Your angry tone and aggressive attitude is called a Hostile work environment. You were also very aggressive toward myself and another client. You have no excuse for treating your employees harshly so so don't ask me to explain what the employees were doing when you got harsh with them. I will say that they were not doing anything other than not moving fast enough for an irate boss. My advice to you is hire a manager who can calmly deal with the employees and customers before your employees decide to sue you for providing a hostile work environment. Thursday 9/27/18 I dropped off one package and my husband dropped off 3 earlier that day. I noticed only 2 packages were shopped and 2 were not. I called you the following Monday and you told me from the tracking numbers that did not show as shipped they were supposedly being shipped by Wednesday. I called you back Wednesday and you told me over the phone again that you saw that the tracking numbers were shipped to be delivered by Wednesday and I should call you after the ship date when I was on the phone with you I looked on UPS tracking and the tracking said I had only printed my shipping label and that nothing had been scanned at the store nor sent out by the driver or shipped. so it's really funny how 2 out of 4 of my packages were delivered and two of them are mysteriously lost and nobody knows where they are you have no cameras in your store so I'm pretty sure you guys do fraud like this all the time. I am not the only post on here that states you have lost packages, your attitude sucks. you and your husband have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. so I gave you terrible reviews on Yelp and on Google. I should have read the reviews before using this store. Paid $50 to send a very small package 2 Day Air to arrive Satruday in Texas. Tracked the package on Saturday and it is in Ontario, CA not scheduled to arrive until Tuesday (5 days) and the recipient will be gone on Monday. Called store to get an answer. He shared several excuses; curfew, COVID 19, his store was closed on Monday and Tuesday, out of his control, etc... When I asked if there were so many factors that could have prevented a Saturday delivery then why didn't he notify me when I said it HAD to be there on Saturday; a disclaimer would have been nice before he took my $50. He said, how could he know, even though his excuses were from earlier in the week. No apology, no offer of a refund until I asked then he offered 50% off the next item I ship from his location; which will be NEVER. Only reason I stopped here is because it was close to the house and I was in a hurry. I would not have used them had I read these reviews. Poor representative of the UPS brand. Terrible Experience I needed single document notarized and arrived at the store at 3:15pm there was no line and maybe 2 customers in the store. The woman behind the counter rudely dismissed me and said she was to busy and they don't offer notary services after 3pm. No where in the store or on their website does it say anything about a 3pm cutoff for notary services. She told me to try another store or come back a 9am the next day. I called UPS Store Corporate Customer Service who called the store while I waited on hold. The customer service rep came back a said after talking to the woman at the location she still was refusing to offer me notary services. I filed a formal complaint with UPS to the Store Owner. I also took a photo of the woman's notary license as she threatened to call the police because I took a photo inside the store. I will be reporting to the State Notary Agency that she refused service simply because she was "too busy" read more

You never know when this store on Victory and Buena Vista is going to be open. The website shows 8 am I was there at 10 am and they were closed. There were other people waiting and a lady told me that sometimes they open at 11 am. There are no hours posted. I had to find another UPS store since I had to send an express. read more

The people who work here are always nice, but I always dread going to this location because they are very slow. Seems like they only have one employee there every time I go there. Many times I enter the parking lot and exit right away because I see a line coming out of the door. Last week was the straw that broke the camels back- arrived there and it was completely closed during operating hours. Hopefully nothing bad happened, but still, seems like a UPS store should have a better back up plan. Avoid this place at all costs. One of the owners, I didn't catch her name, has a terrible, hateful attitude and mistreats her customers in a way I've never seen before. Walking away angry while the customer is talking, telling them to be quiet while they're trying to explain themselves, speaking disrespectfully in front of other customers, etc. I've witnessed it with other customers and experienced it myself. She's a miserable person and likely lives a miserable life, taking it out on her customers. The rest of the staff are incompetent, as well. Half the time they don't know what they're doing and just guess. If you have any doubts about how terrible management is, read all the bad reviews on here and see how the owner responds to them... that should give you an indication of the level of maturity you'll be dealing with. My wife and I tried to ship a small package today (small box) which totaled about $14.00. We were then told that there was a more than $20 surcharge due to Covid that the store said was UPS's charge and not specific to their store. This UPS store is amazing and the guy who runs it is awesome. I love how he makes sure everyone is happy and always ask if you are just dropping off to just leave your items on the counter. For those who get upset because you have to wait in line, you should can just leave your packed boxes on the counter and Not get upset. he's actually there to just help you check in your boxes and ship your boxes if you need supplies you should pay for your own supplies. The lady there was very rude and very unhelpful. Her excuse to being unable to help me with an international package is that the store is a franchise. And for the record the store was so dirty. Dust all over the shelf, and Buisness card holder, the credit card machine was dirty had some type of liquid on it as if it has never been cleaned, and the copy machine section too, dust everywhere and toner all over the machines. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered an item two weeks ago and needed it for a work. I did not get any notifications about my package until I decided to track it myself. When I did, I saw that it was being delivered that day. Since I was at work I called UPS, who told me they would instruct the delivery person to leave it at my door inside the gate. Got home, no package. Instead I saw one of those "sorry we missed you" flyers. I thought, hmm this is strange I specifically instructed them to leave the package at the door since I needed it the next day. I then got an email notifying me that my package would be delivered to a "UPS Access Point" 30 minutes away. It would not be possible to pick this up as I don't own a vehicle. I called the access point UPS store, and the guy told me he can't do anything and I'll have to take it up with UPS. I called back yet again, spoke to the same woman from an Indonesian call center, and she told me she would put specific instructions to the delivery guy NOT to deliver it to the access center, but that the delivery person would place the package back at my house tomorrow afternoon. Tomorrow afternoon arrives, and I get yet another notification that my package has in fact been delivered to the access center. I call UPS back only for the same. Exact. Woman (I had written her name down from the last two calls) to tell me "sorry there's no record of you calling UPS yesterday. The package will be delivered to the access center." I'm extremely upset at this point so I tell her I'll walk there (over an hour walk since I have no car and Uber is not an option) and retrieve the package. After an hour melting in the 80 degree weather going across town to get this stupid package I need for work, I finally arrived at the burbank access center. GUESS. WHAT. The guy at the center says, "sorry this package never arrived I don't have it." You can probably imagine my rage at this point. So, I get on the phone with UPS AGAIN, and the same woman answers, same voice same name. "Oh, I thought you told me to make a note to pick it back up from the access point and deliver to your homr?" NO, LADY THAT'S NOT AT ALL WHAT I SAID. I finally had the common sense to speak to this lady's manager, who assured me that he would be in touch with the delivery man. At this point I was standing inside the access center (the only person in the store besides the clerk) and the phone rings -- it's the manager I was JUST on the phone with. The store clerk says "no I never got it" and hangs up, then I get a call from the manager saying "sorry I wasn't able to contact the delivery guy would you like to place your order again? We aren't able to locate your package." At this point I am so upset I just leave the store and hang up the phone. Before I leave the clerk tells me I'm the FOURTH person that day who had a lost package from UPS. I don't know how they think they're running their business but it is AWFUL, especially the burbank leg!!! I will NEVER use UPS again I'll sooner use an Amazon drone or just walk to the physical store like a normal person. read more

