Great experience today - Bransen was above and beyond friendly and helpful! I arrived shortly before closing with a box way too big and little clue what I needed to do to get my item shipped, but Bransen made it a breeze. He cut down my box to save me $25, took care of all the packing and taping, and wrote my return number in 3 places to be extra certain it was seen, all the while making it a fun time at the UPS store! read more

I love this store normally. But there was a salesperson with dark hair and glasses. Did not get her name but obviously she doesn't want to be customer facing. Maybe she should work in the back. I did not feel like she wanted to help me. More like she was put off by me. read more

Bri, a notary public, was awesome in taking care of notarizing my document. It was somewhat challenging because I'm from out of state but she read over everything and double checked that everything was getting signed appropriately. While I waited for my "witnesses" I watched another young man do fingerprinting for another customer. He was also very friendly and even tried to keep her child entertained. (I wish I could include his name but I don't know it. Younger guy, real dark hair ‍). In general, whenever I've gone there the staff have always been friendly and efficient.
