I am a frequent customer at this location. I'm really happy with the customer service I receive here. They are very thorough and accommodating. I never realized how many types of services they offer such as USPS drop off and notary. Today, Ammara went above and beyond to help me with a package I had to drop off. I didn't realize it was for the regular post office instead of UPS. She helped me get the label printed to mail it out the same day. This is the worst UPS store I have ever visited. Went there today to get notary, a guy and a girl were working. Asked the girl if I needed an appointment for notary, she did not know. Told me to wait so that she can ask the guy and then conveniently ignored me. Never bother to ask him, after standing there for 15 mins I aked the guy myself. The guy basically had no intention of working, so asked me to get an appointment because it's "better". I asked him if I can just stand in line because I was already there and waited for 20 mins anyway, he sad he was busy and cannot do it. There were literally two other customers in the shop. Allowed Duplicate Shipping Labels to Ship and will not assist me with making claim for one of the packages. I'd initially also called them same day within 1 hour of drop off to notify them of the mistake and hold the shipment; they'd failed to do that. I Have a drop-off receipt from them to prove that 2 packages were indeed shipped and I knew the package would get lost. Workers tried to help but were not able to resolve my issue and referred to the owner whom was also no help. read more

Amazon returns are already super easy but Ammara (sp?) one of the young employees at this particular UPS store makes it even easier. She is always smiling, patient and helpful when I stop by. She was quick and took care of everyone in line efficiently, be it packing, mailing or notary services. I admit there have been times it has been slow but more often than not, it has been because of a customer needing extra "special" handling. The whole experience of waiting in line to mail something is made bearable, even pleasant when she is on duty. Other staff at this and other UPS stores are sometimes/often sullen and impatient when dealing with patrons. The woman at the front (I believe her name is Ammara) was a HUGE help regarding the notary, totally knew what was needed and what she was doing. The UPS Store - Printing Services Near Me - Dublin, California

So I used this place quite often. I waver 4 vs 5 stars but the prices can be pretty expensive so I settled on 4. The service has always been great - see the same young lady at the desk often. They are friendly and all of my packages were delivered appropriately. It is nice to print a return label easily but sometimes that system takes a while and it's $3 minimum to print a page. That's what I mean by pricey. Convenient yes for sure. read more