Went into this store to send a fax. As I was in line the employees behind the counter didn't seem to thrilled about doing their jobs. They were short with customers and any not showing even the slightest bit of helpfulness. As I got to the front of the line and started filling out my fax cover sheet the line was out the door. I'd say around 12 people many of which were waiting outside in the heat due to covid restrictions. The woman behind me was left at the counter literally just waiting for a receipt. The 2 employees at this point were in the back of the building having a conversation that seemed inconsequential. Especially with a line full of customers waiting to be helped. I poked my head over the counter and said "Excuse me guys, you have a line full of customers." The gentleman working then proceeded to try and lecture me about being rude. To which I proceeded to remind him of his job. I gladly left without my fax being sent and went to the nearby fedex where I was met with great customer service and my fax was sent without delay. If I could give this zero stars I would. Extremely poor awareness and motivation by the employees. I will never be back to this location. I recommend finding another place to do your shipping and printing services. The fedex on Olive is a solid choice. read more

After forgetting to declare the correct value for insurance and charged $41, I noticed my mistake and came back to ask the manager to fix it. He told me that it would be very difficult to do. He then chastised me for not filling out the form correctly and declaring a value. After admitting it was my mistake and I wanted to correct it, he again told me it would be too difficult to do at this time. After a few moments of back and forth, I said what ever happened to "The customer is always right"? And he quickly let me know that is not observed at his store. So I asked for my money back and went to another UPS Store. That manager was friendly and kind. Oh and it was $16 cheaper than this place! If you're in Burbank, go to the UPS Store on San Fernando. Store hours are wrong. They don't open at 8am--it's 8:10 and I'm standing outside a closed, and locked up store. If you say you're gonna be there at a certain time, then be there. I told my job I was gonna be in at a certain time in order to pick up a package--now I'm gonna be late. I recently dropped off an iPhone 10 at this location to receive a credit from Verizon on a new phone purchase...only to find out the phone never arrived at its intended location! The phone was dropped off February 18, 2019 in the afternoon between 2 :35 to 3:30PM at the absolute latest...I will be going to the store Monday afternoon to speak to the owner regarding being reimbursed for the phone which had a trade in value of about 553.86 to be exact. If I am not reimbursed or given any problems I will file a theft report with the Burbank police department & take the owner to small claims court, if I am reimbursed I will let everyone here know it was handled properly! In closing the store was busy when I walked in & packages were all over the counter, the young man working was about 20 to 26 at the oldest and asked me to just place it on the counter... it seemed to be what everyone was doing so I didn't worry about it until my billing from Verizon stated my phone was never received. I will give the owner every chance to do the right thing & if he does I will post it for everyone to read & I will change my rating from 1 star to 5 I am changing my review to a 5 as of 4-15-19 The store was very respectful as I walked in today & it turns out it was Verizon's error! They acknowledged they did receive the phone after a 2nd call from me today asking them for tracking. The UPS store was great today & assisted me every way possible! I was extremely disappointed when I arrived at this location with my particular problem. The airport's security had been breached and 200 planes were going to crash unless the system were restored. Sadly, the employee was totally incapable of hacking into the plane's wifi or even driving underneath the plain in a super-charged car in order to connect to an ethernet cable and download the data. On the plus side, they were absolutely great about handling my package and were able to get it shipped off quickly and easily. -1 star for not saving the lives of the crew and passengers of 200 planes. read more

This is my "go to" place for any and all things packages... They are quick, polite, helpful, patient and kind. Sal, in particular has always been super attentive and just naturally keeps the flow of things going. He is so courteous and genuine, that he makes you feel at ease every time he assists you. He will take his time and explain every detail and answer your questions as well. There is always parking up front and they are relatively quick in all aspects. Love coming here and will continue to do so, especially since their prices are the same or even lower in some cases than going to the post office and waiting in a long line. read more
