We had to stop by to get a few pages notarized. I was not aware that there were many blank areas that should have been filled out in advance. Our notary read through everything to insure we did it correctly. He did not have to do that. He went above and beyond to insure we didn't screw anything up. In addition, he showed me how my middle name was spelt different than my license. Wow, all these years and I did not see it. He was good, I highly recommend you visiting this store. read more

Rude customer service from Milo (whom I'm guessing is the owner/manager). 5th or 6th time I've been in here now and the results are the same, this guy loves to argue with you about everything little thing. Even when I try to avoid him by waiting for one of his employees to help me he still finds a way to chime in and take over just to get my blood boiling. I return stuff and ship stuff to Amazon. I AM ALSO A SELLER ON AMAZON - so I'm pretty aware of the proper process and not in need of a lecture and battle from this guy every time I go in there. If the store doesn't get paid to accept Amazon returns then they should take that up with UPS - and not take it out on your customers just because you're bitter about the arrangement. It's 9:20 on Saturday morning and we just left this store. I had an Amazon return. It took me about 20 seconds to go in, have the clerk print the return and leave. When I was getting the return label from amazon... it gave me the Option of a code so the label could be printed at the store and I chose that. So when I went in to the store the girl scanned the code, printed the label and receipt At the same time and I left. Thank you! The young lady helping us was nice, efficient, and cordial. This location has pretty bad customer service. I was returning a Zappos order and I already had the return label and the original box. The gentleman that was working on Tuesday at 6pm instructed me to leave it on the counter and I was good to go. I then requested a receipt, and he began to scan the return label and wanted to charge me $1.08 for "TAPE" and the "SERVICE". I took my box and took my return to the Laguna Niguel location and the gentleman at that store was very welcoming and pleasant. He taped the box for me and provided me with my receipt that I requested and made my EXPERIENCE so pleasant. The Ladera Ranch location needs to educate their employees on just accommodating to satisfy the customer. I guess they want their $1.08 versus satisfying the customer. read more

i mailed a package to Temecula CA 9/2 Wed and was told it would be delivered Thu or Fri. When i didn't hear from the receiver by Tue 9/8, i checked with them. They never got my package. I called UPS and they said it had the wrong apartment #.....that's odd because it wasn't being sent to an apartment. Then they tried to blame the delay on COVID-19. I mailed it to a manager's office in an apartment building. So the delivery person didn't go inside and ask for the manager? How lazy can you get? Looking for a refund for the charge when i didn't get the service i paid for. BEWARE! read more

Make sure you tape your own packages because they charge for tape even on a very small bag or envelope! I have been dropping packages off here for the last several months in a bag or box with a pre paid return label and all of a sudden today they said they need to charge for tape with no explanation. The inconsistency is unprofessional and there should at least be an explanation as to the new charges. I also think the customer service could have been better as it was not communicated in a friendly way. read more

I just tried to drop off my amazon returns here.. I had the labels, I had the items boxed and taped up. I only needed my labels attached- they wanted to charge me for tape!! I go to UPS stores all the time and just drop things off and they take care of everything with our question. What a scam! read more

Definitely agree with the other reviews of how poor the customer service is at this store. Picked up my package and asked Hani a simple question. She gave such an attitude with her facial expression and rudely said "i don't know." It would of been nice if she asked the other employee behind her to help with my concern, but it might of been too much of an inconvenience as he was too busy sitting on the counter messing on his phone. Not receiving my answer isn't the issue, the lack of care of not willing to help your customer was very disappointing. Very unprofessional of both employees. She was rude to fellow employees in front of customers about a cash register issue and then short with us because I was misdirected to take my DIRECTV equipment to UPS store (I should have been sent a label and box first, whoops). Had a great experience. Had already been to the Post Office twice today to get clothes to my son in the military but had several obstacles - not the P.O. fault, but I needed to make another trip. I decided, instead to try this UPS Store. I'm very glad I did! Ava is incredibly patient, extremely helpful, professional AND very sweet. She did not try to sell me anything but I ended up buying one of their boxes because it was more practical for my contents. Ava made the label and taped the box - YOU CANNOT GET THIS SERVICE AT THE P.O!! The thought of going back to the P.O. made me want to cry. I stood in their endless line for almost 30 minutes today! My time is so much more valuable than the few extra dollars to a business that needs to make money to pay the rent and their employees...I am happy to pay it!! Especially when it comes with the stellar customer service I received! I will NEVER wait in the P.O. line again! read more

