We just came in for a couple of drinks. The service was great and we had drinks quickly. Everything was well crafted. I had a steamed cider drink and it was just the thing for a cold day. We grabbed a table outside and it was well protected from the elements. Lots of seating options, inside and out. Great service, great drinks!

Good bar, pizza, arcade combo. Ordered pesto pizza, pepperoni, & pepperoni/sausage combo. All were tasty, NY style pizza. I ordered the "follow-up jiggle" for drink and it was good, tasted like juice tbh.

    Slice on special.

Vote NO to kids at the bar. I truly love this bar, they make the best craft cocktails. The vibe is cool, the pizza is alright, BUT they let kids in the pinball area and they run wild like it's a chuckEcheese. The last visit there was a toddler climbing under and on the machines. Sitting her poopy butt on the table where my drink would sit. And there was a baby pulled up to a machine in a high chair just to sit and stare unattended. I wish they would cut the whole kid scene. It's a total drag, and feels weird.

This place used to be awesome but it just seems like a family oriented kids playground now. There's no place to sit at the small bar they have and it's $7.60 for a pint of beer. The pizza is pretty decent and I do like the covered patio out back. I guess I was just spoiled from when I used to of there pre covid.

Per usual.. great service and great food. Never disappointed in this place. Drinks and pizza are reasonably priced. The staff were so sweet and helpful with our food restrictions. If you are in this area it is a great place to grab pizza and a beer!

We love coming here during the summer for drinks and pizza. Such a cute spot with a good vibe. Staff is always so nice and welcoming. We usually stop in for pizza and like sitting outside cuz it's always so warm inside, but they do have seating in the front and also a back patio. This bar is connected to The Hungry Sasquatch and there is a room with pinball machines that separates the bar from the pizza place. They only have a couple bathrooms and they're unisex and this is located in downtown Vancouver so it's all street parking.

This place is popular with the locals but Its one of those spots that I don't care to come to , nothing against them but its just not my scene . We were returning late from a show and friends decided to grab a quick bite and drink here . It was the day after the snow storm so the place was kind of empty except for a few patrons . We got pizza by the slice and a few drinks . The cocktails were pretty basic and made up of bottom shelf booze but they certainly don't price them like that . The pizza was also just average. They have a few games and pinball machines and a big indoor and outdoor seating area .

After all of the great reviews we've seen we were very excited to try one of their pies. We came in this past Saturday afternoon and got a 22" half cheese/half Pepproni for takeout. When we got home we took a bite; The crust was excellent...some of the best I've had in our area. This is the only reason I'm not giving it a single star. The problem was that there was a strong bitter flavor. We tasted the crust and the pepperoni on it's own and then realized the bad taste was the cheese. The bitterness was strong enough that we could not enjoy it at all and ended up throwing the entire 22" pizza, minus a couple of bites, into the trash. We wondered if either they ran out of the cheese they typically use or if maybe the cheese had been burnt to the point of ruining it. Either way it was a waste of a drive and money. Very disappointing.

Brought my nephews in to try pizza by the slice!

Always love spending time here with friends and family. The food is really great for the price and you can get a bunch of different pizzas for the table to share. The service is what makes this place over the top because they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome there. Tons of awesome arcade games that add to the cool vibes and to keep the kids happy too!

Great pizza and drinks! Good place to hangout and have a good time! Had a small world experience there lol. (This won't mean much to anyone not from MN but imma share it), the first time I went to this place I was wearing a shirt for a pub in Mankato, MN (got the shirt for free at a college football game) and the bartender said she used to work there and we went to the same college! Anyway, great service and awesome people!

The area has developed quickly and having grown up nearby and moved away years ago, it's amazing to see what's happened along here. Prices - well, everyone has their hand out along here. We were in town somewhat last minute staying at Hotel Indigo. The hotel provides $10 drink coupons so we decided to drop in for an impromptu drink while planning our dinner strategy. It was already 7p so no view but live music and a nice buzzy ambiance. Wait staff were fast and friendly, and before we knew it two delicious cocktails were in front of us. At the same time, I overheard the waitress at the table beside us saying that food could be ordered from El Gaucho downstairs. So we asked for a menu and started perusing. If you don't know El Gaucho it's a classic steak restaurant with lots of cuts and sizes, a sprinkling of seafood, the usual salads, and tableside this and that. A notch above Ruth's Chris, Morton's or The Capital Grille but with Peter Luger Manhattan prices. Yes, that's right, Manhattan prices in Vancouver. WA. The Couv is all grown up. Or at least trying to be, Like Witness Tree, El Gaucho has a mandatory 20% gratuity regardless of party size. Theoretically this shouldn't be an issue if you know restaurant culture and tip appropriately but I think a mandatory fee rubs many wrong to assume service will always be at that level. And on top of very high prices. A $72 6oz filet is $86, so those 8 bites better be damn good. That said, we ordered oysters, a filet, seafood pasta, and wine. The wine list was decent but not as extensive for a premium steak restaurant. Wines had the typical markup which meant $20-35+ per glass. Both the pasta and steak were good but - and this may sound picky - at $72 for 6 ounces of steak (a bar of soap) I expect perfection which means medium rare throughout. The steak was medium in some parts. If I can achieve medium rare throughout at home it should be possible here. So here's the math (rounded) for those interested. Total bill: $295. $225 food and drinks, $45 service fee (mandatory 20%), and $24 tax (8.8%). Interestingly, the 20% service charge is taxed which means we actually paid $49 or 28.8%. Had I been given the choice of my own 20% tip it would be applied to food and drink and a slightly lower bill. Not a huge deal but these are the little details - call it "nickel and diming" patrons - that rub many wrong. One note - another server came to our table before our food arrived and placed a steak in front of me. Before he could place the other dish I told him it wasn't our order. He picked up the steak and delivered to another table. In most restaurants - and certainly in a premium setting - that dish should have been remade. Whether perception or simple hygiene you simply can't do that. All in all, the Witness Tree was a nice spot, with tasty cocktails and ambiance. Prices and service fee will be off putting for some, and not sure this would be my go-to as there are many rooftop / view options nearby.

The scallops are cute little guys and very tasty. All the skewers were delicious. I think next time I would skip the beef cheek poutine.
