 40 minutes AFTER the time provided to pick up my order and the order WAS STILL NOT READY.. How would it be an ISP issue? Even if there was a lag it takes a total of 2 hours for you to receive an online order? You cannot say I THREW a drink. Because that is a false statement. I did not take anything out on the staff. I simply stated how much of an inconvenience it was, in a CALM tone. As I received negative attitude was when I was upset. Clearly any other person would feel the same. But thank you. I agree with Rhett, while the food here is a okay, the service is horrible. I have dined here at least a handful of times hoping that the service will get better but it hasn't. While I enjoy the buffalo chicken sandwich and cheesesteak, I wish they served their food on actual plates, and did not use plastic silverware. Not a big fan of the potato salad either, and normally I love potato salad . The servers are all young and act like they couldn't give a crap about serving you. And then as a rule I tip, I work in the industry, but when I just tipped you 10 bucks for two measly sandwiches, could you crack a smile, pretend that you are pleased. Because the service doesn't warrant a good tip, but I was hopeful that with a nice tip, they might be a little warmer and not so awkward. The brunette girl in particular is not doing this business any favors. If you do go in I hope you get the blond server, she is the nicest of the bunch. Okay so I read a comment on RC forum facebook about The Stackz Co. and had to try it. My family and I are always looking for a good sandwich place an we have yet to find one, we have literally been going to Ralph's deli and creating our own simple sandwich.!well this weekend we went to The Stackz Co. and I'm so glad we found this gem. The sandwiches were so good and potato salad was fantastic. I had the turkey bacon Avacado and my husband had the chicken parm. The place it self was immaculate and bathrooms were created perfect and so clean. I even came out and made a comment to my husband about it right away. After a few minutes of dealing with my 8 month old baby and two daughters a kind man asked us if we needed a high chair. Of course we needed one and he kindly got up from his table next to us and brought it to us. Well come to find out, he was the owner. We expressed our gratitude and excitement for his place and the attention to detail. We talked for over twenty minutes about his vision and how he wants it to be a family friendly place. They also have free live entertainment on Saturdays nights for adults usually from bands to headliner comedians. He was so gracious and offered us a plate of bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers to sample. By the way they were delicious. We will continue to eat here because the food is great but most importantly the customer service was fantastic and the place was clean and convenient in all aspects. read more

My fiance and I were looking for a relatively cheap sandwich place and we found this place on yelp. We ordered two 6 inch sandwiches and a grilled chicken salad and the bill came out to be almost $30! The only thing they stackz are them prices! My fiance got the siracha cheese steak and it was honestly comparable to a frozen Costco cheese steak sandwich that you add siracha mayo to. I got the club sandwich thinking it would be hard to mess one up but they burnt the bacon to the point where it was just carcinogenic. This place is overrated. Nothing but hype. read more

By far the BEST meatball sandwich I have ever had. The bread was so soft & fresh, the meatballs were full of flavor, not bland at all. Then mozzarella cheese is melted all over the top, overlapping onto the bread. My son got the WTF, a cheesesteak sandwich with French fries, onion rings, fried egg topped with LOTS of melted cheese and drizzled with sriracha sauce. It was KILLER, off the hook fantastic. I ordered food here over the phone for pick up sunday 8/23 at 1pm. I picked up the food drove it home, and realized they had given me completely the wrong food. So i called and said, hey you gave me the wrong food I ordered the large cheese steak a small cheese steak and a chicken salad. You gave me a large cheese steak without peppers, a small meat ball, two orders of jalapeño poppers and a french fry... The girl over the phone told me to just keep the food and come pick up my correct order. I said are you sure? She said Yes. So i get back in my car and drive back down to archibald and 6th which is kind of far from my house. When i get there they make me wait in line again behind two customers. The girl working the cash register told me i needed to bring back the other food and they couldn't just give me food for free. I said lady you didn't give me the right food and thats not my fault. I just drove home and expected to be eating a salad and two sandwiches but you gave me the wrong order. If you like you can drive to my house and pick it up. She was a complete bitch over about $20 worth of food. I think her name might be lynn but not sure. SUCKS because we loved their food but i don't wanna deal with someones attitude. She should have just given me my new order minus one cheese steak since she already gave me one in the previous order. But i wasn't about to stand around and explain it to her she had a really bad attitude. ITS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT IF YOU GIVE THEM THE WRONG FOOD.
