This location is great. We had a large heavy 95 lb Amazon return. The limit is 100lbs for drop off. We were refused at another Ups store closer to us. The 2 staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. One staff member helped me bring the box in. He just volunteered. We will bring all our service needs to them in the future. read more

Never imagine that would write a review for a UPS Store but after my experience feel like shout out was warranted. I recently had to make copy of my resume. Since have no printer at home my roommate was telling me about The UPS Store. It super convenient and easy to make copy if your without printer at home. Once had my resume finalize set it up on gmail documents. Roommate like go down store use the desktop at the store bring up your gmail account and straight forward open document ready to go. I had great help with employee guided me along the way just in case had trouble. U can print as many copies as your want, am sure can use higher end paper if wanted, and really the possibilities are endless. They also offer mail boxes notice, really all your shipping needs, and if need any packaging got u covered for the most part. I will be honest never used any of those services just went in make copies of my resume. The store is super clean, open, couple printers in the store not just one, and the service for me was five stars. The lady at the counter was friendly, informative, and made my short trip in and out awesome. I kind of went at odd time and just me. Not sure there busy time. I had great experience!!! read more

So I've been trying to get a package for my daughters 13th birthday for two weeks. First; why do you have a voice recognition system that never recognizes what's being said. I tried and my wife both and it never gets it right. Second; you're website won't let me sign in because it doesn't recognize my info, won't let me use my email to start a new account because that email is already in use and won't send me the steps to reset my password (after 3 tries I gave up). So you're whole online experience sucks and was totally useless. Third; after driving to 2 different UPS location, who's address the tracking said to go to, I'm sitting in front of a third location waiting for it to open. The present was only about $25 dollars but I've spent more then that on gas trying to tract this package down. read more

I had important DMV paperwork that the DMV had me notarized and they needed ASAP to put a stop title on my vehicle cause the title was stolen. So i went in that day and paid to get the notary and a $61 money order for the DMV fees. Sent on the 28th and expected delivery was on the 30th of April. It's May 13th and the DMV STILL never got my package!!! I called them and they are clueless as to what happened to my package. Now i have no idea if ill send the papers in again on time before god knows what happens to my title and truck. I feel like the ladies there dont care either. At best, they said they would do my notary again for free . The notary is NOT my problem! If you are reading this, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I think USPS or FEDEX is your best bet read more

Had been told to go to the other location as I am in the middle of this one and the one at Sunset Rd...of course chose obviously the wrong one ...paid $13.67 to send something two miles away as required tracking and of course they were out of the $6.00 label but fine after waiting in line went ahead and paid for the more expensive to ensure it got their by deadline and had confirmation of receipt. This was 8.20.21 and was provided tracking info which I seen it go all over LV it appeared when the destination was about 2 miles from UPS Store. Unable to figure out the route and it was actually going to be delivered 8.31.21 deadline went into the store and clerk couldn't say what was up or where it was so now been at the Post Office she recommended in line still 9 people deep to see if they have any clue where this parcel is. read more

Terrible customer service. I went in to return some items I purchased on Amazon. I was told that I needed to supply my own boxes, tape and envelope even thought the Amazon website specifically says no boxes needed for return. The other UPS stores in the area have never charged me to package the item. When I asked about it, the woman basically told me to go to the other UPS store. She didn't offer to sell me another envelope or try to resolve the issue...just shooed me away. read more

She sounded quite flustered and said "I am with a customer so if you call back in 5 mins or stop in the store I can give you information then" one thing that you NEVER do is make any customer feel as though they are not as important as the customer that they are currently helping. I've been dropping off packages and shipping from here for years now. If one thing they are, they are consistent. The same guy has been working here for a long while now and he is fast, efficient and professional! The store is clean, they have everything that you need here, whether it be fax, UPS, FedEx, USPS. There is a mailbox store closer to my work down the street, but the pick up times at this UPS store make for way faster shipping. read more

Went to drop off a box with a prepaid return label. I did not have tape to tape up my box. They wanted to charge me 50 cents to tape up my box. I have been to/used SEVERAL UPS stores within the Las Vegas area and in other states. No other store has attempted to charge me to tape up a box when I have had a pre-paid label. Wow won't be going to this location again. Went in for a notary and to ship it out. First the lady didn't smile one time, when I ask for the notary she snapped and said she needed to see the paper so I gave it to her than she asked what it was for, it said it right at the top of the paper. She only gave me two options for shipping, when I told her ups she just rang me up and after I paid is where she told me it won't ship till Monday and they won't get it till Thursday. The whole reason I shipped it ups is so it would get there sooner. Just some advice treat people the way you want to be treated, I would been much happier if she was nice and asked more questions of what I wanted. I love this location! The employees are always friendly and they make it easy to ship out UPS boxes. You'll pay a little bit more for shipping from a store, but you can also drop off pre-postaged boxes. The employees will also box up and tape your stuff for you (for a fee). They sell lots of different size boxes too. Easy and breezy, and an all-around good shipping store. read more

