Trent and Denae CHANGED MY LIFE with their efficiency, friendly attitudes and just all around ability to handle their revolving door of customers with various needs. I had multiple faxes, stuff to send to my mother, and some printing. They kept it all organized and didn't get annoyed with the volume of my needs, their attitudes remained helpful and just overall friendly (unlike other locations where it can feel like the customer is a burden). Also, their music tunes in the background kept the energy and vibe rockin and just all around pleasant. I generally come to UPS to complete amazon returns and I have always had good experiences. The Amazon returns are great because most of the time you don't even have to package anything up, just bring the item and the great people at the UPS store will handle the rest. This location is in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is a great spot to stop for your needs. read more

So far, so good. I've been going to the Navajo store for a really long time. They are really screwing up lately, so I've switched to this location for Amazon returns. Time will tell, on how this goes long term. Super unfriendly clerk on my visit, but my returns made it back, and that's the whole point. Parking is not the best, at all. We will see. I hope this place works out. It's closer to me than the Navajo location, so that's another plus. Fingers crossed for a great long term, successful relationship. Update: I've been several times, there is always a long line. It moves quickly but customer service is awful and been a really negative experience every time I've gone. The clerks are really sour and clearly don't want to be there. At least they aren't stealing my Amazon returns like the Navajo location. I have not needed to return a lot at once yet, but it will be a nightmare because they only have two close parking spots, and limited space inside to wait. You will be standing out in the heat sweating your tail off, holding a heavy package. I like the food next door, that is the main reason I still use this spot. Eh. Very underwhelming. read more

If I could give this UPS store a zero review, I would I just called to see the location of my package due to the fact that it required a signature so I wanted to go pick it up in person. The disrespectful woman child on the phone named Danae was extremely rude from the beginning when I asked for assistance. After she told me that the package was being delivered on Monday, which I told her I wanted to pick it up not that I was waiting for it to be delivered. She then proceeded to say "if you would have looked it up you would have seen it was delivered on Monday hung up the phone on me" 0/10 customer service. Went here to ship several large, heavy boxes for my boss, and the boxes were in my car. Cody offered to assist with the dolly, which I didn't know was something they offered, but thank GOODNESS. Those boxes were super heavy, it was difficult getting them out of the car, and Cody pretty much took care of everything! I thought I would be fine on my own, but it became clear that I would not have been able to get those boxes out without his help. AT&T equipment drop off. The package delivery was as high as the ceiling and this man was busy. He completed my transaction in a very professional manner and explained exactly what AT&T had said about the return...so he knows his stuff. He also didn't flinch at the comments from mailbox holders when they saw the pile*...he's hard working and pleasant to deal with as well as knowledgable. I come in here once in a while to use the UPS services. Usually I have a pre-printed label and I just need to drop off (gotta love Amazon). Occasionally I have to ship something out without a label. This has the been the case the last few times I was in. I have a friend with a UPS account that I send things to and he creates the label and emails it to the store. The store prints it up on a piece of paper to tape on my package and it's good to go. They also print me a tracking label which I really don't need, I think they could eliminate this step by emailing the receipt, but what do I know. The last time I was in, I was charged for printing the shipping label, which is odd because that's never happened before. It seemed kind of nickel and dime to me. I highly doubt it costs them $.50 to print one page of paper when FedEx Office charges $.10 a page, but whatever. The service here is usually friendly. There is plenty of parking since it's located in a large shopping center. They sell plenty of packaging supplies if you don't come here prepared. read more
