Don't bother. I went in to pick up some shipping boxes 16 x 12 x 12. They said they only had 16 x 16 x16. So I said ok, I'll take 3 knowing that the 16x12 was only 2.85 at Box City and mark up wouldn't normally be more than a dollar more. The owner (I presume) rings it up and tells me the cost is $21.00, let me repeat that. $21.00 for 3 boxes. Price gouging is unlawful, it's also tacky coming from a box and ship. Box City and other outlets $4.09. Would love to know how you justify charging almost twice that. Shame on you. Save your money for more honest places. read more

I use this UPS store often to drop off Amazon/UPS returns, and I've always had a good experience. It's less crowded than the Glendale location, as far as I've found, and the parking in the huge lot is super convenient. The location is also just generally convenient as well, fairly near the freeway and major streets. Customer service has been fine as well, and I have no complaints. I haven't used them for other services, so I can't comment on them. read more

They are low staffed so of course you'll need to wait but overall very efficient. They return my packages in their system the day I return and helped me with notaries. I've been to plenty UPS and many of them do not properly return your item. read more

Absolutely astounded by the customer service of the woman who picked up the phone. I called to get the status of an Amazon return I made last Friday (it's been a week), and usually I get confirmation from Amazon within 24-hours that my return was acknowledged. They were very busy at the time, and I only had to return a book. My QR Code was scanned, the label was printed and then just was laid next to my book on the counter, and the man behind the counter went to the next register to help the customer. WARNING before dropping off packages here you should know that this facility does not track what is actually picked up by UPS. They will give you a receipt that you dropped off your package but if your package shows that it has not left their facility they have no way to prove that it did. Maybe the most ignorant thing a shipping & receiving location can do is take your items and then leave them in a pile by the door with no way to know what happens to them after you leave. I always get good service here. The owners are nice and efficient. Amazon returns get postmarked the day you go in, so the refunds start getting processed then, which is great. They aren't printing out Amazon return tracking receipts right now, probably to shorten the time people are in the store, but you'll still get an email from Amazon that night saying your refund is processing, so don't worry about it. They wear masks and have the floor taped so you maintain social distancing in the store. They're not always chatty, but they do their job and help you out... that's all you need. read more

Goodbye US Post Office ... and hello to the UPS Store, this one at least, you may never mail a package at the post office again. I had a bunch of items to ship out to friends across California and the USA, some boxed and some unboxed, and I was making my way to the post office when a friend steered me here. Thank you Michelle. At prices lower than the post office, The UPS Store ships your stuff and will even fabricate a box right around your item while you wait! No need to search for a box or for those packing popcorn things -- it's all there. No need to address your items either; they even do the label for you. How did I not know about this service, is what I said (and what you will be saying) after my items were on their way. Easy parking in the old Fresh & Easy lot, I was in and out in just a few minutes. I worked with an older gentleman, I did not get his name, but he was very kind, polite and professional. The transaction itself went well and I was able to get my families presents for Christmas mailed. I would have otherwise been very pleased with my visit. However another employee there, an older woman with long blonde curly hair had apparently had an argument with the gentleman who was helping me. Throughout my visit she continued to belittle and abuse him verbally calling him 'unprofessional' (oh the irony...) 'useless' 'lazy' etc. All the while the gentleman continued to help me while trying to calmly fix the situation with the woman, never reacting to her hurtful and hateful comments. I don't know what had transpired between the two - but I received nothing but the best service form the man - and the woman made me feel immensely uncomfortable while at your store. I was deeply saddened by her treatment of her coworker. I sincerely hope that further training and action can be taken." How unfortunate, right? I waited a couple of days and received the following email from who else - the Owner.... or owners wife..... "And after all these nasty untrue garbage you said about me- do not come to my store- and my husband does not need a stranger taking up for him- I can't believe you were watching us in the back of our store talking privately - talk about NOSY-- and you are the one that is ABUSIVE- talking this way about someone you don't even know-- don't want troublemakers in our buisness. Get a life. I think you have done this before - sorry for you to be like that!!!" Of course I made sure to not respond and reach out again to the corporate office. However with my interactions from them it also seems that there were emails she meant for me that she sent to them by accident: "I DID NOT SAY THESE THINGS EITHER- BEST THING IN LIFE IS TO MIND YOUR OWN BUISNESS AN I DIDNT EVEN TALK TO YOU BUT I KNOW WHO YOU ARE. OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE NO PROBLEMS HERE AT ALL" and "... I think these e-mails are not going where I meant for them to- they were meant for the customer- not you all. ..." I will do my best to add screenshots of these emails to the store profile as well as to the Google reviews of this business. The woman is clearly deranged, and needlessly escalated the issue herself. THE FEMALE OWNER IS NASTY AND WILL RESPOND TO YOUR NEGATIVE REVIEW: My husband and I have often patronized this UPS store, but they lost both our business today. The female owner verbally shamed my husband for taking his turn in line rather than step aside for a wheelchaired individual, even though he had waited his turn patiently. He also overheard the owner and her employee complaining about customers' risking their lives during a pandemic to ship nonessential items (apparently the customer before he shipped a dog toy). I get understand the concern, but if you're a business, it's not your job to make decisions for your customers about what they choose to send, and it's definitely not ok to criticize customers publicly for it. Also, it's not a business owner's job to teach politeness to customers--that's your opinion and you can keep it you yourself. If I'm in line, I deserve service just like everyone else--you're being discriminatory. And don't you DARE call us rude when you're the one being (more than) rude to your own customers. We'll be finding another location for shipping from now on. This was truly disappointing and offensive--especially since in the past the male owner has been kind. After she read this review, the female owner then responded by trying to shame us AGAIN. I try to give all businesses the benefit of the doubt, especially in light of Covid, however, I am concerned about an Amazon return I made here last night. The guy at the counter would NOT give me a receipt and just said to leave my package there and I would be notified when they checked in my return. Against my own better judgment, I left it there at 5:15pm on 1/25/2021 and it is STILL not checked in a full DAY later! I don't know if this is normal for this store. I only chose it since it was close by. I've made Amazon returns to other stores and was notified within mere hours, but not THIS place! I tried calling UPS main office but have to set up an account to get help from them. I tried calling this UPS store directly and got a voicemail message with no ability to leave a message. I tried contacting Amazon and cannot find any place on their site for help of this kind. Is anyone else out there HATING this as much as me???!!!!