Update: Once the baskets were finally delivered 3 days later than specified, my niece and nephew were greeted with a basket of completely melted candy. I was in need of a last minute notary. I did some googling and found that ups does a notary service. I was pleasantly surprised as I had never heard of them doing this. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I arrived a little early and advised the clerk I was there for a notary appointment. To my surprise, she whipped out a book and stamp and notarized my papers. Didn't even need my appointment! It cost me $5 and I was there for less then 10 minutes. Great experience!! I will keep them in mind in the event I need anything else notarized. read more

I have a been a notary for 15 years and have tried to explain to the notaries at this location on multiple occasions that you can only charge $5.00 for the first signature and $2.50 for each additional signature when it's just an acknowledgment. I have even brought in a copy of the current law, NRS 240.100, pertaining to this showing the maximum amount allowed by law. However, they choose to ignore it and continue to overcharge. read more

Twice in the last year this store has mischarged me by the size of the box being mailed. 3 days ago I brought a 14"x14"×14" box in to be mailed. The charge was $41 and I was told that was the most economical delivery. That seemed like a lot of money so when I got home I was able to look at my receipt closely. The person who waited on me had entered the measurements of my box at 16x15x14 which was a $10 overcharge. I went back in to tell them and was politely told "oh sorry,nothing we can do about it"...don't go in here, go 1/2 Mile to UPS @Hualapai and Tropicana. read more

I am a regular customer at the DTS location (which is great), but I was in the Ft Apache area and needed to return a package to Amazon. I've come a few times before and always thought the clerks were unfriendly and a little rude. My first annoyance is how they ask for my phone number. They say its for tracking so I wonder why no other locations asks for it. And if it's for tracking, what's a tracking number for? It isn't reflected on my receipt either. Yesterday while waiting in the store for another customer, item in hand, I watched the other employee come from the back and spend almost 5 minutes on her phone. The girl helping the customer didn't say anything to the other clerk nor did the clerk ask if I needed help. I waited. Finally she summoned me to the counter and said she thought the man being helped and I were together. Perhaps a simple question would resolve that assumption. She continued with my return and when I held my phone up to the protective glass to scan the code, WOW! She scolded me like a child. "Don't touch the glass" she snipped! She handed me my receipt and said nothing to me. As I was leaving, the other girl sarcastically said "have a nice day!" I didn't respond as I was on my phone now LOL. She mocked a response aloud as if I responded to her. Something like OOOKKK you too! Both were very aware I was not pleased and seemed to enjoy their behavior. I will never utilize this location again! Unacceptable to feel like you're a bother to a business. Customer service and friendliness are nonexistent at this location. read more

Went in to ship an item out. Two employees that are there act like they hate their job, when you walk in they look at you without saying anything then when you speak they respond in a short and rude tone. The employee with glasses didn't know what she was doing and needed the only other employee there to help her. During this time the line began to build and their customer service became even more short tempered. So after I feeling I inconvenienced them I kept my questions to my self and called the 1800 number they gave me. Ups then informed me that they may have been rude because they're a franchised store and corporate does not keep them to certain guidelines. This place left such a bad taste that I will not be using anymore ups stores. read more

This is my first time to go this UPS location and I left a big package that is pre-stamped(Amazon return),and since there was a line,I asked one of the sales people,if I can just leave the box,since its just a UPS drop-off and which I have done numerous times with different UPS stores(CA and LV)and the sales person said yes,with me leaving the package and not getting a receipt.I have dropped off Amazon returns,without getting a receipt,and I always get my items shipped back to Amazon and gets credited.I do not trust this store at all,the package I left is a big box.I checked my Amazon account and it doesn't show that item has been shipped out.I called the store and asked if they can review surveillance camera,so they can see that I was there,and dropped off this big box and I was told by the Manager that the surveillance camera is only for "police-review",and only can be reviewed if its related to safety issues for their staff.BEWARE OF THIS STORE! read more
