I can't say enough positive things about the couple who run this store. I frequent it at least a few times a week to either get things shipped or packed. They always take very good care of what I am trying to ship and I've never had an issue with a lost or damaged package coming from this store. This is the worst UPS Store, and I will never use it again. As with others, there have been numerous occasions I have gone in the morning when it opens to drop off a package or do something else, and they were not open on time. On at least one occasion, it was already 40 minutes after opening time and they weren't open, and there were two people waiting outside who had been there waiting all that time. They also do not have a notary present every day as advertised, and the last time I was there, a gentleman came in about notary and was told she was not there, and he stated this had been his third try, and why is their notary never there? But what finally broke the camel's back was the incompetence with an online printing order. It was a simple, black and white document that I needed printed, about 265 pages from a PDF. I submitted the job using the UPS Store online submission, and prepaid online. It was supposed to be ready by 5pm that same day. I never got a notification that it was ready, and at 5:30pm-ish I tried to call the store to ask for the status. Nobody answered and it went to voice mail, but the voice mail is not set up so I could not leave a message. I sent an email instead, and got a generic auto response, but nobody at the store ever responded to the email. By the next day around 2pm, I still had not heard from the store in response to my email or with an update on my order through their portal, and they still weren't answering the phone, so I went there. They told me they were having trouble with the online portal, and claimed they didn't get the job. Later, when I gave them the printed confirmation, they claimed they got the order but the attachment wasn't there. I also asked why they didn't respond to my email, and they also denied getting that. I asked why they don't answer the phone and don't have voicemail set up, and was told that sometimes they're too busy to answer, and they don't have voicemail so it does not fill up. They said they would do my print job right then and there, so I emailed the link to the PDF through my Dropbox while I was standing there, and she confirmed receipt. She said she would do it right then, and I left to go get my mail at my office and come back, telling her I'd be back in 10-15 minutes. When I returned, they had not started the job. One clerk pointed to a xerox machine out in the general area and said it should be there, but when I went over, it said there was no paper and there was no job printing. Then she went into the back and said oh, there was a jam so she was printing it in the back. I waited another 5 minutes and finally asked them what was going on. They disappeared into the back again, and a different worker came out with a USB stick and said the printer in the back was jammed so she was going to try to print it on another printer. I stood there and watched her try to do this, and she was unable to do it, not sure what the problem was. so I asked her what was going on and she said the file didn't seem to be on the USB stick. At that point, I had had enough, so I asked them to please just cancel the job and refund my money, and I would get it printed elsewhere. They told me they can't do it at the store and I have to do it online. I went home and tried to cancel it online, except there is no option to cancel online, which is apparently controlled by the stores. I sent another email to them asking to cancel the job and refund my money, which has never been responded to. I finally set an email to corporate asking for my refund, and sent the job to another store, which is hopefully competent. If I don't get a refund on that first order, I will have to make a credit card dispute. read more

Iv'e never shipped anything fragile I prepackaged a few glass figurines. For a friends birthday, I believe The person who was workings name was Edwin. He was very extremely helpful! He checked my packaging and informed me that It might be damaged in the process, he then properly secured the package for me to ensure safe delivery. Won't be going to any other UPS! read more

I came right before they opened on Friday and waited, but nobody opened the store. I rushed to get there before work to drop off a package, but had to leave after 15 minutes because I was going to be late to work. There were other people waiting outside with me. It is unprofessional and after reading some other reviews, seems like a pattern at this store. The hours are set for a reason... and people like myself depend on those hours being correct. read more

I'm so disappointed right now. This has been my "go to " UPS store for years. I have no complaints. Except for right now, I'm waiting outside in my car for the traffic to pass so I can go to a different place. It's 9:43 AM and the store is locked up tight with no note and no explanation on voicemail. I'm giving three stars because of the great service I've gotten in the past. I'm hoping they're not going out of business but from the recent reviews, it looks like they're heading in that direction. I stopped by to drop off a package, and no one was available to help. I waited for a couple of minutes, and could hear music being played on a phone from the employees-only area in the back of the store, but no one came out. 2-3 other customers had walked in at this point and we were all waiting for at least 5 minutes before 2 employees walked out from the backroom. Overall, this location needs to hold their employees to a higher customer service standard. As it currently stands, I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're in a rush. read more

The worst!!!! It never opens on time because the manager is the only one with a key to open the gate inside and the manager cannot get out of bed to be on time. And I am not talking 5 minutes late. There's been times that the line of customers goes around the corner until 9:45 before the manager comes in. Also, they have the lazy habit of not unlocking the front door that swings in, so if your hands aren't free, let's say maybe from carrying a box to a shipping place, you have to put things on the floor to free your hands. It is also a violation of code for the handicapped, both doors, the swing-in and the swing-out should be unlocked during business hours. After asking numerous times and being ignored, I have reported them to the Building and Safety office and they should get an inspection of the entire facility soon. read more

Staff is polite but I showed up at 930a minutes after it was supposed to open and if was locked up right. I came back at 11a and concluded my business. When I asked what time they open the clerk said "9". I flagged I was there at 930a and the clerk simply replied "ah, we got here a little late today because of traffic". Came in here few times do a little shipping, and it was easy breezy. Yep, pretty simple I walked in and handed the guys my box I needed to ship and they gave me a shipping quote with options of how long it would take. A few minutes later I'm walking out the door with a confirmation email with tracking number included. Great right? The guys working behind the counter were great. They were professional, courteous and got me out quickly. One of my boxes need a little more packing tape, so he went to head and secured it up with tape they had. Hey, good looking out guys. The store is a little small but gets the job done. I noticed they offered personal mailboxes there too. They also took my USPS mail item, stamped it and mailed it off for me. They also sell various boxes and packing material if you don't have any. And you can schedule a delivery you are expecting to be sent there so you can safely pick it up at your convenience. A little peace of mind goes a long way. read more

I damn near gagged when I was greeted at the door by the smell. They had the AC on, which exacerbated and locked it in. Did someone piss everyday for the last 3 years inside the AC vent? OMG.
