Iesha, Ray and Chloe were all super helpful when completing my passport photos. I needed a set for an American passport and one for a Canadian one and was able to accomplish them both, even though the Canadian requirements were new to them. I would definitely recommend getting your American passport photos done at this location. Super quick, professional and easy. The Canadian passport requirements are much stricter, including no shadows in the photo at all and different parameters for the photos, so maybe head to an international passport location for those photo needs. Came here for an Amazon return- the box was open and steven at the front desk informed us it needed to be closed. Ok no problem, we got the box to close and then we asked his coworker, Edward, to use the tape gun. "Nope, you have to buy tape". The two guys here, Steven and Edward, were super unfriendly and unhelpful. They didn't even greet us when we walked in. I went in to get a minor travel consent notarized for my daughter. The nice gentleman across the counter, Jesse, was nice enough to review my letter and educate me on what they look for on the letter. I was prepared and knew what I needed but it was very nice of him to go above and beyond to provide the information in order to prevent any problems. His customer service was exceptional!!! It was simple and the cost was awesome! I usually pay $25 else where to have documents notarized. They only charge $15 at UPS!!! Definitely recommend coming here for your Notary needs. read more

My last review was five stars, for a different ups store location. And this is the difficulty with franchises, individual owners make a big difference. Set up a return on Amazon for multiple items. It says clearly I don't need to repackage. But I get to the store and the person there tells me they can't take it unless it's all on one box. So I ask if I can buy a box. He says "sure. $40." For a cardboard box. Cardboard box. Not shipping. A box. Guess where I will never ever go again. Oh, and for the franchise owner, if you see this, my last UPS shipment that earned that store five stars was for $2500. Something I do from time to time but won't ever be at your location. read more

The gentlemen working at the store were very helpful, patient, and efficient. They let me use the hand truck instead of making me carry all my boxes one by one. The difference is night and day compared to the Garvey Monterey Park UPS store (with 1.5 stars). The service is great here and I would drive out of my way to come here again! I made an order to print online and went to the store to pick it up. I saw my receipt and didn't realize the pick up time wasn't until the evening. The service agent was very accommodating and I only waited a short time before my copy was printed. While I waited, the agent asked everyone in the store whether they needed help. I didn't expect much walking in. All I wanted was to drop off my amazon return package with a printing slip. I was immediately politely greeted by a staff with a bright smile and a warm welcome. It was my first time at this location and know what to expect. The staff made it it very simple. I was out the door in less than a minute. Parking was easy since it was located right on main street. There is also a parking structure in the back. But I highly recommend parking in the front if you have a heavy package. Thank you UPS for making my first time experience pleasant. They charge you to pick up a package. I rented a camera through a web-rental company and was surprised this store charged me an extra $5 ON TOP of the $25 shipping charge, just for them to grab my package off their shelf after it was there for 24 hours. This is against The UPS Store franchise bylaws as well as UPS policy which allows for in-store pickup for as long as 7 days. It's pretty scummy that this place thinks they can tag on charges as they see fit. I'll be avoiding this location from now on and I suggest you do the same. read more

Every time I've come into this store, it was to drop off a package that already had a label generated for it. I've come into this store a good amount of times and each time, there was never too long of a line and I was helped really quickly. They just took my package, weighed and scanned it, and I was off on my merry way. The whole interaction would take less than 2 mins. I never used any of their other services. Just a note. Parking is in the attached structure behind the store. What left a bad taste in my mouth was the one time I was not able to print my label at home, I read that they charged $2 for the first 10 mins of "computer time." I looked through pictures on yelp and saw they have one of those large printers similar to what Kinko's has. My recollection of Kinko's is that you can plug in your USB and the printer will directly print from it. I thought this would help me avoid using the computer so I did exactly that. I loaded my label on a USB stick. Lo and behold, I get to UPS explaining to the employee I have my label on my USB stick only to have him redirect me to the computer to plug in my USB with...you guessed it...the $2 charge for "computer time" AND an additional cost for the print. I personally think this is a huge rip off considering I would be on the computer for less than a minute and a B&W print should cost no more than 40 cents. Skimming through other reviews of UPS, it seems to me that when it comes to any UPS services, they will nickel and dime you for everything. So unless you only have a pre-paid labeled package to drop off, I don't recommend using any of their services. read more

This is the worst UPS store I have seen. After the lady scanned the shipping label multiply times and got the green light (accepted), she still wanted me go back, call the company to get a new label. She said I have to pay $11+ for another label if I don't. When I went to the other UPS Store, the gentleman scanned the same shipping label and print out another one for me right away with no charge. Some people may think my review is fairly generous for a UPS store, but I had a great experience here. I am absolutely not a fan of the UPS prices. (It costs over 50 bucks to buy a premade box and to ship an 8lb item with tracking.) These are preset prices from UPS headquarters so I guess there's not much to say about that. However, the guy at the front desk was extremely helpful. He gave me the rundown of all the prices and even suggested the cheaper option to me. Stay away. You've been warned. I came in here a couple of weeks ago to return a prepackaged UPS box. The owner charged me a $1, not sure why and refused to give me a receipt for the amount I paid for sending a prepackaged-prepaid box. He did give me receipt with the UPS barcode as proof as I sent the package back to Amazon. Guess what? THEY NEVER SENT IT BACK TO AMAZON. Amazon is now charging me for the item because they never received it.
