Love going here for all my printing and shipping needs. Matt helped me out with a huge task that I sprung on him and not only did he simplify everything but he also suggested ways to keep my price I had to pay down. With out him I would have paid over $100 more for a task that ended up quite cheap for me. I wasn't expecting all the help but Matt was there to assist me. I come in here once in a while to use the UPS services. Usually I have a pre-printed label and I just need to drop off (gotta love Amazon). Occasionally I have to ship something out without a label. This has the been the case the last few times I was in. I have a friend with a UPS account that I send things to and he creates the label and emails it to the store. The store prints it up on a piece of paper to tape on my package and it's good to go. They also print me a tracking label which I really don't need, I think they could eliminate this step by emailing the receipt, but what do I know. The last time I was in, I was charged for printing the shipping label, which is odd because that's never happened before. It seemed kind of nickel and dime to me. I highly doubt it costs them $.50 to print one page of paper when FedEx Office charges $.10 a page, but whatever. The service here is usually friendly. There is plenty of parking since it's located in a large shopping center. They sell plenty of packaging supplies if you don't come here prepared. read more

Best UPS store ever! Always greeted with a warm welcome by the store associates and they are efficient at shipping out your packages. I really appreciate that as some UPS locations could care less about how they package your stuff let alone remembering to ask if you want your tracking info. I come in quite frequently to ship / pick up packages and go out of the way to go to this UPS store (have another one down the street from me) because of the service I get here. read more

I worked for a gentlemen that would always send me to pick up us mail "at the box" at this UPS Store and every time I came in I was greeted with a smile and a hello. Very friendly and basically a nice place to get your shipping on. Occasionally I was required to ship some media items out and that wasn't a problem at all for them. I just feel that this place is a reliable store and the location has its moments. My only complaint would be that you have to be careful backing up because cars fly down that parking lot. Also don't be scared to talk about how football is waaaaay better to watch than baseball with the employees. read more

U.S. PASSPORT PREP: I was preparing to send my passport in for renewal when I stopped by this place looking for one of those padded bubble envelopes. (The nearby 99 Cent Store didn't have them.) I was happy to find the envelope here, but happier still to find that this place could also print my application from my flash drive, as well as take my passport photo and print, cut & staple it to my application. The only thing left for me to do was send it all USPS certified mail, and they were able to do that too, which saved me the dreaded trip to the Post Office. That alone was good news, eh? Incidentally, there was a customer already in there when I walked in, but I was still greeted and assisted instantly - no waiting. While I was being assisted, several other customer also came in and were assisted & dispatched without any of us having to wait. I wish every business was this efficient and customer oriented....at least on this day, thanks to Matt and Emily, who were both friendly, professional, and super efficient (can we clone people yet?). read more

I've been coming here for many years. I literally refuse to go anywhere else. The entire staff is caring, professional, attentive, and fully knowledgeable on packing and shipping issues. The store can be very busy; people come here because it is simply top notch. The staff's efficiency makes for short wait times. Today I had a wonderful experience with Cody, an employee new to me. Kind, personable, detail oriented, and managed the group of five waiting customers with ease and aplomb. All after having had a fender bender en route to work. I was moving across country and needed to ship a fair amount of things to my new apartment. Emily helped me by walking me through different shipping costs and box sizes. I packed the box but it ended up being too heavy so Emily and Cody helped me repack my things, helped wrap things, made sure I got the best price, and we're just generally extremely helpful. I even had a package delivered to my address with the wrong address with no such address on my street and no one by that name lived here. I took that package up to this store and they told me it was not a UPS shipping label, but the Amazon delivery service and Amazon would take care of it. Good service here! read more

Talk about amazing service! Had to specifically find a UPS store to drop off my ATT uverse equipment since I just disconnected my service. Called in first to make sure this location would help with that, which they assured they did and kindly reminded me to bring my account number.
