It sounds logical to use the name UPS Store and expect to use the free UPS envelopes most other stores provide to customers. Not this location, you have to buy the envelope. Seems a little greedy. Updated 10/15/19 I was at the mercy of using this store to shop a product on 10/4. Today, the tracking label has yet to be recorded in UPS database. I phoned and have been waiting for the store to pick-up the receiver they placed on the counter for over 20 min. I recently became aware that Postal Annex across the street, located in the Safeway parking lot can shop UPS. You'd be better served to take your $$ to that store. I use the Morgan Hill The UPS Store all the time for Amazon returns. They are so efficient. Last week I had a heavy item to return, and as my husband was unloading it from our vehicle outside the store, one of the employees rushed out to help us with the item. Absolutely horrible service... Cashier refused to provide a UPS Express Box for a corporate account and tried to charge me twice for one small box ($28 each) for a laptop. Cashier refused to listen to any questions and cut me off mid sentence with "We don't do that here" for every question I attempted to ask. read more

I would give a negative number of stars here, if it was possible. EVERY time I've had to go in to this UPS store, the older lady (owner) is unbelievably, and ridiculously RUDE!!! One time I needed something notarized. She said that I needed to print out an extra copy using their business computer (although I still don't know why), THEN proceeded to tell me she wouldn't/couldn't notarize them. She wound up NOT notarizing anything and then tells me I have to pay for the time spent on the computer to print another copy, at HER request. The same day, I went to another notary and they were notarized within 2 minutes, no questions asked and no additional copies needed. I could tell you about my Amazon return experiences, but I'll spare you by just saying she is rude EVERY SINGLE TIME! They're always trying to charge you for SOMETHING, just for being there inside the store. read more

Yoh, I don't care what people say. This is probably one of the better UPS storefronts in the area. Mostly speaking about the notary. Everytime I've come here, the notary is there until 7 PM. That's awesome/rare considering most people get off work at 5 PM and won't have time until the weekends. read more

I absolutely hate going to this store. The owner is usually there and she is less than polite nor customer service oriented. The girls that work there usually are very sweet, but you can tell they are terrified of the owner looking over their shoulder. Today I had it. I was yelled at to put my drop-off near the wall and I proceeded to wait in line to get a receipt. When I finally got to the counter I was told to then bring my package over (2 very heavy packages that I had to walk through the line of people to get) in order to retrieve a receipt. The owner said nothing else to me and just handed me my receipt. In a small patron-friendly town such as MH I expect and wish for a lot more. Unfortunately I will have to go back here as it's the only one close to my office, but hopefully someone will read this and do something about the poor service and awkward help. read more

I came here to return an item to Amazon. The Indian man who assisted me made me buy a $5 envelope even though my return was already in a package. I've returned plenty of items to Amazon from the Los Gatos UPS store and they never make me buy extra packaging. Another time I had my husband drop off my Amazon return at this store and now Amazon is saying they never received the item. During this sad unprecedented time - I had a terrible experience with a store customer. As I waited my turn outside the store, as I chose to do. ME wearing a basic white dust mask. I waited until the customer was finished and came out before I went in. I kept my distant as requested by Public Health Dept. As I waited outside the door the customer walked out looked at me and said "how stupid", she of course was not wearing a mask. So really, who is stupid? Who in their right mind would insult someone doing their part to keep another person safe. So sad. BTW the store showed no sign of distancing - or encouraging it. I am a current customer of UPS Store, as I am renting a mailbox there. Since I am living overseas, I needed them to handle my mailbox while I am away. Although my mail seems to be delivered on time, getting them to do anything extra from afar is a hassle. They never respond to emails, which is quite frustrating. When I call to ask if they receive my email, they tell me they got it but don't give any explanation as to why they did not respond. Since I am overseas, I am a bit disappointed in their service, and am thinking of taking my business elsewhere unless they can be more responsive to their remote customers such as myself. read more

Since it is located in a huge plaza, the store is a little hard to find, but it is across from McD's and next to Eric's Deli. I had to return a textbook to amazon.com and have never used ups before, but the staff were very friendly and helpful! This store is clean and organized with all sorts of envelops and boxes for you to pick out. I don't really have a need very often to ship large things but I recently sold a large item on Ebay. I found this place on yelp looking for a UPS store to ship UPS ground. The lady was nice and after a short wait behind another customer she weighted and measured my package. The only thing I might mention is I think this is a private store not run by UPS so I was worried that the price might have been surcharged. I recently I had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Morgan hill UPS I tried to drop a package for amazon returns here but was refused by the franchise owner here because his computer was down. ( He said I could leave the package with tracking number for a mail pick up in the morning.) I agreed, however when asked for just a slip of paper acknowledging the item he refused to give me one. I asked if there was another place in town to drop off he told me no, i had to go to another town ( theres 3 other drop off locations in town including one in the same shopping center! ) I explained Im disabled recovering from cancer so its very very hard for me to drive anywhere. I had to uber to this store and uber back for absolutely no success. He couldnt care less and just walked and turned his back. What a jerk. Worst Customer Service. Over the holiday I paid for 2-day shipping for a gift to Arizona. Long story short the package was never picked up to ship and the gift arrived a lot later than 2-day shipping. I came back to speak to the manager, who stated it was not their fault and that they would file a case with UPS directly and I should receive an email on Monday. Do you think I ever received an email about a case from them? I have emailed the store directly 2x no response. I completely understand it was the holidays and the craziness of the business. However, if I pay for a 2-day service, I want 2-day service, not a run around about this / that. Every time I call the manager is on "vacation", the manager is "not available". How convenient. Save your money and go to FedEx, much better customer experience and your package will get there on time. I am more mad at myself that I didn't read these reviews before I went in there. I was very disappointed with how my issues were handled at this particular store. Customer service was slow and appeared uncaring. The box that was provided was HUGE for the items that needed to be packed. When asked if there was a small piece of tape I could use, she said I needed to buy a roll, which was $6. I called this store, since the UPS store I normally go to in Gilroy was closed already. So I called to ask a simple question. I was trying to send some Halloween costumes to my nephews in Mexico. I've never sent anything to Mexico, so I called asking if they did that type of services or knew what other services did ship to Mexico. He mention that DHL is a service that ships to Mexico. So when I asked what was the time frame for the shipment get to Mexico. He responded with an attitude stating it all depended on customs. Which I understand.
