I was given a receipt with a wrong tracking number that cant be found online or through a customer rep. Called the store and I was told the tracking was updated but my package is lost, while a few days ago another person said it's had been delivered...all this still without a valid tracking to confirm this information with. Cherry on top, I paid for an international delivery through UPS but was told they actually used a 3rd party to do the shipping. All this without notifying me and without my consent. Awesome and attentive staff. They are very helpful, resourceful, and professional. I needed several printing jobs throughout a two day period and they had everything ready when I arrived. One of the the staff members even gave me a wonderful recommendation to a nail salon and it was a great experience. I went in to send my old comcast modem back after having moved to long beach. Chris was there helping a few other people before me. Very friendly, but when i get to him, he tells me that its a lengthy process to complete the return and that i should leave my name and number with the modem. He says he will call me back after he or another employee sends it. I inform him that i would like a receipt in case comcast never receives it. But he again tells me that it will take a long time and having limited time, i opt to leave him my email and ask that he either email me the receipt or call me to inform me when its complete so i can come get a hard copy. Later that day, i call back because it had been a few hours and i had received no call back or email. Shon picks up and informs me that Chris has gone home. I explain my situation and he instantly finds the modem, processes the return and emails AND txts me the receipt within 3 minutes of talking to him. Shon, youre awesome. Competence is so rare nowadays that i thought i had to call you out and say thank you. You are much appreciated. Having said that, Chris was friendly too, but why tell me it will take a long time if it takes less than 3 minutes? read more

The owner Joe was so helpful/kind from the moment I stepped in the door. He went out of his way to help me find parking, taped up my extremely heavy box and even let me store it there for a couple days while I was waiting for a shipping address label. Terrible. I was here around 4pm on a Friday. Zero parking and if you happen to use the free 5 minutes on the meters, it's not near enough time. I parked 2 blocks away on Broadway. It took about 2 minutes to get to UPS after waiting for the trolley to pass. Once there, I expect quick service because I had an obvious package that was pre-labeled and all ready to ship. They should just have a separate station where we can just scan our package and get a receipt from an automated system. But no, I walk in and get behind a customer who was finishing up with the UPS employee. After he finished with him, he didn't even look at me or say "I'll be right with you just give me 1 sec" or anything. He just walked away from the counter and decided to help someone print something while me and 2 other customers waited in line. Here, I had about 2 minutes left before my meter would time out and LB Parking Enforcement would roll up with a ticket waiting for me. So seeing that if I ran into another trolley, I'd likely be late. I waited a minute more to see if he would come back but no. So I took my business elsewhere. This place needs to hire another associate or lose this guy. I won't be back unless I have all day to waste for him to take his sweet ass time. read more

The entire team here is truly the best. You'll feel as though you've known them for years. I'm here often and every transaction I make is always a breeze. Very laid back, personable and knowledgeable. They make eye contact and are very attentive. You're not treated like a ticket number and they are very open and honest with their pricing on shipments. They've also given me other options for shipment even if it means their store will lose that money from me. It truly shows that they it's not about reaching any quota or any shady business but rather genuine people enjoying what they do and what's best for us, the customers. read more

I had the best customer service experience over the phone from Chris! I'm having trouble locating a package which I thought was out UPS since I wasn't home to accept my package. Chris educated my on the tracking process and informed me that I need the postal tracking number also. After we hung up, he called me back to tell me he found my postal numer!!! SCAM WARNING. I came here the other morning to print out 2 colored copies of my resume. It took about 6 minutes and had a young girl help me. I swiped my card, logged in, printed them out, logged out. I was charged $20 for this simple action. I've done this EXACT action at other UPS stores but came out paying no more than $5. I gave this location 3 stars because I was able to ship my packages without any hassle BUT the woman that helped me today stayed on the phone the entire time. By the conversation that I overheard it definitely wasn't a business call. She never said hello or anything she simply grabbed the box, taped the label &sat it w/ the other packages waiting to be shipped. I have to say that I got caught up in some really bad traffic and I called Chris just 30 minutes before they closed .He insisted that I should be able to make it there within 15 minutes .Guess what? Traffic was back to back of cars for about an hour and a half . He decided to wait a little after his shift to be able to insure me that I was going to get this package. Love this store. I never have any issues, they are always helpful, accommodating, friendly and know my name. Some things cost a bit more verses the regular Post Office but with the attention and service you get, this is a far better way to go in stead of the old tired Post Office. But you can still use them like the post office if you want pay and mail someting using the office rate for most things too. read more

They were very fast, but I'd pack my items at home. They didn't haves my box size options. It was fairly empty in the store, but you get what you need done. I'm just used to a ups that has notepads, pens, pencils, eye chains, etc. I would go to this location again as it's walking distance from my place, but I wouldn't get a mailbox here. read more
