I went there last week. I received extremely poor service. I think most guys in that store are pleasant and helpful but the guy that helped me was not at all. I think the owner of this store should know. He refused to take a package from me. I had to go to a different location where they gave me no trouble at all. I travel full time and get packages to ups stores a lot. This is the most expensive and ridiculous price gouging. They held one package overnight and one came in the next day and I paid $15 for less than 12 hour storage. Most ups stores do $2-$3 flat rate. I won't be using this store again and will let the rest of basecamp also now how high it is and we won't be using it. read more

Amazing customer service! I went in there for a passport photo (non US), the supervisor of the store went through the country's passport website to see all the requirements and helped take the picture, unfortunately the picture was not accepted and I returned back to the store and told him that the picture was not accepted. The supervisor immediately helped take another picture with no fuss or complains. He genuinely was trying help solve the problem, i will probably just go to him for all my passport pics and other services they offer. read more

I was sent to get fingerprinted to coach soccer. I showed up with nothing and was reminded I needed paperwork. The friendly attendant helped me find, print and complete my livescan paperwork and quickly processed my fingerprints and sent me on my way. read more

Honestly. This may be the worst UPS store in the area. I walked in, 9 months pregnant, with boxes for registry return from Amazon. The place was dead. I have been taking stuff to other UPS stores over the last few months, open, because of the quantity and the fact that Amazon doesn't let you return multiple items in one box. So in order to keep boxes from getting mixed up with incorrect labels, I keep them open. The gentleman was incredibly rude, didn't offer to help me, and wanted to charge me a stupid amount to tape some boxes shut. I have been to 4 different UPS stores in the area and not ONCE did anyone say anything about the boxes being open. In the past, I took tape with me and they said, don't worry about it. We prefer to tape it ourselves. Not Dublin. And when I made a comment about that, the gentleman rolled his eyes and said, if you want to send it today, you need to pay. Well, screw you. And then, rather than being a good citizen/gentleman, he just walked to the back rather than offer to help me take all the boxes back to my car. Thanks dude! Worst UPS store. read more

I walk inside and it's just the owner working with his dad sitting behind the counter. In a span of 30 minutes, I'd say 20 people walk in and 10 walk out because the line to send packages is out the door. Stop being so damn cheap and hire one more employee smh. The woman who works in here smells so bad I can't stand it. Also the young guy Justin who also works in there seems like he's stoned or just dazed and confused. I've gone in twice and I won't go back but that's not why. Their prices seem substantially inflated and I question whether they are entering the information correctly to give an accurate quote on their shipping costs. Or maybe they are just really over priced. I took a package (small box) to them and asked for some prices. $30 to send UPS and would arrive in 2 business days. I didn't want to spend quite that much as it was just a small gift I was sending. So I asked for a regular post (USPS) snail mail price. That quote was $51 to send the box by express post 6-10 business days they told me! $51!! How could regular post be more than a two day rate? So I said forget it. I went to the actual post office and mailed it express post (5 business days) for $13. It just doesn't seem right that the same shipping speed would cost almost $40 more than the post office. read more

Our company was so fed up with FedEx that we recently switched to UPS and use them exclusively for our shipping needs. During the short time that we used FedEx, we had been treated rudely , had many packages destroyed by the time they got to their destination, several were lost completely, and employees nit pick at our packages - making us drive all the way home once to put on an extra piece of tape because the employee refused to loan us her roll of packaging tape. We had negative experiences in other FedEx locations as well (must be a company wide culture). The UPS service is night and day from FedEx and everyone always pleasant no matter which location we use. Unlike FedEx, UPS stores are franchised so we meet owners that truly care about making a good impression and wanting your business. I came to this new location yesterday and it was no different than the others I always visit. Very kind and courteous. Didn't nit pick my packages. Just weighed them, gave me a receipt, and got the job done. The UPS driver even kindly waited for us so he could get our packages on the truck the same day. Also met the owner and he was great. This store is new and having promotions right now so I highly encourage everyone check it out especially if you are thinking of getting a mailbox. I've had one for years and I love it. They sign for all my packages so nothing ever gets lost or stolen and I never change addresses when I move. Also helps a lot with preventing identity theft and trying to stay off the "grid" as my home address is rarely on anything. read more

Friendly owner (Mr.Hiten) and good customer service. Notary is $15 a document and color print is 0.49 per sheet plus 1.5$ flat fee if you mail in the documents to be printed to the ups email id. Had mailed in the documents and the store had the printouts ready when I went in for pickup. Recommend the store for their good service. read more

I came in today to get some fingerprinting done, the old-school way- ink cards. Previously I had received poor customer service from a UPS store in a neighboring city, so I was a little reluctant to try another UPS store. But I was greeted with a smile and had an awesome experience. The staff was friendly and patient. And I felt like the prices were very affordable. It was only $20/fingerprint card (compared to $35/fingerprint card at a different UPS store). She even took care of the mailing and tracking part of it, making it very convenient for me. The owners really need to have concern for customer's needs. I had to drop off a time sensitive package and provided it to them on a Wednesday and had bought an overnight 1 day shipping. The package has still not left their facility. So frustrated and when I call UPS they blame the store for not sending the package! So frustrated and unhappy that I paid so much and still not provided the service. Very disappointed! In addition they don't provide envelopes you have to carry your own!! For paying for such expensive services they won't even give you a UPS envelope, something that they should provide!! read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. I needed to get a package to someone in 3 days so I asked if I should do next day or 2-day delivery. The person at this store said 2-day would be fine and it would definitely get there in 2 days. Guess what? I find out that the package ended up being bumped to 5 days from when I shipped it. Not because of weather or anything like that. Turns out this is b/c 1) the store did not send out my package until 9pm (even though I dropped it off at 9-10am) which in effect ate up 1 day and 2) 2-day delivery does not deliver on weekends and the late send out pushed it to the weekend!! The person who helped me completely neglected to tell me about the no weekend delivery part. Very disappointed. Won't be coming back. read more

Based on Yelp reviews I went to this UPS store to have passport pictures taken. It was not a comfortable experience. I paid $13 for 2 photos. When I got them I was disappointed with the quality of color; I looked washed out. Later I was at Costco in Danville and discovered they do passport pictures, $4.99 for 4 photos. The pictures were much better quality as to color and brightness. I would not recommend this UPS Store for passport photos. read more

Amazing customer service. I took my 5yr old son who has autism to have his passport photo taken yesterday. There was a lot of crying and shouting but the owner and his staff were extremely patient and understanding. Not once did we feel rushed, instead they gave us time to get settled in. Eventually I asked if I could take the photo using their camera. Then they helped choose the photo that would meet passport requirements. We ended up with one of his best photos we've ever had. read more