I just called this place asking if they carried a tv box for my 65" flat screen tv. First of all, the person who answered the phone just said, "UPS Store!" Which is fine...but it was the tone this person said it with. It was like I was bothering them. I asked if they had a box for a 65" tv and again, with a bad attitude tone, they just said, "hold on!" So, I was put on hold for several minutes while this person checked. Then, after a few minutes I got hung up on! Needless to say, I'm not calling back. ***UPDATE 8/13/18*** Today, I called again to asked about if they did Live Scan fingerprinting and was immediately hung up on...AGAIN!!! This time it was a different person who answered the call and got the same result. I seriously cannot believe that this is how they conduct their business. This UPS is the most incompetent of any store I have ever been to. I was told I had mail on Friday afternoon. I drive all the way there on Monday just to be told I have no mail. They lost my mail! The female employee had the nerve to tell me I can't magically expect mail to by in my box. I expect mail to magically appear in my box? I was told I had mail by the same guy who said it was a miscommunication. Don't come here. They are incompetent and unreliable and liars!!!!!! I came by this UPS store to ship off a couple of Amazon returns. This store is located in a small plaza and parking can be a pain during busy hours. I wasn't aware that UPS had a policy of taping your returns for $2 per box but Ammara, the staff member who helped me, was very nice and let it slide for just this once (bless her). Rarely post reviews but the worker who helped us today was AWESOME. We walked in needing something printed and notarized and saw this long line with only one worker working the counter. We automatically thought we would be there for at least the next 30-45 minutes. When I say this guy handled business is an understatement! Phones ringing, different tasks needed to be done, long line, and one customer needing help outside to her car. He did it all! I was just told by Sunil over the phone that my problem was no big deal because he has encountered more serious ones han mine. -March 7, 2017 Kavita assisted me and made me feel that she doesn't care of my business at all. I even had to go back inside the store to ask her if she needed anything from me. No hi hello, or "customer transaction is completed" -May 9. I contacted the people waiting for my papers. They never received my mail. I called UPS store & spoke to Jimmy. I looked for Kavita but he said that she's no longer working at the store. I had Jimmy read the shipping address & I found out Kavita entered the wrong suite number. Jimmy said he was able to speak to UPS agent that they were able to correct the suite number & a Buddy (not real name) received it. I called the intended receiver and they said that they do not have a Buddy working for them. Jimmy said that he will file an investigation & would call me for updates. I was told that investigation takes 8-10 business days. I told him it's important. - May 20. May 9-20 nobody from this UPS store called me for an update. I was always the one to call them. I called May 12, May 18, May 20. I spoke to Amara who handled the investigation. I called one time at the UPS Store & Kavita answered the phone! I was told that she was no longer working here. Amara told me that Kavita is the boss's wife & has nothing to do with what happened. Everytime I talk to Amara on the phone to follow up, that was the ONLY time she calls UPS Investigation team to ask for updates because she doesn't know what happened & where my missing papers were. We had a long conversation on May 20 on the phone & I her tone became condescending. I kept on telling them that I needed my papers back because it contains personal information. She then told me that the investigation that Jimmy was suppose to file on May 9 was not filed at all. Amara just filed it on May 12. All the while that she was calling UPS customer service, there weren't any case filed at all I told Amara to to call me back on May 22. -May 22. While waiting for UPS Store to call, I called UPS call center (1800) to ask about the details of the investigation. I spoke to 3 agents. The two agents said that they couldn't do anything about it the 3rd agent said that the investigation looked promising & that there's nothing for me to worry about. May 22 went by and UPS Store or UPS Investigation Team never kept their promise to call me back. -May 23. I checked the tracking number again via online and it showed "Claim Issued" I called UPS 1800 because they filed a claim without explaining to me what was happening & why UPS were not able to find my mail. I even had to explain to them the whole situation again because they never took note of it. I worked at a 1800 center before so I have an idea how their system works. The agent mentioned about the final address where my mail was delivered. IT WAS AN ADDRESS THAT WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE I WROTE AT THE STORE but Jimmy and Amara confirmed that the only mistake written by Kavita was the suite number! After talking to the agent on the phone I drove to that wrong shipping address. The people who were on that address were able to retrieve the tracking number. I met Buddy there! They told me that they will look for it & will contact me on May 24. I went to this store and spoke to Amara & asked her why I know more about my case. She even said I know more about the investigation than they do! The atore has no initiative to help. -May 24. Buddy called me that they could no longer track the package. I asked Buddy if UPS went to their place or even called them to track my mail between May 9-23. Buddy said that as far as they know, UPS did not go to their place to inquire about the mail - nobody from UPS investigated it! They just closed it right away without getting into the rootcause. I went to the store for an explanation since UPS 1800 & this UPS store were not sync. They kept on blaming each other. I asked Amara if they have the same system to view the final address where my mail was delivered and she said no. I asked her when she calls UPS 1800 dis ahe even dare to ask the final address where my mail was delivered? Customer service - will issues. The willingness to help. I told the store to call me for an explanation before the date May 26. Nobody called on May 25 & 26. -May 25. I decided to chat with UPS through facebook messenger & spoke to Kenisha. I told them about what happened too. They said that they could not help me because UPS and UPS stores are different entities. They told me to call customer relations. -May 26. I called customer relations. They told me that the previous agents that I spoke to on the phone did not take down notes of the issues. THERE WASN'T EVEN A CALL from this UPS store/ Amara inquiring or filing about this case. read more

This place quoted me almost TWICE the postage rate charged by USPS ... as their "surcharge." The young women "helping" me could not care less. She said " that's what we charge." I was trying to leave because her negative energy was causing me anxiety. First she was in the back on her cell phone, I had to get her attention to get some customer service. And then when I asked if I could borrow her tape gun to tap my package she said hell no. Next time have it taped up. I asked for a fragile sticker she proceeded to put one on and then threw my package in the back. I have never received this type of customer service from anyone else at USP.
