    Came to drop off some returns and MEGAN was a ROCKSTAR! She was kind, professional, fast, and had a natural sense of great customer service!

    Hubby forgot our cruise docs in Vegas, so we needed a place to print. Thankfully, the UPS store has this capability. We were able to log in and print our docs quickly. Less than $20 detour on our way to vacation! The girl behind the counter even let us use the stapler for free! This is a fairly easy location to get to, but parking is a booger.

    I'd gone on vacation and ordered a gazillion items in a variety of colors and options from Amazon in preparation for my trip, knowing I'd be able to return them. Several of them didn't arrive prior to my trip and when I returned to the US, I had numerous unopened Amazon parcels awaiting me containing products I no longer needed. In total, I initiated 17 returns with Amazon. I thought I selected my local UPS store for all of them, only to learn when I arrived that several of them were at "Amazon hubs" near LBSU, which is not convenient to this location. So long story short, I roll in and the energetic and positive young lady (I totally forgot to ask her name) helped me sort through this mishap. She processed 13 of my 17 returns by individually scanning each Amazon QR code from my phone. She kindly explained that I'd selected the incorrect options for the remaining four items and recommended that I cancel the returns and attempt to select their store, if possible. She also offered to package up the remaining returns for their required fee but respected my decision to return home and package them myself for free. I wish I'd asked her name because she was really patient and helpful with me as I dumped a major return on her and made errors. She walked me thru the process to remedy this by looking at my Amazon account on my phone and walking me thru the correct steps to rectify my error. The best part is, I run home and come running back approximately two minutes prior to them closing their doors for the evening. In fact, as I'm hustling in, a male employee was headed to the front to close and lock their door. I asked him if it was okay and briefly asked for the young lady who'd prebuilt helped me an hour prior and he said she'd gone home for the evening but he'd happily help me. I was extremely apologia because I know what it's like to work retail all day and just want to get home. He reassured me a couple of times that no apologies were needed and he'd willingly help me. He proceeded to do so but I'd made another mistake. Three of my four returns required packing labels which needed to be physically printed out, unbeknownst to me. He willingly sent these labels to their printer for no fee by navigating thru my Amazon account on my phone. He went above and beyond and I sincerely appreciated his top-tier customer service!!! He could have sent me home packing again to resolve the matter on my own and rectify my own mistake, but instead he welcomed me in right as he was closing and assisted me without issue. THIS is excemptlimfied customer service and for that reason I had to acknowledge the professionalism of Tom. He didn't want to be personally recognized but he earned every bit of this positive review, to which I hope his management recognizes how much of an asset he is. Thank you, Tom! As I told him, there's not enough kindness and positive recognition these days...and I appreciate you, Tom!

    Put on hold multiple times for over 10 minutes and was never helped. This has happened too often for it to be a coincidence.

The staff was super friendly and nice, maybe that's because I had my pup in a backpack with me. He generates a lot of interest lol But seriously, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They greeted everybody that came in. They notarized my document quickly, and I was done in under 10 minutes. The place has things you need like cards and cute little knick knack gifts. I would definitely come here again for their services. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I have a mailbox rental here and they also take care of my outgoing mail or when I need to send a package. I am able to receive packages that might otherwise be left on my doorstep in Long Beach and could disappear and I just pick them up on my way home from work-it's perfect. So I'm relieved knowing that my mail and my deliveries are secure. Every year around tax season I drop off tons of shredding it's unbelievable how much stuff accumulates and the price for shredding is completely reasonable and since I've been using them for more than 10 years I trust them too. OK and I just have to mention their gift shop! Completely unique gifts and cards, I'm not much of a mall shopper and I love to support Robin and her small business I want them to stick around pretty much forever so I can't say enough good things about her business!

    I have used Yelp for many years and have never written a negative review until now…read more I was returning an item to a merchant and on their website they gave me the option to use Packagehub or USPS. I selected the first location offered, which was Packagehub, Mail Services Etc located at 2892 N Bellflower Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90815 as it was the nearest to me. The merchant then sent me a scan code to present to Mail Services Etc for the return. When I arrived I had barely gotten in the door when a person who was dressed in some kind of uniform, pounced on me. I wasn't sure if they were some kind security guard or what. They preceded to tell me that I needed to tape up my package so the item wouldn't fall out. I told them I was just following the merchant instructions. They then said that I would have to take it to USPS. I explained that the merchant had sent me to their location for the return and showed them the scan code on my phone. Then another employee emerged and said I would have to take it to USPS and again I explained that the merchant sent me there to process the return and showed them the scan code. That person said, "That's FedEx and we are not a FedEx store!" They kept yelling at me even as I was walking out the door; like a couple of children. When I returned to the car where my husband was waiting I told him what happened and he pointed to the store where it had FedEx signage all over it. When I arrived home I called the merchant and told them what happened and they were shocked. They created a new return to be dropped off at another location and said if that ever happens again to call them from the store that's the problem and they'll take care of it. It's probably better that I went to the other location because they were more professional and I felt the package was processed correctly. I'm not sure what the problem was, but maybe they're not tech savvy? They said they needed a label printed, but the merchant said, "No print out necessary"! If Mail Services Etc isn't doing business with FedEx anymore then they need to removed all FedEx signage from their store and from their website because it's false advertisement. They also need to stop doing business with packagehub. More importantly, they need to be more professional or just retire.

They have a wonderful variety of sage (I love sage). They also have hand made bars of soap and Florida water etc. they have teas and dietary supplements too! It's a hidden gem. Then I figured out why the owner is the only staff member and sometimes family helps but really it's just him, and he's never there reliably. In 3 months there's not been one day where they have been open during their listed business hours. I've gone sometimes several trips a day hoping they'd be open and nope closed yesterday for over 6 hours in the middle of the day. Packages are regularly unable to be delivered, I'm getting messages about it from Amazon weekly. Then if you complain about it the owner a self described trump supporter will give you a sob story about how he's sick and business is slow so he can't pay an employee, which sucks but maybe if you operated like every other business and were open regular hours you say your open business wouldn't be so slow. The owner has no accountability and when my wife called angry that she couldn't pick up her meds for days because he was closed he started yelling talking over her and being upset. When I went over to get the meds, he was rude and disrespectful to me and talked about my wife in a way I didn't like. I canceled our mailbox. I'm reporting him to the agencies that deal with this, you can't charge people for a mailbox then hold their mail hostage because you can't afford an employee to stay open. I wouldn't use this place if it was free. I do not recommend giving them business.
