We were there on a Saturday afternoon. Food was great. Service was great. We ate inside, and there was live entertainment which is nice, but it made it difficult to talk and hear each other. Great new spot in the promenade area. Started off with good service by Jayy he was definitely detailed and helped get us on the right pace for the menu. The bar selection was great plenty of tequilas to get the visit going. Only negative Definitely need to learn what a Palamo is. We started with Brussel sprouts they were good and the dipping sauce was flavorful. I got the Pretzel Burger it was good. The Man & Cheese was the highlight of the meal. Looking for a place to have lunch and chill between Denver area appointments, we stumbled upon The Stillery in Westminster CO. OMG!!! Pleasantly surprised to find an immaculately clean restaurant, with great service and terrific food! At lunch time, the cavernous place was really looking empty with only 3 tables occupied with customers. But, the bartender on duty took great care of all 3 parties and made us all feel appreciated on a slow day. First, the beverages are spectacular, as we thoroughly enjoyed a couple beers and cocktails. Then, the Fried Pickles appetizer was fantastic! Lightly battered, deep fried and a HUGE portion enough to feed at least four! A great way to start. Then, the main courses for lunch: The Blackened Salmon and the Fried Catfish --- WOW, WOW, WOW!!! Both were cooked and served to perfection, with fish so tender and delicious that you'll savor every bite. Even the fries on the side were perfect, just a tad salty but extremely tasty. Very cool place if you like country music. Server and hostess were very good. But...the food is just bad bar food- pretty sure it's all premade and re-heated. The Nashville hot chicken came out cool. We sent it back and the manager brought a new order and as he placed it on the table he said "sorry that the first one came out luke warm". Luke warm? Not even close. I wonder why he'd even have to say that. The baked cheese app which was recommended by the server was disgusting. The sauce tastes like jarred red sauce, the "cheese" is so gross and the bread with pesto is inedible. The burger was decent but wouldn't go back for it. This was our first time dining here. I'm sorry to say we won't be back. I had French Toast that came out almost cold. The syrup was cold (I mean who serves cold syrup with French Toast) and it was soggy in the middle. I asked for a side of bacon extra crispy and it was semi crispy. I'm glad this place has opened up in the area. We needed a good live music venue nearby and the fact that it's country is an added bonus. It's not Nashville, but likely the closest thing we will get in Colorado! I've been here a few times now and the music has been pretty good, atmosphere is great and the food is decent bar food. The Caesar salad has a a bit too much lemon juice but the pizza is good. I don't love that drinks are served on a paper cup after a certain time. Not serving a Moscow Mule in a brass cup should be illegal and a cosmo needs to be chilled in a glass. . The smash drinks were not right and tasted like soda water. I had a chicken sandwich that was fried to Oblivion. The fries were greasy, the fryer oil definitely needed changed. Went to the Stillery on Thursday 10/12. Made a reservation. Showed up on time. The place had less than 10% of the tables filled. We were set in the back next to the large screen TVs. The TVs are hung low so we were, "right next to the TV's". Almost all the tables in this nook were full. However all of the tables near the stage and front end of the restaurant were open. We asked to be moved and the hostess said you are at tables we give to those with reservations. Perplexing statement, I told her I was taking a table closer to the front and moved. The food was fine , the decor is antiseptic barn grunge. . The poor band with all the audience set in a book did not the advantage of playing up to anyone. Went on Halloween night. We got the melted cheese, steak & shroom pizza, and the bacon mushroom bleu burger. They were all delicious! I would highly recommend the pizza. This is a really nice place to just unwind and have a few drinks. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best either. We had a burger and size was good ,but lacked a little on the flavor. They have live music on the weekends so the place gets packed. The service was friendly and pretty quick considering the place was packed. We will go if we are that side of Colorado. read more

This place is super fun. The ambiance is very south western. They had a musician in from Tennessee who was a truly lovely singer. The Nashville hot wings are delicious and they have my favorite cider in a can: Stem. What a disappointment! We met family visiting from out of town for dinner and I've been to The Stillery once before and had decent drinks sand the live music was good, so I thought it would be a fun spot. Not the case this time! The music was genuinely below par verging on bad and it was loud enough that having a conversation is challenging. It's a Wednesday so I am assuming that may have something to do with the entertainment choice. Drinks were fine - we ordered beers and a Blueberry smash which was okay. Unfortunately, the food was truly bad. The Nashville hot chicken was over cooked and dry and wasn't even fully coated in the hot sauce. The Mac n cheese is made in a mini-cast iron skillet and we had 3 orders at our table....ALL 3 orders were burnt and tasted like burned pasta and cheese. It was so bad that my mom took her leftovers and we had to toss it when we got home because the car and the food smelled so bad (burnt cheese is terrible!) in total, we had 2 beers and 1 cocktail as well as a Nashville chicken sandwich, Mac w/ Nashville chicken, and 2 plain Mac n cheese orders. Total bill was $126+ tip. That's a hefty price tag for 3 orders of burned Mac n cheese. Service was fine - our waiter was a very nice guy. I would go back to have drinks on a weekend and listen to music maybe but I'll make sure we eat before we go. read more

The only way to get served is if you sit at the bar. The place is really cool and the music is great. But the service was pretty horrific. If you sit at the open seating tables you will not get served. Went in on a primetime Thursday with a ton of sports on including the broncos game and it took 45 minutes before I decided to just head to the bar to grab a drink. From start to finish a Sh%T Show. Walked in said we have a group of four and a toddler. We were given a small four top high top. Though the place was almost totally empty. Maybe that should have been a sign. We had called previously and asked if they had vanilla ice cream because we had wanted it grab some drinks with friends visiting but their toddler had been promised vanilla ice cream. We decided after sitting at the tiny four top that we should Probably ask if we could change to a bigger table so we could order food and because of the little one joining us, a guy (we found out was the manager) said it was fine. So we change tables and our friends walk in. The server comes out 10 min later and I say he we moved and she said I can see you moved yourself. As our friends sit down they ask for a beer and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We also asked for wings and queso when she came back with waters. 35 mins later we're still waiting for a scoop of ice cream and the food. My husband asked for a glass for his canned cider. A man comes over slams down a glass and walks away. I see that it's not only dirty but clearly was just drank out of with beer left in it. I get up and walk to the bar and say hey we're happy to be here but the dirty glass and 35 mins for a scoop of ice cream in an empty place is a bit ridiculous. Let alone the staffs just horrible vibes. The guys said oh yeah that's not acceptable. He goes to the back and the manager comes out and says "I'm the manager what do you want?" Sir I didn't want to talk to you I just wanted a clean glass and the food we ordered a long time ago. He had no issue with the dirty glass or wait or any of it: At that point we just gave up . Food was mid. Asked for the check. They did apologize for the wait and said they took off the ice cream. For 20$ order of wings, over priced queso and a few drinks it was not worth the price 75$ or the experience, an hour of just weirdness. Plenty of great places near by.
