    I come here to ship items for work or send online returns via UPS. I haven't had a bad experience yet--the staff has always been able to help me get whatever I'm shipping out the door, and it's always arrived on the other end on time and in good condition. I do find UPS expensive, but they've been able to help me with rush deliveries on weekends that the USPS just can't touch. This particular store is pretty small and doesn't have the best selection of packing materials, so if you can, come with your item already boxed.

    This is a general UPS review. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I have a very heavy package that I need to get picked up because I can't carry it by myself all the way to the store. I gave explicit instructions for someone to buzz my apartment number-- since I live in an apartment building, and not to knock on the front door of a 5 floor building. I scheduled a pick up three days ago and no one came. They claim that they did, but I was at my apartment all day waiting and no one rang the bell. I rescheduled the pick up for yesterday. I waited from 9am-8pm yesterday at my apartment and at 4pm I called since no one had come again. They assured me that someone would come before 8pm and ring the bell. I continued to wait. At 8:30pm I went downstairs and someone had come and left a notice on the downstairs door, and never notified me that they were here. I have confirmed and reconfirmed my phone number maybe 8 times. No one has tried calling me. I rescheduled AGAIN for today. I was told someone would call me by 10am. It's been over 2.5 hours since then. I called back, no one could tell me anything. On numerous occasions they have told me that a local UPS would call me back within an hour. I have yet to receive a call from the local UPS. I have placed 10+ phone calls to UPS and they can never give me a straight answer about what's going on. This is the third day I've been trying to get my package picked up. Never do UPS package pick up. Worst experience.

    First time trying a local print shop and I could not have been more impressed! I needed a 3' x 4'…read moreposter same day and they were able to finish the job within 30 minutes. Although I initially wanted lamination, they couldn't do that day of as they had a large order just before me. BUT they printed my poster on thicker paper and with a beautiful gloss. The colors turned out amazing, and the quality -- I've never seen it in a poster before. Absolutely perfect. Even more, when I printed off my poster, I had some really deep blacks. We began rolling the poster up into a tube -- that they provided -- and noticed the ink hadn't quite dried, and it started to rub off. Edward printed off 2 more just to be sure, let it sit a bit, tried a lighter black and it came out still beautiful. They customer service is 10/10 and make sure you're satisfied with your product. I would 100% recommend and I will always use them in the future. It was a bit costly to do same day and such a big poster, but absolutely worth the quality, service, and convenience.

I asked him to check with the printer and technician and they said that's the best they got. It's obvious he mishandled my file or just have a printer thats either not calibrated or junk. I did a lot of research to choose them, go into town and pick this up. I was so excited and got a huge let down. I will upload pics... the blurry one is from Alpha Graphics and the second from a printer down the street the same day. Winner is obvious Hunt Photo pictures tell everything and Alpha made me believe it was my fault or my file.. see for yourself‍

    If I could give one star I would. I called (what is now going on over a month ago) and talked to…read moresomeone (not giving her name) who was nice on the phone. We were looking for a new printer and while this project was somewhat small, we do a fair amount of printing for clients and I was hoping Alpha would be our new resource. She assured me our printing project would not be a problem and said she'd send an estimate based on our very specific conversation and order details. Cut to a week later. I call again and talk to her, still no estimate. She apologizes, assures me she is working on it and will get it to me asap. Cut to another week. I call again and leave a message asking where is the estimate and could she call me. I get an email back later that day with confirmation on what I was looking for so she could draw up an estimate. I email all details (again) and it's now OVER another week and I have never heard back. No estimate. Thank you for wasting my time; thankfully I saw this coming and engaged with another printer. At this point, I wouldn't let them print a B/W Post-it Note for me. If this is how you treat prospective new clients who you are trying to "win", I can't imagine what the level of service is once you're engaged. Sadly, I have no idea what these high reviews are talking about!
