I always wanted to eat here every time I was across the street at the surgery center. I finally ordered on line before they closed so I didn't miss out. Friendly welcoming staff, the food is incredible, fast efficient service. I highly recommend you experiencing the magic. I wish I had taken more pictures but didn't this time.

Plate with hummus and yogurt cucumber salad/dip

After driving by this place for years I finally got to try it. I did a to go lunch order and it was prepared quickly. The staff was very nice. Unfortunately the food was a bit disappointing. I did the chicken kabob plate which came with a single chicken skewer [you can add on a second one], rice, hummus and a cucumber yogurt salad that was more of a sauce. The chicken itself was delicious and the best part of the meal. It was tender and flavorful, I would definitely get the chicken again. But that's about where the goodness ended. The rice was a bit bland and nothing came with the hummus. I did add a side of pita though since I got the feeling I would need something to dip with. The pita was grilled which may have been nice if I dined in but it was hard and tough by the time I got back to my office to eat, it was more of a grilled flatbread rather than fluffy pita. The hummus and the yogurt cucumber salad were just okay.

I really liked the beef gyros. The meat was really juicy and pretty tender. The pita bread was just average though. I don't think it was freshly made. That's ok though, this isn't a fancy restaurant or anything. The kofta kebab was decent. I was hoping for some more spice and flavor from the meat but it wasn't bad. The guy behind the counter (owner?) was pretty cool too. I liked the vibe there. Very non-pretentious, straightforward, relaxed, blue collar type of feeling. It's in a nice, quiet part of town too.

This place has the best lamb gyros I have ever had in my life. Used to feel pretty indifferent about Mediterranean food until I realized I just never had good Mediterranean food. I did not believe lamb could be this tender. We ordered some for breakfast and made another trip before leaving Portland. They're also MUCH bigger than the Gyros I am used to. The staff was incredibly sweet. I'm definitely coming back when I visit the area.

Not all gyros wear capes. But this place should. We recently discovered this little gem and now go once a week. My jam is the gyro bowl with lamb - plus a side order of hummus or the dolmas depending on my food mood. It's a spectacular lunch. The owner is super friendly and literally always in a great mood. Definitely check this place out - but do it before 2 pm - that's when they shut down to bask in the glory of all the hunger they just defeated.

The shop. It's small but cozy.

We discovered this shop only because We had to return our U-Haul truck. We were hungry and had time to kill, so we looked up a place to eat lunch and this place popped up with raveling reviews. It was right before lunch time, and the shop was already 1/2 full. It's small but cozy. After reading the menu on the wall, we joined the line to order a lamb gyro bowl, a chicken giant gyro, a house coffee and a chai ice latte. We got the drink right away, so we got to sip while waiting for our food. Drinks were ok. The closest things I can compare them to, were convenient store brewed beverages. Which was understandable since it's a gyro restaurant, not a hipster coffee shop. Soon enough, the staff brought us the food. The portion was good, I ended up taking some of my lamb gyro bowl to go. Everything was fresh. I enjoyed sharing my bf's chicken gyro because the flat bread was hot, fluffy and soft~ During the whole time, the staff was really friendly and responsive while trying to maintain efficiency with the lunch crowd. If I'm in the area again, I'll drop by for a quick lunch.

In NW Portland, was extremely happy with the service and chicken salad. Keto friendly at a reasonable price. I will return!

Food was great and Keto friendly. Service extremely friendly, casual. Reasonably priced, clean and I enjoyed the Sultan music. The smell was the first thing I encountered, EXTREMELY DELICIOUS! I will be returning, I felt very comfortable dining alone there. When I take a break from keto, first place I'm coming to try one of the pastries!

WOW ! Best Middle East food i had , save a café and Jerusalem couple years ago ago. we had their Mezzah & Falafel Plate. Yum. Huge serving with Low prices ( dont tell them).

We were able to try a wide variety of dishes, and every single one was exceptional. I have dietary restrictions (no onions or garlic), and the kitchen and staff were incredibly accommodating. They prepared separate versions of several dishes for me without hesitation, and I never felt like I was getting a lesser experience. It's rare to find a restaurant that can accommodate food sensitivities so thoughtfully while still delivering incredible flavor. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish, and the service was impeccable. The staff was warm, attentive, and made our birthday celebration feel special without ever being overbearing. Everyone in our group left talking about how amazing the food was. We couldn't have asked for a better meal or a better overall experience. It ended up being a great spot. The ambiance is great and the bartender was pleasant. They have a seasonal menu, which assures me that we're going to get the freshest produce possible. We started with the Labneh & Confit Butternut Squash. It was fine, but not my favorite dish of the night. The labneh was more like Greek yogurt than cheese, which isn't a bad thing, but I would have liked a little more saltiness. The Harissa Spice Shrimp, on the other hand, was fantastic. Definitely the standout item we actually ordered. The Baked Eggplant was good too, although it didn't quite wow me. I think there was some mix up, as we were first served the Roasted Eggplant Dip. We flagged the server down to say it wasn't what we ordered, but they let us keep it. Boy were we happy about this! It was the best dish of the night (and a must reorder). The pita to go with the Labneh and the Dip was excellent too. Piping hot and just right.

Superb! I also loved the fresh baked focaccia with its fluffy texture and crackling crust and stuffed with savory rosemary and soft roasted garlic (so good I ended up getting a second order of it). The short rib arancini were crispy with a nice sauce and are ordered by the each. I forgot to mention that the menu is designed for sharing so plan on 2-3 dishes per person. The spicy pork pasta had fun thin ribbons of noodles with a curly edge (like skinny lasagne noodles) and wasn't too spicy.
