We've been watching this place for a couple of years now. With all of the 5-star reviews I don't know why we waited so long to try it out. Well, last night we ordered a large Margherita pizza for pickup. The order and pay process is all internet-based. It worked but there is nothing like having the confidence of talking to a real human. This is so "remote and clinical". But it worked as advertised... the pizza was ready when the computer said it would be. The pizza itself was a bit unusual looking. Very generous with the basil, more so than I've ever seen in a Margherita pizza. But better too much than too little, I suppose. I expected my mouth to explode in flavor. But not so much. It wasn't bad (there were no leftovers) but it just wasn't great. I like cornmeal on my crust; it gives a good crunch. But this was tooooo much. Cornmeal on bottom and top. Every bite had a bit too much roughage grinding between the teeth. The sauce... not bad but not fresh tasting. Kinda blah. Same with the mozzarella but that's expected for mozzarella. I've certainly had worse pizza, and I've certainly had better. No matter how much I read and reread all of these glowing reviews I think I'm still a skeptic. read more

My wife and I saw the reviews and wanted to try a new pizza spot. We were very happy with the pizza and the wings. Pizza toppings of basil was prefect and right amount of spicy. Mango Wings were tasty and deliciously hot. The owner was great to talk to and was friendly service. The pizzeria is small so finding it was challenging at first. Wow too many of the same reviews say the same thing. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck in truck with bad luck. Its most definitely a duck. As a restaurant owner you should guard your reputation with your life. That's all the consumer has to go on. If being rude, bad service, wrong orders and long unnecessary wait times are constant themes in your reviews. Not Good!! No one wants to be that percentage that has to deal with these things. Focus on good food, love what you do, correct orders, kindness to patrons and overall respect of the patrons time. That will manifest a better response from patrons. People will come for years. I've been coming here for the khachapuri, which is delicious, but I recently got the Thyme Signature Gourmet pizza... and WOW! This is an awesome disc of flavor... unique spices and flavoring, and just the right amount of spicy heat. This is a hole-in-the-wall joint... but these Arakelian's are making great taste. read more

Crust=10 stars but unfortunately their flavor is lacking. I'm not sure if it's untasty ingredients or perhaps they just don't put enough cheese, sauce etc but I would consider these more Flatbread versus pizzas. I came to this place as a recommendation from a friend and I have to say I'm slightly disappointed. I ordered the Carbie Jackfruit vegan pizza. I don't normally order vegan pizzas for the fact that I don't see vegan cheese being at the level as other vegan substitutes such as for meat. I know there are some vegan establishments that do have a more creative approach for it like Follow Your Heart, but sadly the mass production is lacking, such as Daiya products that are used in cases like this. The pizza itself was... okay. It was loaded up with all the toppings (as shown in the photo) with the jackfruit and peppers. But the cheese, the little bit there was, definitely underwhelmed the pizza as a whole. For vegan pizza I do expect better quality, especially with charging almost $30 (with tax and tip) for just a single medium pizza. Personal note: The service was definitely lacking. Not in terms of friendliness of the staff which was for sure there, but it seems like having just one more staff member would make things go smoother. The staff was on the phone constantly making customers wait to pick up the food even longer. This makes sense since we could not even place an order through the phone and it had to be online. The online system did make it easy though to order. Overall, slightly underwhelmed in the experience but I am willing to give it another chance. read more

I saw that someone drove 40 miles to East here so I drove 50. There is one table to eat at outside , it's mostly Togo. For my particular vegans out there . They use daiya but will sub for follow your heart. I ordered the signature vegan because they said everything is good. They sanitized the table before we sat. The service is very good. He warned us it might take a while because there were 6 pizzas in front of me but that he would do his best to get it out to us soon. He didn't disappoint. They only have bottled beverages so come for the pizza. I would come again if I was in the area. read more

After visiting CSUN, we decided to try this pizza place for vegan pizza, and we absolutely loved it. They even have a great lunch special! We ordered the Mexicano Gourmet and Thyme Signature pizzas, and they were incredibly delicious. The person we interacted with, who may have been a staff member or even the owner, was exceptionally friendly and even gave us some cool sign language stickers featuring a pizza symbol. It's worth mentioning that we're deaf, so this gesture meant a lot to us. We really wish we could give this place more stars for their wonderful service and tasty food plus special sticker. So many great vegan options, love that they label the menu well and note that there is a separate fryer for vegan items. The pizzas come with plenty of toppings and the wings had lots of sauce. I love the corn meal dusted crust here. Ordered a deluxe and a margherita pizza for Friday movie night. Everything was just the right amount of salty (not overly salty like other places). So amazing! I was visiting my friend in Chatsworth and we were craving pizza when we came across this place that had a 5 Star rating on Yelp, and for good reason! It's kind of a small hole-in-the-wall type of place but the inside was clean with three nicely set up tables, and most importantly, the food was amazing!!! We ordered a small Thyme signature pizza and a small Caprese pizza without meat. Small pizzas are $10, and getting a thick crust is $1 more (but if you pay in cash it's a 10% discount so it comes out to the same). You also get a free soda with Yelp check in. Me and my friend kept raving about how good the food was throughout our meal and after, especially the thyme pizza. Next time I visit her I definitely want to try some of the other pizzas, like the Persian, the Armenian, and the Greek pizza. Definitely a great find! read more
