I just had to take my time to mention this place could be the best around the area however there is this one lady " Patricia " who is beyond unprofessionally rude and even her tone is extremely awfully annoyingly aggressive gots to go!!!!! Employees very dismissive and refused to do a LiveScan even though the website says no appointment necessary and open until 6:30 for LiveScan. They said they stop at 5pm even though it is not documented anywhere online or in store. read more

I got a livescan here for a state license months ago, my wife went in today in the morning and they told her to come back after 11 and they would be able to do a livescan at that time. So she did and one of the ladies there said they were too busy and unable to do the livescan. Because if they did it, it would create too much work for 1 employee to handle. read more

I paid $40 to have an item boxed up (that did not include the prices of shipping.) It was expensive for packing (twice of what Fed-X would have charged) but I figured they'd do a good job. I was wrong. The items arrived completely smashed. My customer said no extra padding was put in the box (a medium sized box.) So much for expensive over priced packaging and lazy employees who don't know how to pack or ship. I will NEVER EVER go there again or use UPS again. read more

I went today to process an Amazon return. Had the original packaging and was told I had to either pack it up or pay for UPS store to do so. As I stood there struggling to fit and 8' area rug back in the original packaging employees stood and watched. Not one employee offered to assist. Unlike so many other UPS stores that let you drop off your pre-printed package, this place will make you stand in a long line just to let you hand your package to them. If you don't need a receipt, which I rarely do, they should reach out to customers in line.... read more
