From start to finish a Sh%T Show. Walked in said we have a group of four and a toddler. We were given a small four top high top. Though the place was almost totally empty. Maybe that should have been a sign. We had called previously and asked if they had vanilla ice cream because we had wanted it grab some drinks with friends visiting but their toddler had been promised vanilla ice cream. I even called ahead to find out and they said they had it. We sat down and after 10 mins someone came and asked has anyone helped we said not yet and he said ok and walked away. Our server came over finally, we explained we have three more coming she said ok and started to walk away. We asked if we could order drinks while we waited that seemed to be an issue. We decided after sitting at the tiny four top that we should Probably ask if we could change to a bigger table so we could order food and because of the little one joining us, a guy (we found out was the manager) said it was fine. So we change tables and our friends walk in. The server comes out 10 min later and I say he we moved and she said I can see you moved yourself. As our friends sit down they ask for a beer and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We also asked for wings and queso when she came back with waters. 35 mins later we're still waiting for a scoop of ice cream and the food. My husband asked for a glass for his canned cider. A man comes over slams down a glass and walks away. I see that it's not only dirty but clearly was just drank out of with beer left in it. I get up and walk to the bar and say hey we're happy to be here but the dirty glass and 35 mins for a scoop of ice cream in an empty place is a bit ridiculous. Let alone the staffs just horrible vibes. The guys said oh yeah that's not acceptable. He goes to the back and the manager comes out and says "I'm the manager what do you want?" Sir I didn't want to talk to you I just wanted a clean glass and the food we ordered a long time ago. He had no issue with the dirty glass or wait or any of it: At that point we just gave up . Food was mid. Asked for the check. They did apologize for the wait and said they took off the ice cream. For 20$ order of wings, over priced queso and a few drinks it was not worth the price 75$ or the experience, an hour of just weirdness. Plenty of great places near by. Maybe just go for line dancing and drink people late night if that's your thing. read more

We had dinner here on a Friday evening and the ambiance reminds me of one of those Toby Keith's restaurants from 10 years ago but less comfortable. There was live music, which is a nice touch if you like country style. The employees were right on the money though and very friendly. The food: cheesesteak and fries - my husband said 3.5 stars. Turkey burger( 3.5 stars) with baked mac and cheese (1 star). Seriously, the mac and cheese is just dried noodles with bread crumbs on top. There was very little cheese. Don't order it unless you like that sort of thing. Food is priced like we were in a mountain resort. $18 for that turkey burger! The drinks: Mason jar cocktail - Blackberry lime - $13 Tasted good, very "limey." Rum and pepsi - well you get what you pay for on well drinks. The food and drinks are good, but they have TERRIBLE service. Our server only came by once every 45 mins or so, and many times we had to stop her or flag her down to get a water refill or order another round of drinks. I'd like to say it was just a busy day but half the tables were empty, and this is the 5th time I've been here and the other times were the same way. Also the other times I've been here, the food runners tried bringing us other tables' food 3-4 times before they actually brought what we ordered. Came here earlish on a week night and, while it wasn't too busy, we were pleasantly surprised to find a live musician on stage. The food was darn good. The chips and Queso were tasty, my son loved the towering stack of meaty wings, the hot chicken sandwich blew the doors off, and the chop-chop salad was perfectly pleasant. About time there was a good country bar with good country music. Showed up on a Saturday afternoon and they had a quality singer singing country covers. Felt like a genuine Nashville bar you'd find on Broadway. TVs had college football but none of the major games. No worries. It's not a sports bar. Food was good and beer was ice cold. There was a conceptual lack of understanding of what good service is, I'm talking about refilling our drinks, asking if we needed anything after our meals came out. As you walk you walk up the steps you are greeted by a very nice gentleman asking for I.Ds so be prepared. Went inside music is loud so if you don't like loud music pick somewhere else! I honestly loved it the vibe is great. They have a floor for anyone who is feeling like dancing. Again once you enter on your left is the stand to put your name down for a table, it's super busy when I went Friday night at 8:30pm. They do have a ramp but inside it's not spacious for a wheel chair until you get to the back. We where told it was going to be a 40- 1 hour wait but we got our table in 30 minutes, prices for food aren't bad definitely a little more $$. This place has SO much potential and I genuinely hope they can dial it in. First of all, the atmosphere is amazing. I LOVED the live music but unfortunately Josh Walker playing was the only thing we all enjoyed. Our family brought us here while visiting and they were embarrassed by the time we left. Our server was pretty obviously new, serving the men before the ladies, missing when the food came out poorly, and never commenting on an untouched cocktail. We ordered 2 appetizers that came out between half of us getting our food and then we waited over 10 minutes for the rest of the table to get theirs. The beignets were so underdone my family thought it was a filling... and I got separated hollandaise over a hard boiled egg. Obviously they sat under a heat lamp while they were waiting to bring out a cold pizza. When we asked to warm up the pizza they brought it back out burnt 15 minutes later they comped the pizza but the whole thing was a joke and our server just laughed about how horrible service went. This is our second time and really loved the experience both times! First time no live music, second time yes.. both were great! We only have had appetizers and they were great! We've been a few times and usually had a good time. I took my family of 8, who travelled from out of town. I had been raving about the food and service; and what a let down. From start to finish it took 3 hours to get mediocre food and terrible service. Our drinks took 15-20 minutes (every time we ordered)... we had to ask a MANAGER for service. The appetizer we ordered was out. We ordered 4 entrees... also out (after waiting 20 minutes to find out). Do not waste your money here. There are several more suitable, and better choices around. Honestly, you can get better food at the fast food joint down the street. Not only was our experience TERRIBLE, we still paid an arm and a leg. I went in on a Monday night with a friend, it was not busy at all but the service was horrible. Our waitress disappeared for 30 minutes at a time hardly ever coming to check to see if we needed anything. It took us a full two hours for dinner. If that wasn't bad enough our burgers were served on toast instead of a bun which I don't think is customary and we were not notified that when we ordered. Sadly I will not be back. read more
