They served all small pieces, and burnt you could not even pick them up. When I asked the girl to remake it she did, but has no customer service. I should not have been served burnt small kernels that did not pop properly. The customer service used to be wonderful here and the popcorn too. But not so much lately. Management needs to do better with food quality inspections and train their employees. I also miss that welcoming family friendly environment. I hope they get better training with that too.

It's basically a full entertainment hub now. They've added a massive arcade and a top-tier bowling alley that's actually fun to hang out at even if you aren't seeing a film.
