Great service! The opposite of what I experienced at another location (different owners). At one location, the people behind the counter, who were just standing around talking, wouldn't help with my Amazon return, telling me that I leoI had gone to the self-serve kiosk, even though there was a line for the 2 machines, and they had no customers at the counter. I left and went to this location. I saw there was no on at the self-serve kiosk, and thinking maybe it was mandatory, went over to start the return. The clerk behind the counter said, "I can help you over here!" When I told her I thought their use was mandatory, she said, "No, it's just for customer convenience when we're busy." Months later, I had to get 6 trash bags of documents to be shredded. Even though the other store is closer to me, I chose the one on Blue Ravine because of how I had previously been treated. I not only got great service, but the owner came out to help carry my bags. I truly appreciate businesses who appreciate my business, and have made them my go-to for shipping and printing needs. read more

Dropped off a package - the desk person was very nice. What I really appreciated was how clean the store was. I have been to other UPS stores and they are littered with return packages - I even wonder if our returns are going to the right place. But at least the customer facing area is kept very clean and professional. I did compliment the desk person about the store being so clean and it was clear from his response that customer service and keeping his store clean was very important to him. UPS is supposed to be about convenience, but dropping packages at Whole Foods or Amazon locations is honestly easier at this point. The local drop-off spot closes at lunch time -- right during business lunch hours -- which makes it really inconvenient. If the service isn't available when people actually need it, it defeats the purpose. Might as well just drive to Whole Foods instead. read more

This is by far the friendliest UPS Store I've ever been to. The new owner works the counter himself, including Sundays, and is so warm and welcoming. He answered customers questions with patience and managed multiple Customers at various stages of their transactions keeping things moving along quickly. He was also very patient while I discovered an Amazon issue it took me time to solve. He never made me feel like I was anything other than welcomed to be there while solving my problem. They have packing supplies and it's clean and well organized. Easy parking and easy in and out. read more

I have been coming back here, as the response to my previous view encouraged me to do. I haven't had another poor experience since. Staff has been friendly, and helpful. In particular, a recent experience made me remember I need to update my review. I handed in 2 same-sized boxes for shipment (labels already applied), and the person taking the parcels closely examined the labels (which I did not, even though I was the one who applied them!). Somehow, my husband managed to print two copies of the same label, and if not for this staff person's diligence, I'd have had made a huge mistake. So, moral of the story: Don't give up after one bad experience, you may never know the good things you'll be missing! read more

This place has become a total circus. Ive came to this location since 2021, ever since 2024 started this store started to slowly decline. But this Saturday was absolutely disappointing, a group of customers and we were patiently waiting for our turn and the employee stated the owner didn't want to fairly pay him for working a 2 person job all day, stating he works 6 days a week and this is the way the owner treated him, he literally called the owner in front of us, and the owner answered the phone yelling, the gentleman put the phone down and he respectfully stated he will not be able to assist after 5pm, and to have great night. This young man always helps me, with a great attitude. What a shame of an establishment! read more

Made an appointment for a notary two days prior. Even got a confirmation email. When I showed up to the store with my elderly mom to sign some medical paperwork, they said they did not have the information. I show them a confirmation. The man behind the desk was rude and said he didn't get it and the notary wouldn't be there until 11:30 and already had an appointment. There was no attempt and apology or a way to fix the problem! Gave me no apology and look to the next customer. I asked him if any UPS around had any walk-ins. He said yes there was one close by. I asked him if he would give them a call, he said no, but he would give me the number so I could call them. To say the very least, I was more than disappointed in the service! read more

As a sales rep, my company has a UPS number we all use to ship out product back to their warehouse. I've done this with all UPS stores with no problems or pushback since it's always just a drop off. I typically fill out a waybill, and that's it. This location turned me away because I didn't have my company ID which I've never had to provide. It's a privacy concern to ask someone of that, especially since I'm not at my companies HQ? Just ask for my license or any other ID? After being accused of Fraud, I went to the location off of Bidwell and asked them if I need my company ID to ship this out since I haven't in the past for a DROP-OFF and WAYBILL. They let me know that was not needed, and kindly took back the product and allowed me to drop off my items. I will not be coming back. read more

I went into this UPS store on Friday and was blown away with how efficient and friendly the staff was. I love the kiosk's that allow you to process your own return and Bri gave me a great tutorial on how to use it to ensure my items would arrive. Ryhan was extremely friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in, he had such a warm presence and was very helpful with helping me carry all my items into the store. Great place to get your mailing, shipping, mailbox needs and more. Consistently great customer service, always have stamps in stock, employees wear masks, parking is EASY and I have nothing bad to say about this place. My wife and I order an embarrassing amount of goods online and we use The UPS store often for returns. We live near this store, however there is another UPS store near my office (Broadstone pkwy and East Bidwell). The difference in customer service between the two stores is astounding. After todays experience we won't be using this store ever again. The gentleman behind the counter had no idea that my wife regularly uses his notary services as well. It's not the snotty attitude that was the final straw, nor trying to charge me for a piece of tape. The other UPS store would NEVER do this. The final straw was the response I received when I told him I would bring my business elsewhere if he charged me for tape... he said, "we get 400 of these a day". Basically... good riddance. Wow. What business would allow employees to talk to customers this way. I invite you to take your business to the Broadstone UPS store. They are helpful, have great customer service and would never charge you for a piece of tape. read more

On 12/21 I stopped by my local UPS Store around 440 to ship out some Christmas gifts, and I noticed the employee by himself, he seemed as if he was under a lot of pressure and all us customers were confused but patiently waited. I've already waited around 15-20 minutes no problem, everything is all good the gentleman was doing a great job keeping his composure helping us. We started to ask, did you have any help today, and he stated the owner was supposed to be with him, as he mentioned a co worker leaving mid shift, it's honestly astonishing how Suhbi reacted to the situation very accordingly, with a great demeanor. As the time approaches 5, the line just kept growing and he had no choice but to call the owner. The boy put the phone on speaker, and the owner started to yell at Suhbi in front of everyone. Suhbi kindly put his phone down, explained the situation to us thoroughly and we are absolutely disappointed in the embarrassment of an establishment. We will not be supporting this location anymore, and all us customers will be sure to spread the word out. read more

This store is wonderful. I've had pleasant and friendly service every time I've gone in. I like how they close a bit later in the day so I can go after work. I have a small online store and UPS has always done well with my packages to buyers, no issues at all. They also sell stamps so it saves me a trip to go elsewhere. I came to this UPS store a few times to get my live scan complete for my school and work. I needed to print a banner for my sisters graduation, unfortunately last time I needed a large format print it wasn't done properly. I recently found out this UPS store offers large format printing and went through with trying it. One of the best decisions I have made. The service is amazing and my banner looked great! They are not very knowledgable when helping with Amazon returns. The biggest downfall is that they charge you a dollar for computer use time and then another 22 cents for the 1 page printing when you email them a label to print. Then on top of that they dont even know how to configure the printer to get the label to print correct. read more
