The service is so wonderful they have the automatic machines that you can scan your Amazon code, print your own label, put in a bag and off it is. Bri was fast and efficient at notarizing my docs - appreciated that she was professional throughout the process.

I went to this store to mail 2 packages of Christmas gifts in mid December. I also wanted them packed. There must have been some kind of additional charges, and the total was $333. I asked why it was so much and they said that "there are lots of packages." Later I went to the post office to mail another package after I got the address. The shipping there was only about $40, although I did pack that gift myself rather than paying to have it packed. I was not doing well emotionally since I had a death in my family, so I paid the $333 rather than walking away as I should have. I think this UPS store significantly overcharged me, and I do not recommend anyone have packages packed up and shipped here. read more

As soon as I walked in, an employee by the name of Jeanne greeted me as I headed toward the self-service kiosks. The kiosks are pretty self-explanatory, but with so many items and this being the first time using the kiosks, I was grateful for her assistance. She helped me with every single item that had to be returned, bagged and labeled individually. If not for her help, I would have been there for another half hour. She was super friendly and accommodating. Jeanne is the type of customer service representative that any company would be lucky to have. A definite asset to this UPS Store location. I called this place 30 minutes before closing to ask how I can have an oddly shaped and large object shopped (it was a 6ft window cleaning pole). Normally most employees of a place like this would reject my request or even say it's not possible just to brush me off. Rhyan is who I spoke with over the phone. He was incredible with his customer service and positivity. I came in, he was incredibly polite and funny and solved my problem with ease. I shipped 3 separate packages efficiently. Awful customer service. I went to this store last week. While I was there asked if I needed an appointment for the notary or if I could just walk in. I was told they do take appointments, but walk-ins were welcomed as well -- just that there might be a little wait. I called this morning to schedule an appointment for today and spoke to one of the two women who work there (wish I had gotten her name) and was told they don't make appointments. So I headed over. When I got there , both of the women were at the counter. I said I was there to see the notary. One woman said the notary doesn't come in til 11 am (I was there quite a bit earlier than that). I said it would have been nice if the person I spoke with had told me that when I called a little earlier. The woman said "No one has called this store this morning about notary service" and told me I likely called one of the other stores. The other woman didn't say anything. First, I know for a fact that I phoned the right store. (The notary at one of the other stores is out this week and the notary at the other store is male and was, in fact, already at work.) Second, the woman spoke up without even asking the other woman if she was the one who took the call. The service was rude and the woman who spoke up was gaslighting me -- blaming me, when it would have been so easy to just say she's sorry she forgot to mention the notary's start time. The other UPS stores in town are much better. If I could give zero stars to this one I would. read more

I went to UPS at 705 E.Bidwell for their notary services. The moment I walked in all three staff greeted me and said Welcome and Hello. The immediate sense I got was that they liked their jobs because they were joking with each other and the UPS driver who just came in. Jeanne was the member who assisted me. We started talking and having a nice conversation. I mentioned my father had just passed away and this was for one of Trust documents. She was empathic. When she began the notary process, I could tell she knew what she was doing because she was able to continue chatting with me. I told her that I admired the pen she was using, as I like thin lined ink pens (these are not the Bic pens on the counter). I asked her the brand and where she got them. As we were finishing up, she went to her purse and gave me the extra pen she had in there. Talk about customer service and going above and beyond. I left there with very satisfied and touched by such a brief, but pleasant experience. Way to go Jeanne! read more
