I needed a box for an odd shaped item I sold and needed to ship. I went to staples and couldn't find what i was looking for. I came here and the guy at the counter (didn't catch his name...red hair very nice and helpful) was super friendly and cut a bigger box to fit the item i need to send. He even bubble wrapped it for me. Whewwww crisis averted. Thank you!! Will definitely come back if i sell any more add shaped items lol. read more

I hate shipping things. When I ship books, I ship media mail at the USPS. I had a thing against UPS because when I lived in San Diego and shipped media mail at a UPS they overcharged me by A LOT. So that's why I always went USPS. I was at a post office in Santa Monica trying to ship a small package and I felt they would have overcharged me with my item so I took it back and decided to go home...then I decided to check out the mailing services in my neighborhood. The staff at this UPS location was very nice. They're probably busy during the day since there's a lot of businesses around and I see a lot of packages waiting to be shipped. Oh and to ship my package it was a little cheaper and I decided to settle. read more

I found myself needing to get my passport photos done quickly. The customer service provider was personable and helpful. He took a great, clear picture that was printed in 2 minutes. He then helped me to ship off my passport application. I must have just missed the pick-up on Friday, because the tracking information didn't pop up online until Monday. It was a little bit of a bummer as I had paid for 2 day shipping. However, once they picked the package up, it was off to the east coast and quickly and safely made it to the Passport Agency. Helpful stuff and conveniently located on mid-wilshire. If you're driving and going at peak ours, you must park on the side streets or just parkat ralphs right across and walk. The employees are nice and process the packages quick. I have no complains about them. However, it's kind of crappy that they dont even offer free tape. Really? Come on..Oh and the kicker is they have a sign that says "Sorry we pay for tape too" Come on, keep it classy UPS. At least lie to me and tell me tape prices have skyrocketed or something. read more

These guys are friendly and efficient when you need something packed shipped copied or received. They do packaging for you. They do shipping through the UPS service for you they will receive packages for you and they have a wide range of rental mailboxes which are usually available but sometimes fall. The staff here is very friendly and efficient. They get the job done quickly and courteously. Their prices are very reasonable and if you want something done right with the package house to get there or needs care, these guys can help you a lot. Your location is great in the miracle mile near the Elray theater. There is street parking usually available and it's right by the bus stop. Right on Wilshire Corredor in the busy business section of the mid Wilshire Corredor. Highly recommended. I've used them many times. When I've had a bad problem with the shipment, they were very helpful with that as well even though none of the things that I've had problems with where their fault. Seriously UPS! What is wrong with you!!! If we go in store and have you package it and ship it on priority overnight AM and it doesn't get there for 4-5 days and you say it's because it was not weighed correctly and then you say that the plane forgot the box and then you deliver to the wrong address clearly knowing that it should have gone to a business and not to a residential and then you guarantee that it will get picked up before 5:30 after 4days and THEN no one picks it up! And we have to beg and beg and beg for someone to give us an address so we can call our client and tel them to go to a residential address and get this package so we can present to clients across the US and you can't guarantee it ?! I could have drove and got it there sooner!!!!!!!! What an embarrassment to a company that should stand behind what they do.... all because an employee at UPS didn't weigh our package correctly. read more

Had to drop a package off to be sent to Amazon and it was fast, convenient, and easy. Parking was on side street and conveniently, I parked in a spot that had 40 minutes left, as parking on the right hand side is metered and on the left you need a permit. read more

I called them to report that UPS had mistakenly delivered a package to our doorstep that had an address across town on it (zip code AND street name are different, only the street #'s the same). First they suggested I bring the package to their store. When I explained I had no vested interest in wasting time and gas on that, they suggested I report it to the 1-800 UPS number. These guys always get the job done quickly and efficiently! Staff has been here for a while, which is a positive sign. I've come here with rush packages needing to ship 5 minutes prior to cutoff time (6pm I believe) and they have helped me achieve just that by sending off my packages literally in minutes time! Livid after a horrible experience in this dumpy UPS Store. I brought in a $200 collectible book for shipment and put my shopping bag on the counter. When I asked about box size, the employee pulled the book out of the bag without asking and dropped it on the floor. After I waited in line for ten minutes, i was next. The driver was just about done loading and I figured i would be done just in time for his last run into the store to pick up the last packages. The counter guy inexplicably asked the guy behind me if he was trying to make the truck. Although I protested, he took the guy, registered his packages and off they went with the driver who was driving away. I told the customer that was a rude move. He of course took full responsibility and said yeah, not my fault, the counter guy called me up. The counter guy just shrugged his shoulders. First time they closed well before their posted closing time and even after I called to confirm that closing time. And today, I called, asked what time their notary would be there. I have been working with this ups store for over 5 years and they used to be amazing. Apparently there is a new management team that are literally criminals - I have multiple packages. Signed by them and delivery confirms I have a box w them and they claim "it's not their problem they are lost". I asked to speak to the manager or owner and they told me no . I continued to call and attempt to escalate this situation and was hung up on each time. One of the employees gave me a false name of the owner while another literally threatened my life and tole me his name was "son of a bitch". I would lt use this location of my life depended on it. They stole my packages and are the rudest and unprofessional people I've ever seen. read more
