My current go-to is their ABC Burger (Avocado, Bacon, Cheese) and my boyfriend is obsessed with their French Onion Soup Burger. I haven't tried their fries yet as we always opt for their Stand Chips but upon downloading their mobile app you receive a complimentary side of fries which is pretty sweet! I ordered an Ultimate egg burger, my wife ordered the havarti shroom burger, and we shared an order of stand fries. Ultimate Egg Burger (8.3) this burger was delicious, the onions perfectly complimented the sweet aioli chili and bacon was the perfectly salty and crunchy. I would highly recommend if you enjoy eggs in a burger. Havarti Shroom Burger (7.8) This burger was also very good but not as good as the egg burger. But I did enjoy the jalapeño scallion aioli very much. The mushrooms were good as well. Stand friends (8.8) the fries were amazing the perfect amount of thickness and crunch. I heard that The Stand has opened in LB so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant's location was convenient and had ample parking since it's within the LB Towne Center. The space was big and nicely laid out. The ordering process was easy and the staff were friendly. We got two burgers -- havarti shroom and French onion dip. Our orders took more than 15 minutes to be served despite so that was a letdown especially since it was a slow time when we arrived. Nonetheless, when we finally got them and ate them, we thought that both were tasty and cooked to order; the bread was soft and the cheeses were perfect matches to the beef. I stopped by the 2nd day they were open. It's a large restaurant with a large outdoor dining area. Everyone working there was very friendly. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Wrap. It sure was tasty. I didn't care for the dipping sauce but I would order the wrap again. I'm Also curious how the Short Rib Grilled Cheese is so I think I would get that next time. We drove over 20 minutes for this meal and would do it again tomorrow without a second thought. Over the last couple of weeks we've been actively searching for a great burger place. One that you can count on. You'd think this would be easy task but alas, it has been quite challenging. We had high hopes for The Stand and they delivered. You walk in, wait in line and order at the counter where you will get a number to take to your seat. The menu is extensive and my mouth watered a bit as I read their options- sandwiches, salads, sides, and of course, their burgers. For the sake of our adventure I ordered their standard burger even though I was heavily tempted by 10 other menu items in the process. We ordered: The Stand Burger - delicious. Cooked exactly as requested. Fries- good but I prefer thin cut so I can't fairly comment, I still enjoyed them. Sweet Potato fries- a MUST. They were so good. Another must- the Salted Carmel Brookie Shake Onion Rings- good batter, stuck well to the onion. Service was wonderful- friendly and welcoming. The stand is a normal American eatery serving burgers, fries and things along those lines. We came here twice to give it a second chance because the first time was not the best. We kept in mind they were opening so we wanted to give them another try which we never normally do. If it's bad it's a one and done. The menu is ok not overwhelming with options which is good. They do have a nice drink selection in terms of beers, wines, lemonades, tea, agua fresca, etc. We ordered a Veggie bliss burger, French onion soup burger and an order of onion rings with every dipping sauce option. I had placed the order to go but while waiting for our food I was looking around and noticed a lot of orders were being sent back. I decided to tell them to change the order for dine in so we wouldn't have to deal with a messed up order at home. Our food came out and it was just warm like they were just trying to pump orders out and food wasn't being cooked the amount of time it should have. The amount of people returning food was crazy so we just decided to finish it and get out of there. We gave it a second try a few weeks later in hopes of getting hot food and trying some other sides. We ordered a Veggie bliss burger, French onion soup burger again with an order of fries, and drinks this time as well. We ordered the Stand hef and a lemonade. We got our order and luckily the burgers were hot. After the second visit The Stand is nothing special, It's just good not great. But to put things in perspective my our second visit was a little north $50. There are a lot of good places that make craft burgers for the same price if not a little cheaper. Great new spot in the LBTC next to DnBs. I was wondering for a while what The Stand was and realized they are a chain. I waited patiently for this place to open so I can check it out. When u walk in, go to your right to stand in line. U can see the menu above the cashiers. Huge menu. From salads, sammies, wraps, burgers, etc. I am glad they also serve craft beer on tap and wine. The staff is helpful to understand and recommend items on the menu. Kids got their usual: cheeseburger and fries (drink not included in kids meal...which is a bummer) and chicken bites basket. I needed to detox from Las Vegas so I ordered their crispy quinoa kale mint salad with grilled chicken. It was so yummy. Refreshing. There are lots of areas to sit and watch