I've sent several shipments from this location. Recently, we shipped a family heirloom (a baby cradle which we'd carefully disassembled in order to ship). We were extremely nervous about shipping it, but the store manager, Yong, and his assistant were so helpful in carefully packing it. They wrapped every piece of it securely and it arrived in Texas perfectly safe and sound and on time. Just a week ago, we shipped our daughter's bridal bouquet overnight to be freeze dried. Again, they helped us pack it safely and it arrived on time. They're very helpful and have all of the materials on hand that you'd need (packing supplies, a printer, etc.). They're honest and extremely attentive. I will definitely not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them. read more

I decided to go to this location because it was one of the UPS stores that was still open at the time. I went in a few minutes before closing time. The lady at the front seemed friendly and helpful. I was greeted when I came in, and I told her my package was for return. She took it, and I stepped out. Easy as that! Everything in less than 2 minutes. read more

I cannot compare this store to any others in the chain as this is the only location I have been to. The employees for me have both been friendly and helpful and will answer any questions you may have. I have shipped a package from here and they made the process smooth and effortless on my part and the prices were no higher than the standard ground service of my local USPS location. We recently went back to have some documents notarized and this too was a smooth and easy transaction and the employee performing these tasks was quite nice. I know many have said they are getting rude service here but I for one have not yet encountered it. I did see one lady drop off a package that wasnt taped and sealed and the employee offered to help her out with this since it was her first time there, however he did inform her that this should be done ahead of time (no different than the post office). I would use this store again if in a pinch for notary or shipping needs. read more

Worst experience ever. I had a large package I needed to ship. Stopped in ahead of time to tell them- because it was of a large size. They said ok, no problem. A couple of hours later I returned with my package. I asked for a piece of tape to put the label on my package. I was told no, they don't provide tape. I had to go to another location to ship. They let me have a piece of tape. read more

I waited 15 minutes after the store was supposed to open, and I had a package with a call tag (pre-paid tag from a vendor) and the owner of this store told me she couldn't give me a receipt, and told me it wasn't her fault if it got delivered or not. I had to argue to get a receipt that I dropped off the package. DUH every UPS store gives you a receipt for shipping stuff. So I advise you to go the UPS store on Lincoln and save yourself from the hassle of this clueless person he doesn't know her own companies procedures. The UPS store on Lincoln in Buena Park/ Cypress has been a great Help. I ship out stuff a lot and know what I am doing when it comes to shipping. read more

I have had to ship a variety of packages and letter out and this store was convenient. The two younger gentlemen that work there are always friendly and extremely helpful. I think the older lady who is probably the owner, well she not so much. Usually I find her either on the phone or talking to a male customer. Yong, the owner and his staff are not very friendly or professional to say the least. Services are easily available but he makes it very difficult to utilize simple tasks. I have been using this UPS Store for over 5 years and have repeatedly been greeted with a smile and hello. Sometimes they see me coming in and go directly to my mail box and get my mail without me using my key. The owner, and everyone else that works there are always friendly. I went here on a Monday morning to send a package. They were supposed to open at 9:30 according to the hours posted on the window. Me and another guy waited until a little past 9:40 but no one came to open the store, making me late for work. I went back later in the day and was able to send my package. Even though I didn't complain about the morning, the woman (who appeared to be the owner) was very unfriendly--a brief "hi" but otherwise unsmiling and silent service. read more
