Just left this store. I forgot to grab the two gentlemen's names... but on my receipt it says Lance and I'm guessing the other guy is his manager? At least, he's the guy with the Active socks telling him what to do. Anyways... I made my first Amazon drop off and they were super helpful. There were some issues with the label Amazon sent me and they walked me through the process and helped greatly all while attending to other customers with fast and professional service. I can't prove it, but the person who helped me, stole my package that I was mailing to my grandson, which were masks that I had made for him. This clerk told me it would cost $15 to track it and it was only going to Bellflower California which I knew was a lie... tracking is free, it's part of service ...which should have been my first glued to walk out of there. I went back after 2 weeks since they still hadn't received it, and asked him what did he think has happened and he said because I only put stamps on it, it would take 2 more weeks for to be returned to me. If I can give NEGATIVE STARS, it would be a Negative 5stars!!!!! From the moment I walked in, it was terrible!!! There were two young ladies that were working on 12/11/18 at 2:38pm.... Specific date and time provided so that if the two ladies that were working care enough to read this, will know. Either way, contacted UPS customer service as well as office manager, so hopefully if manager does their part, the two ladies will be addressed accordingly....so to my main point of engagement, One was in the middle of helping a male customer and the other was messing with her nails. When I approached her, she had an inappropriate and bad attitude when she asked if she could help me. Before I can ask her, the coworker that was helping the customer decides to vent out loud and say, "Oh my God! I can't be annoyed, but I'm so annoyed! Hahah Did you hear that guy? Gezz." And the lady helping me laughs. So then I give them a look, but their both looking at each other and so I just ask my question. She then tells me the signs behind me. So a little shock, but I let it go. FYI, every UPS has apparently different pricing because different ownership. Never paid for printing out an email...I guess there was a first for everything. Shortly after a gentleman walks in for the same service. The girl who was helping me leaves and the other walks in front of me as if I wasn't there, no excuse me as there wasn't enough space for her to walk by and she tells the man who walks in I'll be right with you. When she only walks to the door, takes a peak out side for who knows what and walks behind the counter. At this point I'm trying to pull my email when the gentleman finally gets help, he has the same concern as mine. Never had paid for the internet services to print something out. He then says what I thought in my head when I read the sign, "$3.50..really thats wild"....its the principal for me I guess...to pay for that kinda service. Anyway, man left and she has the audacity to make rude remarks after he leaves in front of myself and as others walking in. So I stopped and just walked out. Didn't want to pay for bad service. Had a WONDERFUL experience today. Got scammed online and paid UPS $100 for an overnight delivery of an $800 laptop that was going to a con artist. Realized the scam 30 min after dropping off the package and called ups immediately. Andrew was VERY helpful and not only ensured that the laptop came back but also provided me with a full refund. No wonder why this place has ONLY 2 stars. The employees here work so slow. I think my grandma works faster than them. All i had to do was drop off a package with a preprinted label already on it. But they didnt even acknowledge that there was already a long line of customers forming behind me. One guy took his time talking to a lady customer about how he grew up in europe and the other guy took so long putting a childrens activity book together. My husband received a package and did a "return to sender" to this location and in that package was a $450 kit GoPro 4 and all of a sudden it's missing. HOW THE FUCK DID THAT HAPPEN. Now we're shit out of luck and have to pay the rental fee of that GoPro which was $60 and on top of that the retail price of the GoPro that was $450. Fuckin ridiculous. They didn't even offer a receipt for the tracking number so now it's going to seem like we kept the damn thing. As I was checking the shipping address they had it set up for ground shipping and wouldn't get their till Friday. I'm so glade I caught this. This stores customer service and all around business practices have been a pain from the start. When i first purchace my mail box service two years ago they gave me a box and then gave the same box to another customer. For a couple of weeks my mail was compromise because The other customer and myself where getting mail to the same box. When the store remodel was going on i was unable to get mail because store was not open during the stated business hours. i would go on Saturday to pick up my packages and the store would not open. even the contractors that where doing the work at the store where there waiting for somebody to show up and open the store and it was already around noon. Now the latest, got two packages return to sender because an employee there told the carrier that i no longer have a box there even though i pay for my full year in advance. I had a wonderful experience with this store! I had a package for my buisness that gave me the hugest headsche! First, it was sent to an old address as an error on my part. I paid the sender to reroute it to my new address and it was sent to the Amazon distribution center by the post office in error. They ended up finding the package and tried to deliver it to my address and I was not home. So they left me a notice and supposedly took it to this location for me to pick up. When I got to the UPS Store they said it hadn't arrived yet and to give it a day. But I had to go out of town so when I came back 3 days later of course I'm expecting my package to be there. Andrew the manager and another associate looked and looked for the package but didn't find it and didn't show any proof that it was scanned at their location. Andrew took my number down and told me that he will get to the bottom of it because he knew all of the trouble I had with this package. Later that night he called me before going home and told me that he found the package!! Apparently it was in a city 30 minutes away and never reached the UPS location. He took his personal time to go and drive to the city in search of the package and I am so grateful for his great customer service. After all the trouble I had with this package this UPS Store came through for me. I will definitely continue my business here! read more

It's more social hour than customers service here. I went in today for help in shipping something back to a company and I was greeted by someone that was not the friendliest. Plus didn't help pack up the items I had to ship back. Normally this hasn't been the case. They have always helped and been friendly. What irritated me wasn't that I had to pack up my stuff in the shipping boxes myself but that instead of helping, she was in the back chatting it up with another employee or friend.. Not sure if she worked there or not. You are there to work and help customers. Not to chat it up. I have been to the location before several times and never had that happen although they are VERY slow. Don't go in expecting to get out in a timely manner. read more

I told him I don't think I've ever been charged for tape at a ups and he said there suppose charge for it now. It was almost 2 bucks for a foot of tape!?!? are you kidding me? Stopped by on my way home from an appoinment to mail a package. Did not catch that the adress they have on the slip was wrong until i got to my car. Had a sleeping baby so i just called from the parking lot. The girl that answered had attitude and talked to me like i am stupid. I asked if i could make an address correction since i had literally just walked out the door. She told me they had already processed it so they couldnt help. She gave me a phone number to call. After an hour on hold i am told its the wrong number. Call the right number. They inform me that the store should have been able to fix the problem as the package hasnt been processed yet. Now i have to sit and wait for them to get around to processing my package so that i can make the correction. Yes, i understand i did not catch their mistake in the first place but they did nothing at all to help me. I will just go to the post office next time. read more

The numbnuts faxed something to a nearby county for me & said it went through. I looked at the fax later & it said "Failed." I called the recipient, never received. Cost me $4 for nothing. I had to go back the next night & re-fax again. They did refund me $1. They should look more carefully before they send you on your way.
