I'm sorry to report that I shipped a valuable vintage 1960's Eames Lounge Chair Set via this UPS store and that it arrived damaged. My criticism is not of the staff or service of this particular UPS store, but of the UPS Corporation as a whole. The shipment was insured (of course), and after the chair arrived with damage, UPS instructed me on how to file a claim. Once the claim was filed and I had waited more than a week for resolution, UPS denied the claim because (they said), it had to be filed by the store, not by me. I have now waited for more than another week and the store owner has informed me that UPS requires up to 6 weeks to process damage claims. Meanwhile, I cannot talk to anyone in the claims department nor get status updates on my claim. In short, I have to invest 2-3 months, compounded by bad instructions, in order to find out whether or not UPS will reimburse me for an open-and-shut case of shipping damage. Take my advice -- if you have something valuable, don't entrust it to UPS. read more

I stopped in to the UPS Store this morning to drop off a prepaid package for shipping. While hunting around for a spot on Beverly takes some work, once I entered the store I was greeted by a super-friendly clerk who graciously scanned my package and gave me a receipt to confirm my transaction. In the 30 seconds I was there, I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive and kind this man was. I honestly have never experienced such a high level of service at any other UPS Store. Super nice and knowledgable, he and his staff know what customer service means. Go out of your way to go to this UPS store. Love this UPS . Friendly and helpful always no matter what I need . They have the best customer service

My first trip to use this location started off great- Cesar the notary and the other staff were friendly and professional. However, the manager Hashim (spelling?) tried to push me aside and was very rude to me even though I was spending $200 this trip for copies, scans, supplies, and notary. Instead of politely just asking me to move over to share the counter he literally pushed my stuff aside and yelled out to his employee to move my job somewhere else (even though he could have just asked if I could please just move over a little so he could help a customer.) I asked why he was being unprofessional he called me hostile and told me to go drink a cold beverage. He also said I could tell everyone about my experience so here I am. I am a lawyer and deal with many service providers but this manager Hashim really did not care how he talked to and treated customers. There are tons of mail places around recommend going somewhere else. read more

This ups store is close to where i live and i go there often. the past couple of times i have gone they have been nothing but rude. i went in there once and i needed tape. they told me they didn't have and but clearly they had and they didn't wanna give me for some odd reason. the second time i went there they wanted to charge me for a little piece of tape. i was like are u serious? the third time they said since i didn't tape my return label they couldn't accept it. i was really fed up. they are rude and i will not be going back there again! read more

These guys are friendly, smart, efficient, and they absolutely bend over backwards to please the customer.
