This is the worst UPS Store I've ever been in! The customer service is horrendous! Instead of handling what I needed done, there were at least 3 people taken care of behind me. Then I noticed the guy handling a customers Notary needs and apparently he didn't know what he was doing because the customer had to school him. Avoid during the Corona Virus! Two of the six employees were not wearing masks. When told it is a requirement to wear a mask in a place of business in Beverly Hills they responded with a rude look of annoyance. The manager said nothing to the two employees not wearing masks. In addition, a customer came in without a mask and the manager said nothing. If you value your health, don't do business with this UPS store. read more

Popped in to drop a package and they were pretty busy on a Saturday morning. Parking in this area is a nightmare. There's a lot right next door but they do not validate and it's $2 every 15 minutes, which is crazy. Because of that, I won't be coming back to this store ever. It's too tough, especially if you are carrying boxes that need to be shipped. They also have weird trash cans that have limitations so you don't throw any boxes a way. It was a bit odd. read more

So fast and efficient. a+! They greeted and helped me with the canvases I was shipping right away and had me on my way in less than 15 mins! This ups store, like others are fantastic! They package your product (for a fee) and have different shipping options (including UPS and USPS). They are friendly and professional here! Great for people that sell things online that are larger than just a stamp! Sometimes shipping via UPS is less expensive than the post office! read more

Although this location is a little hard to get in and out of, it's worth it. I had a huge package shipped to this location for pickup. Two gentlemen offered to help me with my package and not only carried it to my car but also waited while I put the seats down and then put it in my car for me. Talk about customer service! First of all he tried to understand my english since I am not fluent, he made sure he had all the details of my order, then he built this unique large piece in 20 minutes (more than 60x40 inches). We walked into this UPS store and the owner himself immediately welcomed us and asked us what we needed help with with. He made sure that we chose the right boxes for the amount and weight of what we were shipping, and that we got the cheapest price on the shipment cost. I have been meaning to post about this UPS store for a while, but it always slipped my mind. I was writing a review for the FedEx I now go to, and it made me think of this store. Anyways, I had been going here for about two years when I started working for a law firm in the area. I do a lot of next-day/overnight shipping and going here was incredibly easy. The store owner Zorick (sorry if this is spelled wrong) is an awesome guy and he learns your name quick and knows what you need to do. If he sees you come in, he'll tell his staff to start doing the usual. He's also looking out for your wallet and will make sure you get your work out as efficiently as possible. He runs a good staff and makes sure they excel on customer service. I think I took all of this for granted since I moved out of the area to West L.A. six months ago. All the other reviews are true. This place is probably the best shipping store I've ever used. Just bring something you want shipped and they will wrap it, pack it, and find the perfect box in less than 5 minutes. Before coming here I was used to bumbling around other stores looking for boxes and trying to figure out how to pack my stuff. Not anymore, and they do all of this for free (you pay for the packing materials and shipping of course). They also offer notary services which is very convenient. read more

The person answering the phone was rude and not helpful. He did not listen to what I was asking and hung up the phone. This was after I had called a few times and kept on hold for at least 10 minutes each time. I called UPS directly as I receive packages almost every day to detail this rude employee. Ash and Ari were so helpful and accommodating! We showed up with a huge box right as they were closing to be sent out internationally and he was so welcoming and professional. Ash really helped us find the best solutions for the most reasonable price, all while he was helping other customers, and stayed after closing time to assist us with no complaints. After we left, we also saw him carrying out packages to the UPS truck when the driver was blocked from parking in the back (after he was supposed to be off already). We were really impressed with how he was able to help everyone efficiently, quickly, and professionally.
