For the most part, this location is fine -- I prefer Hopyard or Alcosta as they're more friendly. But unusually in and out so it's not a huge deal if the employees just scans and takes my package without saying anything. TIP: KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. I've dropped off a few items here and when tracking it, it either shows waiting for sending (AKA me) to drop off, or it'll say "customer has dropped off at UPS store" but it doesn't move so it ends up being loss. Good thing I have kept the receipts and initiated an investigation/claim so UPS can look into it. read more

Your typical UPS store, lol. Located in a small shopping center in dublin. This location is pretty small and the line does get long. They usually only have 1 person working the counter so be prepared to wait during busy times. I drop off all of my Amazon returns here, have used notary service once, and recently used printing services. Have had no issues with any of the services except for printing. The system kept logging me out, mentioned it to the employee and he printed what I needed for me free of charge. Being that this is the closest UPS location to me and I can go during the day when it's not so busy, I'll continue coming here for my UPS needs :) read more

Mailed a couple package out of this UPS in the past. Most recent package was mistakenly marked for "signature required". I did not ask for this, nor was I asked to add this feature. Ultimately, my package is even more late because of this. Hope the staff is more careful with shipping, small mistakes can have bigger unintended consequences. BEWARE! THIS STORE STEALS AMAZON RETURNS! I returned 4 items to Amazon using this store. I selected the no box just bring the items in original packaging and they will box and send out. After a week of not seeing my return I contacted Amazon. They said the warehouse never received the return. Luckily I kept the tracking return tag that was provided to me. I come in which a att modern return，and amazon packages. they make me go through the self return，which I understand and did. But the self return cannot return the att modem，They want me to go all the way back to the line and wait，even though I was the first in the store. The person working there have a very bad attitude, basically serves me that he don't really care, and.he don't care his job either. UPS puts their customers at risk by not allowing them to actually social distance. I am 6 months pregnant, so I need to be careful. Another customer at this store kept moving towards me, the guy at the counter says nothing to her for continuing to inch closer and closer towards me, so I have to move to a corner near the register to get away from her while also distancing myself from other customers. When I move to the corner, which was 6 feet away from all other people in the store, the rude guy at the counter snaps at me for not being on the dot when he clearly saw the other woman moving towards me (she was about a foot away from me at one point). So, I'm supposed to be on the dot and have this other customer breathing down my neck, inches from me, but how dare I move away from the dot to actually socially distance by 6 feet? That makes no sense!!! The rude guy says nothing, completely nothing to this woman who is breaking the rules, yet thinks it's okay to snap at me. This is terrible customer service, and puts at risk customers at risk. read more

She knew exactly what to do unlike other stores that sometimes have workers having no clue what they are doing. What a gem !! Not the place because it is as soulless asa ups store can be but the young lady running this place is just a trooper. Nothing seems to be too much to ask; someone wants to save something in Japanese from their computer to their flash dice to print behind the counter , it gets a yes I help form her. We wanted passports photos for five 10 minutes before closing , no problem unlike the useless mike photo store a few yards away.
