I worked two paid trial shifts at this location after interviewing for a position. I was told I did very well, and during one of my shifts a customer even left a 5-star review mentioning me and another employee by name. After my second trial shift, I was told I would be contacted that evening regarding whether I got the job. I never received that call. I followed up by phone and text and still received no clear answer. What bothers me most is that the positive customer review mentioning me is still being displayed even though I was never actually hired. If the store has decided not to hire me, that's their decision, but I think applicants deserve basic communication after being asked to work multiple trial shifts. Based on my experience behind the counter, I would not recommend this location as a place to work. And I would appreciate the business no longer presenting a customer review mentioning me as though I am an employee there. read more

We were here 12/21/25 at 2:10pm and the woman named Akie or something along those lines was super rude. We expressed we don't mind waiting to be helped by her to which she replied "well I do mind you waiting" and pushed us to use the machine because it's easy. It could have been communicated better. Please take your business elsewhere. The two times I have been here the female manager has been extremely rude. The first time, she said it wasn't her job to scan the QR code for my return as she was in uniform and behind the counter. The second time I went to this location she arrived five minutes late to open, did not acknowledge me standing outside the door, let the door close in my face, and didn't apologize. On top of this, the store system was taking quite a while to boot up already 15 minutes after opening. She's extremely unprofessional, has zero customer service skills and should not be in a leadership role. I will be contacting UPS directly to file a complaint. read more

They are so rude here, the female manager and her male coworker are down right rude and do not care about their customers. Seems like all the other reviews are having the same experience. Super interesting that they keep getting negative feedback and continue to keep her on staff along with her bad attitude coworkers. I've been in a handful of times and they're always rude. This store is great, employees are professional. I've never had any problems. However, they are closed 50% of the time that I try to drop things off on weekends. So even if you look on yelp and it says their hours on Sunday are 11 AM to close, sometimes they're closed at 12:30. Last December, I called them one time to see if they were going to be open and I mentioned that they're closed a lot... The gentleman said yes will be open regularly because of the holidays, and they were. I just don't like the inconsistent guessing game. read more

Go to another UPS store. Do not bother with this location. The lady who I believe is the manager here is rude and has no customer service skills. I was there to return an Amazon package and the bar code kept giving an error. I asked to print the shipping label there to affix it to the package and the lady told me it would be $3.50! I don't think so. I've been to other UPS locations and they print it out for free and affix it onto the packages. Do not waste your time at this location- go to any other location and I'm sure you'll get better customer service. It will be no surprise when this particular store goes out of business thanks to the unprofessional manager. read more

I always get the feeling of being an inconvenience when I use this store for my Amazon returns by the female manager. Today was not any different. It appears that she is training a new young man today. As I struggled not once, but TWICE to carry in my packages today neither of them offered to help me even to help me keep the door open for me as I struggled. When I returned the second time, because I needed a bigger box, same thing. Stood there behind the counter watching me until I asked the young man for help to just hold the door. I would hate to see the reaction if I actually expected a young man to help me carry in a box. She never greets me or even smiles. Just pointed me to the Amazon returns machine and said do them there. Just not friendly and for a small business in our amazing town it's just not a good look. Try to smile, be friendly and please next time at least offer to hold the door open for a customer when you see someone struggling. It's really just a part of being a kind human. read more

She never greets the customer and even after saying hello a couple of times she did not respond. This is not an isolated case. Very good and reassuring service. Had one of those QR codes for a return and half the town somehow doesn't take it. But a "real" UPS Store does, and the young man behind the counter explained that a packing slip wasn't necessary - showed me the bar codes on the bottom of the label. Professional, courteous, friendly - what more could you want? Definitely preferable to the Lakeview Canyon store ;-) read more

The first UPS and only UPS store I received bad service. The lady at the front did not want to ship my items due to the box not being new. Never had this issue before at other UPS stores. She did not want to ship my item unless I bought a new box. In addition, she had an attitude and seemed like she did not want to be of assistance. She was pretty rude not only to myself but another individual. read more

As with any UPS Store, they seem to offer it all: Mailbox rentals, shipping services, copies, Amazon drop-off, notary services, and more. At this location, Roya is the owner. Many of my peers have written about how rude she is. I don't agree, but she seems to get all business sometimes, so I see how she can be perceived that way. As for me, I come here very often for Amazon drop-off, and more than a handful of notary services. Each time, they've come thru for me. Parking is convenient in the Ralph's parking lot, so I park once and do a little shopping and/or pickup a sushi burrito from Kreasian. read more