what's on the huge tvs they have. Either it's sports or a family show. I feel like 2024 has become the year of the burger for some reason (yes, I know it's only the second month)! There are so many burger posts on TikTok, Instagram, and even Facebook. The Stand seemed like a no-brainer. Parking: It's easy to park since it's in what could only be described as an outside mall, next to TGI Fridays. There is no need for a reservation you simply walk in get in line and grab your order. Inside: There's a type of place the restaurant gives you where you can bring anyone. Great for groups, with a nice welcoming ambiance. The outside patio doesn't have heaters, so you can't stay warm out there. Make sure you have a jacket if you're going to be sitting outside on a chilly night. Drinks: Kevin helped my friends and me out. He was friendly and even let my friend try a drink she was uncertain about before ordering it. The drinks they serve are basic, nothing special, which I wasn't happy about, since you'd think a place this nice would have at least six different types of beverages. Not to mention their lemonade was just blackberry, however no fresh lemonade. Food: Now, this is not a topic of mine but why are burger places becoming a la carte. My opinion is that this model was a missed opportunity for The Stand. Because they've got their own chips, they'd benefit from serving all their burgers with homemade chips. However, charging restaurant-goers for chips they're not familiar with seems odd. Having the chips come with each other would be great, and changing a few if someone wants to swap it out makes sense! Now on to the actual food! As an appetizer, we had Red Ginger Green Beans with Blistered Green Beans, Red Ginger Dressing, Crispy Onion Strings, and Sesame Seeds, which tastes more like seaweed than green beans, and the crispy onion on top didn't add anything to the overall effort, although I guess it gave it a nice crispy texture. While my friend and I got the ABC burger, her girlfriend got the Chicken Club, but they left off the avocado, which was disappointing to her. There was a hint of umami taste and the chicken was tender and juicy. I got beef, my friend got turkey, and she said it was a good turkey burger, and the patties were seasoned well. In addition to the burger, it came with avocado and ranch dressing, which was a surprise since ranch never came up when I asked what was on it. However, it did add something to the burger. In addition, the bacon was sweet, smoky, and salty in flavor, adding some extra saltiness to the burger, but not to the point that the burger couldn't eat it. Of course, a burger without fries did not make sense, so we got two orders of fries. They can share with two people and get enough food. The fries had a crunchy exterior and a light, fluffy interior, and they were huge. End the meal with a Salted Caramel Brookies Mikeshake. The sweetness caught you off guard, but it was so good, and you get cookie bits while drinking it. Here's a milkshake you'll love. There's no denying this place is expensive, it's not an affordable burger spot. Please keep in mind that we spent almost $90 between us. It's not something I'd go back for, but if I'm in the area, I'd stop by if I was hungry. read more

My friends have always only told me good things about The Stand (the restaurant, not the Stephen King novel) so I was quite excited to be able to finally eat here. Food here is quite expensive. I forget that this is the new normal at many restaurants now, many of the entrees were over 11$. What I liked about coming here was that my friends had a BOGOF entree on the app so I was able to try some of the food here for free. I had a southwest chicken wrap which was not that bad but it was not amazing either. One thing I noticed was how busy it was here too. There were tons of people here watching a baseball game and there was only one guy running the food to tables. He seemed really stressed out and overworked and there was also only one guy at the cash registers. The restaurant itself isn't anything out of the norm compared to others similar to it. You get in line, order, get a number, sit down, and wait for it to be delivered. I asked the guy how their chili was and he said it was pretty good and to make things even better. He came over to the table before we ate and gave me a sample cup for free and told me to check it out. That was super cool and I like when people go out of their way to make new customers happy. Visited The Stand for the first time today. Upon entering the store, one thing that immediately stood out was their selection of craft beers. And we all know that a good burger deserves a good beer. Disappointment was not to be had today. We ordered three burgers: The Stand, lettuce-wrapped kids burger, and an Ultimate Egg. All three patties were cooked excellent. I asked for mine to be med rare and it was exactly that with a touch of pink. The fire fries were And the house ranch was awesome. The beers were right on point. The French onion soup burger is UNREAL. So delicious, and the au jus is great for dipping fries or onion rings as well. The onion rings are good, but the fries were pretty forgettable. I've been here a few times and the sides have been the biggest let down. Burgers, sandwiches, and salads are phenomenal. I still need to try one of their shakes.
