Never had a good experience here. Employee's seem to have a lazy disposition and no sense of urgency. Be prepared to wait, and wait. Even if there is no one in line....Always seems overstaffed but employee's seem to hide in the back and ignore their customers and the lines I avoid this place at all costs. My experience at this UPS store has been good every time I go in. There is always someone at the receiving counter and the lines are not long. The employees have been smiling and responsive if I have a question. Usually if there is any delay, it is because the customers are asking a lot of questions, not because the employee doesn't know their job. I enjoy going here to drop off my Amazon returns. read more

I don't usually need the UPS Store, but I had a few Amazon returns and I'd read that they had an easy return drop. Very short line when I walked in and the gentleman behind the counter saw my bags and, judging by the mild confusion on my face, surmised that it was my first time dropping off. He was extremely friendly and helpful, walking me through the process with a smile. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes - great timing when you have a list full of errands. read more

The UPS store in Cameron Park is not requiring masks for customers even though it is a state mandate and they have a note on the door that says masks are required. It is not fair to subject your customers to others who are choosing not to follow state mandates. Also, if you have to get a fingerprint scan at this location, I recommend that you wait while they input your information instead of keeping your personal i formation in a pile "to be input into the system" and "then shredded". All of a person's personal information should not be sitting in a pile on the counter! I do not recommend this location for any UPS services. read more

This place has such nice, calm staff willing to help with whatever you need. That they can do, of course. The two I met in particular - Eden and Kathy - put up with me being a panicked mess with a deadline that was breathing down my neck. When Lorna is there, she is very nice, attentive and friendly - always positive! Different than a couple years ago, i would skip our local store and go to the one in Folsom. However, within the ladt year started going back to our CP (Palmer Dr) Store location and the folks there have been better, friendly and helpful. I will revise to 5 stars after a few more months of consistent quality customer service. It would be nice to have them send e-receipts of my UPS drop offs by use of phone number on file rather than printed copy receipt. It would save money on sticker receipts too. read more

Terrible service! I needed to print several documents for an appt at 10. I had plenty of time when I stopped here, however after 20 minutes of trying to get the documents printed, I then found myself late AND without the documents i needed. The woman working there tried to help me, but then would go help someone else who came in after me. When I had to leave I asked if there was any other places in the area I could go to to print them, she then said "well, I can print them from my computer" - well, what the 'blank'? Why didn't she do that before helping the others that came in after me???? I could not have been more frustrated. I'm now going to my aapt with out the docs I needed!! read more

I live about three minutes away from this store and I will drive the extra 15 minutes into El Dorado Hills to avoid dealing with the terrible service, unprofessional employees, and passive aggressive attitude from the women working here. Nearly every time I've gone in to this store, whether it be to drop off a package, have something printed or get something notarized, I am met with attitude like I am disrupting their day. There are two women in particular that appear to work at different times and may be the manager/assistant manager that are especially abrasive. Terrible customer service! I went in to pick up a package and the lady said it wasn't there. I asked her to double check and she didn't even put my name into the computer. She just told me"nope. It's not here." Without even looking. From now on I'll have my packages Delivered to my work. This place is horrible! Worst customer service ever! read more

Most of my business at this store has been pleasant enough with the exception being the notary service. I've used their notaries 5 times in the past 4 months and every single time, they have been rude. It's as if all customer service goes out the window when you sit at the notary desk. I'm going to find another location just to avoid using this one. read more

I was in the store November 20th , sending a bunch of packages back east for Xmas. They weren't particularly busy and the woman at the desk jumped right in getting everything organized as I was traipsing in with more packages. She was awesome!! I think her name was Lorna, I know she's been there for quite a while. She got it all printed up and taped onto the boxes in no time flat! It was quite expensive, even with going with the slowest method, but that wasn't her fault. With 6 packages from small to huge, going to 3 different locations... I was in and out in 15 to 20 minutes. This morning around 9:00 a.m., certain At &T equipment was dropped off at this UPS Store for shipment. At the time of drop off, the store failed to provide a tracking number. Subsequently, Lorna promised to call with a tracking number between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. This promised was also not fulfilled. Lorna then says she will have the tracking information by the end of the day. Really? This is unbelievable for a shipping company to tell you that your proof of shipment in form of a tracking number will not be ready until they are ready to provide it at their own time. Consequently, we retrieved the shipment and took it to another UPS store, which provided tracking information instantly. This is very poor and unreliable service for an operation driven company. I would think twice before visiting this store again. read more

I walked into the store and asked if they were able to print from a laptop. They said no. but that I could email the file into the store and have them print it. Great, "Do you have wireless I could connect to?", "Nope." I leave, go over to Starbucks to connect to their wireless to email the documents over to them. I call to confirm only to find out that they can only accept and print PDF files and not word documents. Well, that's a hassle. Also, when I walked into the store the first time the person who appeared to be the manager was calling out an employee for always making her look like the bad guy. Online it say that the store was supposed to close at 6:30 PM. I showed up at 6:10 PM and a man who worked for Amazon was walking out saying that the workers barely let him in. I tried the door and it was locked. The workers were standing inside and refused to take my package that already had a label on it. read more

I had a printing emergency around Christmas- and the ladies working there were SO helpful!!! Maria and Mickala (I think) were their names. They spent about an hour helping- and got my prints for my iron on tshirts... I was so grateful. The owner is lucky to have that staff! read more

I felt as though they publicly embarrassed me when they asked me to tell them what was in the package and I couldn't quite remember. I was unaware of this new policy and was not prepared to answer this question. I don't know the name of the employee but she wasn't very nice about it when I had a hard time remembering, saying "come on I need SOMETHING". I don't even understand why they ask. All in all, I felt like this employee was not helpful and annoyed that I obviously had no idea what I was doing. But isn't it their job to explain things to people? So please if you're reading this, don't make it so blatantly obvious you are annoyed with the customers when it's your fault they are confused in the first place. read more
