We popped by after a moms night out at the Smash It place right down the street (fun outing, by the way!). It was about 8pm and really not busy. There were just a few other tables in addition to ours. There was a party looking to close out their checks while our party was ordering drinks, and the employee behind the counter got kind of snarky with me when I asked for waters for the table, saying she would get to it after she "took care of these other people who nicely got up to give us our table and would probably appreciate being able to get out of there" even though we didn't ask them to and also weren't being demanding to her at all. So anyway, service was fine aside from that uncalled for bit and the drinks were good. I'll consider this place next time we have friends with kids in town! read more

We walked over from our house (a big plus) to see a friend of ours play guitar and sing. The space is beautiful with a warm and welcoming area for the kiddos. My hubby and I ordered some decadent, creamy drinks that were so delicious. The bartender was friendly and attentive and kept our drinks full. Since it's on the rec path where I walk, I'm sure I'll be back. They serve coffee in the morning and even give you a discount between 7-9am. See you soon! read more

Cute local coffee shop+more. I came here the other day with my kids after my spouse found this place online. We are new to the area and love finding local places to call "our spot". The Table is a hidden gem of a neighborhood coffee house and beer bar off the Platte River Trail. It surprisingly has one of the best rotating tap lists in the city -- all small batch, local, or award-winning brews. A classic stop at the Table would be to break up (or reward yourself after) a bike ride, to catch an English Premier League soccer game, or to drink loads of caffeinated concoctions while working into the evening and then eventually shifting to utilizing their full bar. Just don't go there expecting high-end bar bites -- the food is an afterthought, but the rest of what they have to offer is pretty darn incredible. read more

Great beer selection, friendly staff. The inside is spacious but cozy. There is a dog friendly patio and they are tucked away right off the South Platte River trail. There was a great food truck the night we were there too. read more

What a gem! Tucked away hidden by a park and the river, this pub/coffeehouse/artisan market/children's play place/event space is so incredibly wonderful. The staff was super friendly and the drinks were delicious! They have a small menu and you can bring in your own food for things like birthday parties (we were celebrating a 1 year old's party when we visited). The highlight was the amazing bee-themed indoor childrens play area with a little hive, bee cars, "pollen" buckets with tiny balls, and lots of interactive toys. This place just has a cozy, wonderful, friendly atmosphere. There is lots of seating of varied types (comfy chairs, tables and chairs, bar-style seating, kids seating), delicious coffee drinks, and super friendly staff. I love that it's the sort of place I could bring my laptop and write for a bit, or bring my kiddo to hang out. They also have events although I haven't been to an event yet. Lots of nooks with comfy seating and tables, great seating outside, family friendly. I was there with a friend and they were having a craft show with some amazing artists. So excited at this place and their purpose. Experienced one of the most disgusting food violation while there. Two men came in to get water, which I think is great. The spot helps homeless i individuals living near platte with free water and restrooms. One of the men finished his 2L soda bottle, and then put the bottle on the spigot of the water container. Not once, but twice while drinking in between refills. Not wanting go embarrass him, I went to the gentleman who served us, "Small" I believe was his name tag. I didn't wish to embarrass either the restaurant or the two men. In a low voice, I explained what happened and suggested the water dispenser should be cleaned. he thanked and said he would take care of it. I went back to my table. A young mother came over with an ~3.5 yr old to get water. I mentioned to the mother that the spigot needs to be cleaned. "Small" heard this, and just went back to speaking with a friend. The toddler took the water and started drinking. I got up and spoke to Small and said that it needed to be cleaned, which he then took a towel he was using to wipe the counter down, and wiped the spigot off. Most disgusting food violation and then bitched at me "what do you want,? I cleaned it". I was excited about the spot and the work they support. However, this directly put all customers at risk and will be reported to the health department. So, unbelievably disgusting. The burrito was pretty good if you want to go risk communicable diseases. read more

We had an end of the year staff party at this location and it was great. Nat did an amazing job bar tending and serving! She was very attentive and had a great personality! The drinks were good and they also had some good beers from local breweries. The place looks great for events like a baby shower. It also has a great area for kids. The only complaint is the parking was a little cramp and we wish we would've been told ahead of time to carpool. They also have food trucks in the parking lot which is great! What a delight! As we were biking on the platte river travel, we just happened upon this charming oasis. It is a great stop for nitro cold brew, beer, kombucha, bloody mary, tea and some great snack selections. We enjoyed sitting outside in the shade while chatting with other cyclists.
