Most horrible experience, I ordered chicken fingers and they were raw on the inside, I gave them back to the waitress she was very apologetic for what happened and then what I assumed was the owner manager came over to the table and ask what was wrong I told her they were Raw on the inside she gave me a dirty look and said do you want something else and I said no I didn't want anything else and I wasn't paying for that meal so when my bill came it look like they were still charging me for it when I went up to pay for it they didn't take a credit card she told me cash only so then I questioned my bill and she said no it was right they were charging $2 a drink that was the size of a small McDonald's drink and I told her how I felt about my meal and I felt as though she should have taking my check for my whole meal for the experience because at that moment I was my stomach was feeling very queasy from eating raw chicken she was very rude she was very ignorant and she kept arguing with me and I told her that it was very unprofessional of her and I could call the health department which I intend to do first thing Monday morning but what got me the most was how she looked at me and said I don't like you and I return to her and I don't like you and I don't like eating raw chicken and her next response was do you want me you can call the manager on Monday and I said fine I want my receipt and I want a copy of my check she got very more ignorant and rude when I ask for that and said what do you want me to pay for your whole meal and I told her yes I did and she told me I was only out for a free meal let me tell you something I was not out for a free meal I just didn't want to eat her raw chicken so you can expect me to be calling the Health Department on Monday morning and the owner is that establishment and I will never ever step foot in there again she was the most rudest unprofessional piece of crap I've ever met and here's the kicker to my whole story when I returned my food and they bought the new food back to my table it was the same food I gave them so they put the pieces of chicken that I bit into and my fries with ketchup in them back into their fryer so they can infest everybody else not that I have any diseases or anything like that but my God you do not put food that was touched by somebody back into a fryer that you are using the serve your entire restaurant so good luck terminal restaurant cuz I am calling the Board of Health on Monday I'm trying to push this and they're telling me I have to write it with the store the terminal restaurant gets no stars that's how horrible it was it won't let me post so now I have to give it a store which they don't deserve they get nothing read more

I really really didn't want to do this but it is necessary for people to know about this place. I have been coming here for a couple years consistently. Born and raised in Willow Grove I didn't hear about this place up until I started coming here. The food is awesome! I won't take that from them! The staff for the most part are cool. But here's the issue that will not have me go back there ever! So my fiancée and I go almost every Saturday. It's A CASH only business. Fine. Every time we r in there there is Atleast 5 or more customers that are new customers that are unaware of the cash only part. So they attempt to use the ATM ...no money. Ok so they have to walk across the street or drive to a ATM. DID WE EAT ANYWHERE ELSE? No. So why should anyone have to leave to pay for their food??? So last Saturday we went and we didn't have enough cash. Yes we knew that there would be a 100% chance of the ATM having no money..but hey..we took a chance. So we told the OWNER (a Russian prick..I might add) and his exact words were "yeah and? Theres no money..what do you want me to do?" Oh really? Ok...so my fiancée gets up ready to charge him but I told her to leave and I would handle his ass. I said it's not what u say it's how u say things. I'm a frequent customer...u just don't treat people like that. Period. How do u run a CASH only business but NEVER have any cash in the ATM ??? He never apologized he kept mumbling to his punk ass self and then stormed out like a three yr old having a temper tamp. Like really!!! Please please save yourself the headache and don't even entertain this place. They have definitely lost TWO LOYAL customers. Sad sad sad. read more

Breakfast special always the same. Needing a change now and then. Food is good except for their home fries. They are totally boring and have no flavor. All they did was cook some potatoes and fry them. Good home fries have onions and green peppers and some spices. They really need to do something to improve them. The Terminal Restaurant is absolutely amazing! The service was fabulous and made me feel at home. The food came out fast and hot! I had a ham and cheese omelette. The cheese was perfect and plentiful and the hash browns were crispy and I would recommend adding the onions. I had sausage on the side which was cooked perfectly and soooo yummy. This place is clean and the service couldn't have been nicer!! Don't pass this place day after day. Stop in and enjoy a wonderful meal!! read more

This is a great place for breakfast or lunch. It is a charming spot. Everything was made to order, and a good portion. I liked that everything was separate, the BLT my mom got didn't come with fries (which is nice because you know if you get fries you'll eat them and then your diet is easily sabotaged). The only thing that disappointed me was that they don't have ranch salad dressing, a personal favorite of mine. The waitress knew most of the customers as they were regulars. Cash only. If you are looking for good quality inexpensive food quick, this is the place to grab breakfast or lunch. Breakfast is always good and they have the best burger around for lunch. The place is rustic and could use a coat of paint. They cook your food right in front of you in an open kitchen. Nothing fancy but the place is always packed. Enjoy. read more

The food was excellent I've never had any complaints I have eaten here many times but this time I was stunned to see the OWNER light up a cigarette in the kitchen and smoke it while the cook cooked someones food. Thank goodness I had my food before this happened but it makes you wonder what else could happen in the kitchen if the OWNER has the audacity to smoke inside the kitchen. If that was shocking enough he saw me looking so he must have st the cigarette down because a few minutes later he was back in the kitchen smoking so all the while that cigarette smoke was just soaking into everything it came in contact with in the kitchen. I mentioned this to the wife but I really don't think it mattered to them. This will be the last time Eat there, for the OWNER to do something so unsanitary is totally unacceptable for. I have been to this place twice (so far). They have very good food. I buy the french toast eggs and sauasage. The only issue I have is it doesn't seem very clean. It is an old place and gives you that old vibe which I like but when I am inside it makes me kind of sick. The tub of butter is just left out in the open. My butter had hair in it and an ant (or a spider I am not sure). Which kind of grossed me out. They might want to rethink how they are handling the food. read more

I drove by this place for many years and thought it was closed because I could never see anybody in the restaurant. I think the seats are lower than the roadside, so you never see any physical bodies or heads from the store front. In any case, don't just a book by it's cover is the lesson I learned, again. This is definitely a great place to stop in for a quick diner-esque meal. The prices are extremely reasonable. I ordered the eggs benedict and my husband had the farmer's skillet. Both were not greasy, good portions, and we were given the choice of home fries with or without onions. Of course we got home fries with onions and they were delicious as was the total meal! I love the fact that they brought us a carafe of coffee and left it at the table. We are big fat coffee drinkers, so it was nice to not have to constantly ask for a coffee refill. I believe we timed our visit perfectly because when we arrived, the place was packed and a couple had just gotten up and left. The restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is very nice. I have been a loyal customer at the Terminal Restaurant for approximatly three years. The best choice I ever made was to dine at this restaurant. The menu has a large variety of food to choose from. The owners go out of their way to make sure that each and every customer is happy and satisfied. The owners as well as the servers and cooks truly care about the customers and are very sincere people. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who has never eaten here before. You will not be disappointed. No matter what I order from the menu I am very happy with my choice. I could not imagine dining out anywhere else.
