I have been going here for years now and even though there have been different people behind the counter every time I have never had an issue. I got a livescan here for a state license months ago, my wife went in today in the morning and they told her to come back after 11 and they would be able to do a livescan at that time. So she did and one of the ladies there said they were too busy and unable to do the livescan. Because if they did it, it would create too much work for 1 employee to handle. read more

I went today to process an Amazon return. Had the original packaging and was told I had to either pack it up or pay for UPS store to do so. As I stood there struggling to fit and 8' area rug back in the original packaging employees stood and watched. Not one employee offered to assist. I paid $40 to have an item boxed up (that did not include the prices of shipping.) It was expensive for packing (twice of what Fed-X would have charged) but I figured they'd do a good job. I was wrong. The items arrived completely smashed. My customer said no extra padding was put in the box (a medium sized box.) So much for expensive over priced packaging and lazy employees who don't know how to pack or ship. I will NEVER EVER go there again or use UPS again. read more

Most of the time I am in a time crunch so it's nice to have folks that know what they're doing so you don't get overcharged in shipping and other office related services! I feel bad that they have such poor reviews. They must have done something to change things because I was in and out with no issues. I came in and they were really friendly with their regular customers, and i hardly had to wait in line. They had all i needed to get my packages ready and were more than helpful to help me decide what type of shipping i should get. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because they still use the write-your-own shipping info forms. All the other UPS stores i have been to have upgraded to computerized systems that keep all your shipping info. read more

There's two people work here in the afternoon. The young guy knows customer service and very polite while the other older lady is mean. She doesn't seem happy that she works there. I hope she change her attitude. I could have given 5 stars except for the attitude she has given me. Why does this store doesn't have just a drop box? I had to stay in the line? Just to drop off my package with the paid label on it? Now I got a response from the ups store well heck yeah I am not just calling, I will go to the store and ask for the manager myself. I also want the store to have a drop box somewhere in the store so I don't have to stand in the line and wait. If there's a pre paid label I don't have to wait in line. Thanks! read more

Vera at the UPS store is the Manager. She should have given me a refund, but instead she insisted I go back to UPS. I did see-saw two or three times between her and the 800 number, I finally got a number for "Corporate" UPS, they sent me to "Accounting". UPS has an interpretation problem with "End of Day" Don't believe anything they say!! In my many phone calls, I was given three or more examples of what "End of Day" means to UPS, let's just say it's a large GAP, and none of the times matched the time I needed my package delivered on a Friday. Bottom line, if you want a package delivered on time with integrity, you should take it somewhere else. I spent over $100.00 to send a package, 2nd Day Air, and it was not delivered, my recipient was sent to the "Access" point to pick up his package days later. I am extremely upset with UPS and I will never use them again, and after I get done, no one I know will use them either! read more
