On the day of the party, we arrived about 20 minutes early to put tableclothes on the table and were introduced to our waitress, Tyler. It's was in those moments that I knew that Tyler was going to do the bare minimum and knew that Dave & Buster's may not have been the best option to host a child's birthday party. I've been hosting my child's birthday parties at various places and every associate assigned to me always helped me. Tyler didn't even offer to help put the tableclothes on the tables and it was only two. So yeah I instantly knew that I got a bare minimum waitress! I paid the required gratuity but didn't add anything extra. Tyler rolled the diced and missed out. She provided minimal service and got the minimal tip. The three stars are for the managers, Mario and Chris, who were very professional and kind. About the food: the kids had Mac and cheese and chicken. They loved it! I ordered a wing platter for the parents and a round of shots! lol I honestly wished I had a better server! Tyler was truly the worst part of the transaction. Dave & Buster's is cool for a family outing. I will never host a party here again, especially a child's birthday party.

You can't go wrong unless price and service is priority for you. If it is then Sunday is your day. Half price arcade games and discounted pricing on food and still walked out feeling like I lost money at a casino. Paid too much on mixed drinks for an okay service. It's one of those services where they are not rude but they are just going through the motion so you lose the authenticity. Liked the arcade though with it being so open and clean for the kids. I do recommend taking a shot at the UFC punching game after a losing session with the claw machine. It's worth coming back to and benefiting from discounted food and games

The new interior is sleek and modern, but the biggest win is the seating. Every auditorium now has those luxury kick-back recliners. They are seriously comfortable plenty of room to actually relax without bumping elbows with your neighbor. If you can, grab a seat in the AVX rooms; the laser projection is crisp and definitely. It's basically a full entertainment hub now. They've added a massive arcade and a top-tier bowling alley that's actually fun to hang out at even if you aren't seeing a film. The sports bar area is also a great addition for grabbing a drink or some food before the show starts. Even with all the new tech and self-service options, the staff here is still great. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference when the place is packed on a weekend.

They have multiple screens, fill-your-own popcorn, food options, a bar, an arcade, and even a bowling area. They also have the freestyle soda machines as well as icee machines for those of you (or your kids) who love icee's. As far as service, we've never had any issues - the workers are helpful and patient - and overall it's a really great place to catch a movie. Overall, you won't be disappointed!

Two weeks ago, we went on Friday and Saturday night, two days in a row. We love the place; it's been amazing. The facility is a little outdated, lacking a game room, but overall, it's fun. They currently have a summer program: $10 per person, $3 for shoes, and it's from open to close--one flat price. So, for $13, you can bowl all day and night. My family loves bowling, and we've really gotten into it lately. My wife and I even bought our own balls, and we've been having a blast. This past Saturday night, August 15th, we arrived around 7:30 or 8 o'clock. I had one of my best games, scoring 178. It's not a huge score, but it was a really good game for me. Around 11:40p.m, I went to the bar to settle my tab since they close at midnight. I've been doing this for the past four weeks. When I went to settle my bill, the bartender, named "Maureeca," told me, "Oh, I already closed your tab. They called last call already," even though it was only 11:40 p.m. I was confused because there's a sign that says a 25% gratuity will be added to your tab at the close of business if it isn't settled beforehand. So, why was my tab closed? I was confused, so I went back to our table and told my wife. She saw I was a little upset, but we continued to bowl. We finished our last game around 11:45 or 11:50. Then, my wife went up and spoke to the lady. I can't tell you exactly what happened, but I can say she called my wife a bitch and threw $20 at her. My wife already left a review the same night, right under this current review, and will describe exactly what was said, verbatim. That woman was drunk as hell, started yelling, claiming we were harassing her--all because we were trying to find out why she was unprofessional and disrespectful. Maureeca, the bartender, threw $20 at my wife like she was a stripper from "Sugars," which was highly unprofessional. Because of this, my family had to deal with unnecessary, provocative drama. By the way, my daughter was hyperventilating and crying, saying she was scared--this all happened because the bartender was drunk. There has to be some accountability and professionalism. You're in the service industry. How can you treat someone like this when all we did was ask why Maureeca, the bartender, closed our tab before the end of business? Does that make sense? We are very unhappy. The problem is, my family loves going there, so now I'm caught between a rock and a hard place about whether we should keep going--all because one drunk, unprofessional bartender called my wife a bitch and threw $20 at her. If we hadn't had this experience, I would give this place a 5 out of 5. I'm not even lying. I don't understand entitlement--how someone can treat others however they want, even when I am spending money there. I'm not saying customers are always right, because they're not, but this is ridiculous. I hope the ownership and management see this and take action.