This review is long overdue! I've been coming here for over eight years. Most of the time spent here is when I had a clothing business in high school. I've never had any issues with the UPS store here in Ladera Ranch. I shipped out all of my packages (sometimes to other countries) with absolutely no issues the whole time I've been coming here. The store is located conveniently near my house in Ladera and is rarely crowded. I still stop by once in a while when I need a letter shipped with a tracking number. The employees are really friendly! They are also one of the only mail stores in south Orange County that has the rose wedding stamps on hand. I called a bunch of other places near my parents in Newport and my house here and no one had them. I was able to buy 14 sheets of them from here, which made me super happy! Just because of that, I will go here for all of my mail/shipping needs. read more

I have been a customer here with a box since 2008. I have since moved out of state and still have the box. I have had them pack and ship many items for me. Some items were fragile and without exception they have always arrived in perfect condition. I have visited many "mail stores" and this store by far has the best customer service. read more

RUDE and UNGRACIOUS Service! Dropped off a ups pre-labeled pkg but needed one piece of tape - made me pay a dollar for a piece of tape. You really need to make a profit center out of taping? Clearly a piece of tape does not cost them a dollar. I understand not losing money on the transaction but seriously, a 1000% Profit - c'mon! Then when I asked the very uninterested employee (large young man) for a shipping receipt, he told me to take a picture of my shipping label....WHAT?? I've been to the UPS store in Irvine a couple times since I worked around the corner from them, and while they were nice, I felt like they wouldn't explain all the charges for shipping they added on. Not the case at the Ladera Ranch location. I went in to mail some music gear to my friend in Chicago and the store *supervisor (i think?) Jacob helped me out. He was quick to explain the cost of shipping and why insurance on the package is a good thing. He was also very personable, and was happy to help me. I'm definitely doing my shipping from here. Very rude and unprofessional staff. The young girl working at the store yesterday spent more time trying to flirt with the customers, while my mom and I sat there for 5 minutes holding a package. They did not even say hello to us or offer to let us put the package down while we were waiting. Then, when we were finally helped, they spent way too much time focusing on trying to sell you on unnecessary options, than doing their job properly and respectfully. pretty good service but the owner really upsells you on boxes. I spent 20.00 dollars package a ring. he made me double box it. I wanted to overnight a letter. he tried to get me to put it in a box instead of the free envelops UPS provides. It took me spending a total of $50.00 until I figured out how to combat this legal form of robbery. I bring my own box. he has a problem with it everytime and tries to put my box in one of his boxes. not very ethical but good service. read more

This is one of the best UPS Stores I've been to. They are always knowledgable and customer service oriented. Of course I see a number of younger, less thoughtful and unreasonable reviews here but just to put in my 2 cents here, having read all those reviews details, it's clear that all those otherwise negative reviews are posted by individuals who got way over the top service or in some cases even refund of their money along with their service and got all that for a measly few dollars AND yet they are still complaining!!! Those customers should have their head checked! It's amazing how cheap some average customers are because reading all those reviews obviously those guys don't recognize or appreciate what great deal of service they got for a measly few dollars they'd spends. For over 3 years, I have had my personal and business mailing, receiving, notary, and shipping, domestic and otherwise handled by this UPS store and I'm honestly happy to report: they have always been extremely fair in their prices, provided excellent service, and have done so with a great portrayal of positivity and attitude. This was quite possibly one of the most frustrating and annoying things I've had to do with a shipping place before... I walked in looking for a simple quote on shipping some pretty big items. I was greeted by a younger kid who was happy to help me and get me settled in. Then a random fellow who worked in the store came up and interrupted him and tried getting involved in the situation. He proceeded to just upset and the worker who was currently helping me. This fellow worker that approached also knew nothing about what was going on and just further confused me about everything. He also set me up to make also no money on my sale and seemed more upset at the fact that I wasn't understanding him. I don't plan on ever coming back here due to this workers unprofessional approach to his workers, customers, and over all attitude to my problem.
