No one should use their service at all. Worst UPS store in all bay area! Horrible customer service and most importantly an absolute RIP-OFF. I wish I could give ZERO star. My review is based on five different experience I had with this store: 1- the owner is very rude and is not honest to the customers at all. Ones I wanted to do an expedited international shipping with them and the owner guaranteed & gave me his word for on-time delivery or they will refund the money (aside from the fact that they charged me 15$ more than other stores quote) , My packaged arrived 2 days later than the supposed date and after I asked owner about the guarantee, he said they are not responsible for delays !!! REALLY? I understand that shipping speed is out of your hand but why did you lie in the first place? Maybe if i was told the truth, I could have chosen a different carrier. 2-I needed to notarize a letter, It had the out of state format and the guy had no idea how to do it. He rudely told me to take it some where else; which I did and postal annex did it for me in 1 minute ! 3- I wanted to do a UPS drop-off at their store (I had my own shipping label) , I was in hurry and needed a 20x16x7 shipping box, They charged me 19 $ for a box which I found in Fed-ex for 3.5 $ !!! 4- Another UPS drop-off, I had the package all boxed-up and sealed except that I needed them to re-tape a small portion (ONLY 6 INCH LONG) and they asked for 2 dollars !!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 5- They charged my wife around 30$ for passport photo. You can do this in Fed-ex for 14 $!! There is no way I go close to this store even though it is a short walk from my home. When I shared my stories with neighbors, I was surprised how almost all of them had at least one bad experience with this store. We are going to do our best to bring to UPS attention how this store is ruining their franchise reputation. They are benefiting from UPS name but when it comes to customer service they claim they are not related to UPS and are owned independently. But does this justify over-charging people every day only because they are trusting UPS name as a long term customer? WHAT A SHAME ! I hope they go out of business soon & I am sure they will by continuing this approach. read more

Misplaced receipt with tracking for a return to a company that had a special procedure requiring UPS to repackage the materials. They took it and 4 week later I asked the company (Dyson) if they received it. They said they did not have any record. Dyson informed that it was my responsibility to let them know I had initiated the return process. However, their return authorization did not require that action in writing. I called and talked to Ammara who spent a lot of time and diligence to track this item down and help me get my return processed. The records were hard to find so she had to really search their transactions for the last month. Ammara did such a good job and was really helpful. You need to know that because this is a very good UPS Store because of her. Thank you Ammara for your help. I will take it from here and know what to do. read more

I recently visited the UPS Store located at the back of the shopping center, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is convenient, with easy parking right near the entrance, which made it hassle-free to get in and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and pleasant. However, there were only two workers, and the line got a bit long during my visit. If you're in a hurry, it might be worth timing your trip for off-peak hours. Despite the wait, the staff's positive attitude and efficiency made up for it. I'd recommend this location for its convenience and customer service! read more

After reading the yelp reviews, I admit that I was hesitant to do any business at this location. But, after receiving the service I did I felt compelled to go on and write a good review. I came into this location probably at the busiest hour so my wait time was a bit on the long side. The two girls working the counter were handling customers quickly and seemed to be able to multi-task very well. Once I did get to the counter I was pretty much in and out. I got my package shipped and received a tracking number same day. All in all, give them a try! read more

Need a notary done? Go see Ammara at The UPS Store off Regional Street in Dublin! No appointment, no problem! All you have to do is walk in at your leisure and BOOM, you're done. I've needed to get two notaries done in the last month and I couldn't think of any better place to go other than to see Ammara at the The UPS Store. Ammara is kind, quick and very helpful. I've had consistently great experiences at this UPS Store location. Every time I walk in needing help, the staff goes above and beyond to assist me. Carlos, Amara, and another gentleman (I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name) have all been incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. No matter what I need, they always step up and make the process smooth and easy. It's rare to find a team that is this consistently friendly and efficient. This place should be looked into by investigative services. Not only is the customer service horrible, but they do shady business practices. The rude owner makes up prices as if this is a flea market or something. Meaning, prices are not listed anywhere and are inconsistent. i wanted to print something for our recital. there was only one lady at the counter trying to help everyone. so i wanted a back to back page. so she printed both pages separately and and then said that copier that she will use will reprint it back to back. so printed it and did one side upside down. i was so irritated coz she made me pay for the pages that she messed up with! Maybe put someone in the store who knows what they're doing! read more

The gentleman at the front counter was rude and not willing to take the time to help me with a problem I was having trying to print up documents. He later apologized to me after I finally figured out how to get the computer to print my documents. However, he should be more attentive to his customers and really try to help. I almost left without being helped and no documents being copied. read more

Needed to return an Amazon purchase. This was a location offered by my work and always have short lunch breaks. Stopped in and had a few people in line. The girl working, Amara was multi-tasking helping multiple people at a time. I was able to get in and out quickly and still had time to grab a sandwich from the bagel place next door. We need more people like Amara in customer service! read more

I was in the area having lunch with some coworkers at the bbq place right next to this UPS store. It was so convenient because I needed to get a document notarized. I walked in and there wasn't that big of a line. The girls there were working so efficiently and were very organized. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes and was very pleased with the customer service they provided. read more

This UPS store is by far the best I've been too. I really needed some print outs for my school project that were due today. The girl working there was so helpful. She helped me cut some things out and laminated them for me as well. I didn't know they offer these services. So happy that I came in today, I will definitely come back if i need the service again.
