Horrible Customer Service at this location. I went to do a return with a preprinted label and the lady said the barcode wouldnt scan. I tried to get some clarification and ask questions but she kept repeating it doesnt scan. She refused to help identify the issue, is the label printed wrong, is it even in the system but no help what so ever, just it doesnt scan. The thing is I took the same package with the same label to another UPS branch and it scanned right away, no issue. Very disappointing. read more

Thank you to Ali for helping me create custom boxes and safely ship several of my plants across the country. I probably seemed like a crazy person trying to ship plants, yet he treated me with a lot of kindness and care. My boyfriend and I were moving out of California the next day. I wanted to take some of the beautiful house plants I had cultivated during COVID so I had something comforting with me as we started a new life out east. After going to a good number of UPS stores in Irvine, this one is the best one I have ever encountered so far. Those guys were so helpful and courteous. I used to go to the one at Alton, their customer services were not existing, lazy employees, cheap owners and I am happy that they are out of business. I absolutely love this UPS store. They have excellent customer service and go out of their way to accommodate you. Last week, I went in to drop off a very important package for next day delivery. Unfortunately, I arrived shortly after the cut off time for overnight packages deliveries. But, Juan, ran out of the store and caught up with the last truck and gave the driver my package. I don't know how he caught the truck because the driver was almost out of the shopping center. I'm so grateful he did. Thanks to Juan, my package arrive the next day. I met my deadline and he saved me from having a major problem. Most places would have just showed me the door. But, Juan, without knowing the urgency of the matter, went out of his way to help me. Customer service at this store is incredible! I especially appreciate the customer service rep, Bash, helping me navigate a return of a very large and heavy trampoline (110 lb). When the shipping charge was way more than expected, he even suggested I tried calling the manufacturer's customer service to have them comp it. He said it had happened in the past -- I appreciate his insight and that I tried for this even though it didn't work out for me. He was friendly and helpful the whole time and even helped me get it back into my car rather than immediately move on to the next customer in line. The store is nice and it's in a good location but I would say I've never had a friendly encounter with an employee there. They don't speak very good English and they will try to charge you for every little thing. For me to get one label printed on a plain piece of paper cost me almost 3 dollars. They charge you for 15 minutes of computer time just to get a label printed when I'm already shipping $135 package. Shady! read more
