Been doing business here for years. Been very reliable. I have a very convenient P.O. box. Not often do I need to speak to anybody or need anybody's help. When I do, I am pleasantly taken care of. The last few months I've been lucky enough to go in when April is working, which seems like all day, every day. She greets me right when I walk in and sends me off with "Have a good day" every time I walk out. I've seen her interact with other customers the same pleasant way. My time sensitive package that I sent overnight priority was delivered 2 days late which ended up costing us over $7000. No effort from the store to help me track or find out where the package was and when it was going to be delivered. At day one of being late, they simply said to call USPS since that is who they use a carrier. At day 2 of being late, they did not return my phone call. Lesson learned. Next time....FedEx read more

If you live in Campbell or surrounding areas I highly recommend visiting this UPS store for all your shipping needs, including notary. I was pleasantly greeted and instructed the steps I needed in order to obtain notarization. The entire process took less than five minutes. They were extremely competent and very professional. The music was also pleasant. The manager, April, as well as the other employee were happy to help me.they had the same attitude toward other customers as well. read more

It's all about the people, and the good one here is Kennedy. When I walk into any store I'm just looking to get the service I need, at a fair price and in a friendly manner. Sounds easy right but it's pretty difficult to find these days. Kennedy checked off all three for me and I really got that she enjoys helping people, which makes the difference in customer service. There are 3 designated parking spots right in front of the store & usually I have no issues with finding a space but when the area is busy, you might have to do a bit of walking. I'm here 3-4 times a week to check the box and Neal's always friendly. Gloria's also really nice as well. They have just about everything & always more than happy to help. Sometimes they get really busy but they always thank us for our patience and get to us when they can. The only issue I've had was that someone else's mail ended up in our box but I check everything now to make sure that doesn't happen. I prefer going here than the post office for shipping needs! read more

Moron's who fail to understand the most basic question. Thank you so much for wasting my time. I was looking to send a item UPS that needed to stay frozen. I called and asked if the had a box to send frozen items in. They said sure we have over 60 sizes... I went in and they have over 60 sizes of regular boxes without the styrofoam insert. They wanted to sell me a cardboard box with packing peanuts to ship a frozen item. Even standing at the counter trying to explain to these two employees what I wanted they couldn't comprehend that someone would ship something that needed to stay cold. read more

While I've had good service getting things notarized the service today was completely unacceptable. UPS decided to leave my signature required package at this store for my pickup as indicated by an email they sent me. When I got to the store to pickup the package they told me (after spending about 10 seconds looking for it) that they did not have the package. I asked if they could look it up to see where it was and they said "we can't do that in our system". I asked them to make sure they did not have it and they assured me it was not there. Since I still had the email I used it to look up the location on my phone and told the clerk that it still showed the package as being there. Finally they went to look again and found that they did actually have it. The clerk was not the least apologetic for having told me twice that they did not have it. Really I fault UPS for leaving my package with such an unreliable store. read more

This particular UPS store is a disaster. The employees (and Manager) need to improve their skills in how to produce real professional business supplies for their customers. I ordered a self-inking address stamp only to find it incorrect for punctuation and grammar. They attempted to produce a new one only to find THEY decided to make it with a much smaller print, half the size of the original order, which I did not request. The Manager said one of her workers 'thought it would look better'. Wrong. It would need a magnifying glass to read it and was not professional looking at all. I'll never use them again. They all need to obtain a GED first. read more

The people are less than friendly & they charge a $1.50 per box if they need to tape it up for you. I avoid this branch as much as possible.

They need a better system! I needed notary service with 2 witnesses. Day 1, Visit 1: The staff was helpful and since they only had one witness onsite, I was told to come back the next day when the owner would be there to be a second witness. Not a problem. Day 2, Visit 2: I showed up during the time window I was told to show up. Owner was at a different store, and the front staff told to come back at a later specified time. Day 2, Visit 3: Went back, was told owner was not going to be back and I could go to the other store if I wanted. Day 3, visit 4: made an appointment online and took one witness with me. I was told that they had no one else in the store. I asked about the appointment and I was told they "do not look at online appointments." I asked why they had appointments at all and the lady said "oh that's just corporate." That was a LOT of wasted time for me and very frustrating that they don't honor appointments. read more

I love this UPS Store as much as one can love a UPS Store. The guy who owns this one, Neil, is a great guy. All of the other staff have been so nice too. They always remember my name and say hello when I come in. It's so handy to have a place where you can have packages sent and someone is always there to sign for it! There's never any worry about someone having to be home, or picking it up at the post office, or whatever. It's just so handy. Also, you can have anything sent here, even if what you're sending says no PO Boxes, because Neil told me it comes up as a regular address or something like that. I don't really know how much it costs because my Dad pays for it but the service and people there are great. read more

EXCELLENT GUEST SERVICE! I came into this location on august 7th at 2:30 to get my live scan fingerprinting done and after struggling all week with every other place that does live scan I was feeling a little upset but the two lady's in there were so friendly in there they made my whole day a lot better. Ever since I became an Amazon Prime member, I am (slightly) ashamed to say that I have visited this UPS store much more frequently. Yay for all of the free return perks of Amazon Prime? In any case, I always found this place to be extremely reliable. I have returned at least 100 items through this UPS store, and they always deliver them on time and without loss. Oftentimes, I find them ahead of their schedule actually. The front desk ladies of this store are efficient and friendly. I often ask them to put the labels on in front of me, and they always do without complaints and sometimes even without my asking. Although this UPS store has its own parking lot, the parking lot can get quite crowded. But it is helpful that this UPS store has its own parking spots (about 3) in front of the store to help alleviate a bit; those spots often empty up fast. This UPS store only open from Monday through Saturday. I use another one in case I have to drop off on Sunday. read more

They took care of our shipping needs quickly and efficiently. They also ship for the Post Office (USPS), which makes it more convenient.

I love being able to send stuff via USPS or UPS (no more waiting in line at the post office-yay). There's usually no line and the service is quick and friendly. Usually they even recognize me, since I live close by. Parking can be a little difficult and sometimes they're a bit chatty with each other, which is a little bit annoying. I have been here 3 times in the last month, these guys are batting 1.000! First they helped me ship my U-Verse equipment back. So easy, couldn't believe it, bravo AT&T + UPS Store. Next, returned an item. Shipping was straight-forward. Big bonus for all the receipts they provide. Makes tracking simple and plenty of proof if a vendor disputes it. Finally, I needed a document notarized. They had a notary onsite and zero line. The price was very reasonable as well, awesome service, A+++. Easy parking, convenient location. I've used this UPS store on a few occasions and each time the service has been good. I only wish they had a notary on hand. Every time I've gone there for that service the person is never there. Good choice of cards, keys and shipping supplies. I'd love it of they could get better lighting in the store. It seems dark. read more

Not so good anymore under new management. I use to come here to drop off Amazon packages and business shipping. They started charging a taping charge to close up a box. I've taking Amazon returns to this store and others in the past where they would tape off the top and help you put a label on there. Other UPS stores around does that for free as well. It's a small piece of tape and this location wants to charge extra while other UPS stores make it convenient for you. I recommend going to the one down a few blocks at Prospect and Saratoga Ave where they care more about return business than this location. read more
